Upon the nearby eaves, a trace of doubt flickered through Black Aila's crimson eyes. She had not expected her attack to be blocked.
Yet—upon reflection—it was not entirely unexpected.
Her strike had first been intercepted by the ice puppet, then halted by the suddenly rising Geo pillar, and only then had it struck Shenhe directly.
And even so—
The other party still bore a Geo-elemental shield. It merely forced her back several steps, failing to end her life outright.
"Dual elements…"
Black Aila's gaze settled upon Futsu Mitama, her red pupils reflecting his figure clearly. A moment of contemplation passed, and she spoke in a calm, measured tone.
"So that's how it is. The Elemental Skill Mr. Zhongli taught you."
"This allowed you, Young Master, to wield the Geo Element alongside Electro?" She paused briefly. "But… it is still far too weak."
"This level of defense is scarcely worth mentioning at all. From the battle thus far, you should already understand my strength."
As her words fell, Black Aila appeared below in a blur. She regarded Shenhe, Futsu Mitama, and Aila with detached composure.
"You three are indeed strong. That much I acknowledge."
"But as I have already said—this is my mental world."
"This world originally belonged to Aila. I am Aila, and she once held greater authority here than I."
"However, before your arrival, she had already lost to me repeatedly."
"The price of those defeats was simple: her control over this world weakened with every loss."
"Now, within this mental realm, the power bestowed upon me grants strength equivalent to that of a god."
She spoke the final words without pride, without malice—merely stating a fact.
"Even the weakest god is not something you can contend with."
"So—you have lost."
The declaration was absolute.
In this mental world, her power was magnified beyond restraint.
Aila had only been able to contend evenly earlier because Black Aila had deliberately restrained herself—slowly siphoning the world's authority while allowing the battle to drag on. Had she acted decisively from the outset, she might have unleashed even greater power.
But now—
The boiling frog strategy had already succeeded.
By the time the realization dawned, it was far too late.
"Yes."
Shenhe met Black Aila's gaze directly. She nodded solemnly.
"She is even stronger than Master. Though she cannot defeat stronger gods, Master has said she may contend with weaker ones. By that standard—within this world, she indeed possesses god-level combat power."
"Even if it is the weakest form, it is not something we can oppose."
Her eyes shifted slightly as she continued.
"And more than that—this mental world is profoundly unfavorable to us."
Shenhe's combat instincts were sharp.
From the moment she entered this space, her role had been to observe the enemy, assess their power, and evaluate their own limitations.
The conclusion was grim.
Futsu Mitama's strength was clearly suppressed. Aila required immediate rest. And she herself could no longer summon talisman spirits freely.
Every restriction weighed against them.
The mental world differed fundamentally from reality. They were bound by limitations—while their opponent was unrestrained, empowered, and elevated.
No wonder Master had instructed them that their goal here was delay, not victory.
"Indeed."
Futsu Mitama let out a faint sigh, helplessness flickering briefly across his expression.
He finally understood why Raiden Makoto had said that within Inazuma—within the Plane of Euthymia or her preserved consciousness space—they would have held the initiative.
This was the inverse.
A suffocating, frustrating battle.
But it did not matter.
The Chat Group livestream continued uninterrupted.
And he believed—
He knew—
That the invincible Rex Lapis would soon descend.
When that moment came, whether Black Aila truly possessed god-level combat power or merely wielded a facsimile of it—
She would be driven out all the same.
God-level power?
Rex Lapis had slain gods in the past.
Futsu Mitama's resolve hardened as he waited.
Within the Chat Group livestream, concern began to spread as Black Aila's overwhelming presence became apparent.
[Raiden Makoto: "As expected, this battle will not be easy to win."]
[Yae Miko: "Hmm—given the current situation, perhaps I should have the Raiden Shogun intervene while the Group Leader holds them off?"]
[Azhdaha: "There is no need. Morax will act. Cloud Retainer's disciple is in danger—Morax will not ignore this. Moreover, Morax is deeply attentive to the younger generation. He should already be aware of what is happening."]
[Azhdaha: "And—?! Since when did the Group Leader learn this technique?"]
[Zhongli: "Hmm. I taught him. As I am not adept at combat, I entrusted Futsu Mitama with the text recording Lord Rex Lapis's inheritance."]
[Yae Miko: "Ah? Then wouldn't that make him Morax's successor of several generations?"]
[Azhdaha: "Such fortune?"]
[Raiden Makoto: "@Azhdaha, do not even consider it. The last time Morax visited, he did not speak to Futsu Mitama at all—clearly aware of him, yet choosing not to interfere."]
[Raiden Makoto: "He understands that Futsu Mitama belongs to Inazuma. He would not poach talent from us."]
[Azhdaha: "Tch. When Morax joins this Chat Group, I will make him understand the value of the Group Leader."]
[Albedo: "I regret not rushing over. Miss Aila's 'individual' contains what appears to be divine power—alongside an unknown force."]
[Albedo: "Is it Abyssal energy? Or something else entirely?"]
[Kamisato Ayaka: "Albedo is always on his way—and always lamenting."]
[Sangonomiya Kokomi: "God-level combat power—Whether genuine or not, judging from the footage, Futsu Mitama and Miss Shenhe are at a severe disadvantage."]
[Kuki Shinobu: "Something is strange. Cloud Retainer said the two of them together could fight her."]
[Kuki Shinobu: "Why are they so completely suppressed?"]
[Zhongli: "It is not abnormal. According to ancient records, fighting within another's mental space should not result in such disparity. However, Miss Aila's mental world is—unusual."]
[Raiden Makoto: "Because there are two wills—and both possess immense mental strength. If I am correct, should they merge, this mental space may evolve into a true consciousness space. Their combined mental power already rivals that of an average god."]
[Sangonomiya Kokomi: "So—Miss Aila's original strength was taken by the other, flat-chested Miss Aila?"]
[Kamisato Ayaka: "If so, it explains everything. Miss Aila's resolve has always been unwavering."]
[Yae Miko: "Her determination to grow stronger exists solely for Futsu Mitama. And that 'Aila'—whatever she endured—can withstand Demon God Remnants. That alone speaks volumes of her willpower. Combined, even I would struggle in that space."]
[Albedo: "We can only hope the Adeptus arrive swiftly."]
Futsu Mitama glanced at the livestream briefly.
Only now did he fully grasp why Black Aila before him was so terrifying. He turned his gaze toward Aila behind him. She could barely remain standing—but still, she forcibly condensed a Hydro-elemental tachi and stepped to his side.
"Young Master," Aila said firmly, blade leveled at Black Aila, her eyes unwavering. "You don't need to worry about me. I can still fight."
It was not bravado. It was resolve.
"…" Shenhe said nothing. She tightened her grip on the calamity queller.
Delay was their only path forward. And delay meant readiness.
If Futsu Mitama attacked, she would follow. If the enemy attacked, she would respond. If neither moved, she would wait.
Once the Adeptus reached Mt. Aocang, she could finally breathe. Futsu Mitama silently condensed Musou Isshin, a Jade Shield enveloping him protectively.
"Still unwilling to give up?"
Black Aila spoke with faint resignation.
"Young Master, I have no intention of killing Aila."
"Because I am Aila. And she is Aila. We are one."
"Please…stop interfering."
Her voice softened.
The warmth Futsu Mitama represented filled the emptiness within her. After inheriting everything, she would serve him just as the other Aila did—without hesitation, without refusal.
"You each possess your own consciousness." Futsu Mitama met her gaze steadily. "If you coexist within one body—whose will remains?"
"Whoever wins," Black Aila replied calmly, eyes shifting to Aila, "claims everything. The loser relinquishes all."
"If she wins, I will disappear."
"But she is about to lose."
"And even if you obstruct me, the result will not change."
"In this mental world—no one can stop me."
Her crimson eyes flared.
Heavy snow fell. And a violent blizzard roared into existence.
Many buildings within Inazuma City vanished in an instant, as if erased by an unseen hand. A violent blizzard rose howling into the sky, snow and wind interweaving into a white curtain that swallowed Futsu Mitama, Shenhe, and Aila's field of vision.
When the three forced their gaze forward once more, focusing on the position where Black Aila had stood, they found that she had already disappeared.
"Young Master," Black Aila's voice echoed from all directions. It was neither distant nor near, as though the space itself were speaking. Her tone remained calm, almost gentle. "It is precisely because of you that I have spoken this much."
"I do not wish for you to misunderstand me. Nor do I wish for you to hate me." Her voice lingered in the blizzard, steady and unhurried. "I can understand your feelings. However, this was always a battle that belonged to us."
As the final word fell, Black Aila's figure materialized directly before Shenhe.
Her crimson eyes were indifferent as she spoke, "Young Master is qualified to bear witness. But this place does not require outsiders."
Whoosh—whoosh—whoosh—!
More than a dozen shadowy tentacles erupted from behind her, tearing through the frozen air as they lunged straight toward Shenhe. There was no hesitation in the strike—its intent was absolute annihilation.
"!"
The instant Black Aila appeared, Shenhe reacted. One hand tightened around the Calamity Queller, while the other swiftly formed a talisman seal. A cold blue light flared within her eyes.
For a brief moment, even the raging blizzard was forced back.
The Cryo Vision at Shenhe's waist burst into radiant brilliance. One talisman after another manifested beside her, more than a dozen in total, all floating in midair and glowing intensely. At that moment, Shenhe's aura surged, sharp and overwhelming.
This was her full power—power she had never needed to unleash before.
But facing an existence suspected of standing at the level of a god, Shenhe no longer held anything back. A vast icy aura spread outward, freezing the surrounding storm mid-motion. The advancing shadow tentacles stiffened, encased in frost.
"…?"
A rare trace of surprise flickered across Black Aila's expression.
At the same instant, Futsu Mitama drew his sword once more. A vast, oppressive divine pressure descended as Electro energy surged violently around him.
"Thoughtless…Sever!"
Forcibly invoking the authority of the Electro Archon, the Musou Isshin in his grasp erupted with blinding lightning. A single slash, carrying overwhelming destructive force, cleaved straight toward Black Aila.
Shenhe did not hesitate. Gripping the Calamity Queller tightly, she shattered the frozen tentacles before her with a single thrust, then pressed forward without pause, spear aimed directly at Black Aila.
In the blink of an eye, all three moved in perfect unison.
Black Aila's offensive was torn apart.
Spear and blade struck simultaneously.
The Calamity Queller—laden with bitter frost—pierced straight through Black Aila's chest. At the same moment, Futsu Mitama's Musou no Hitotachi severed her body cleanly in two.
…
Shenhe's aura loosened slightly. For a fleeting moment, she believed it was over.
"Not yet!" Futsu Mitama's voice cut through sharply. Seeing the change in Shenhe's stance, he immediately warned her. "This is a mental world. As long as her spirit remains, she can revive."
"!"
Shenhe's focus snapped back at once. He was right—the blizzard still raged unabated.
The battle was not finished.
"Yes."
Black Aila's bisected body collapsed to the ground. Yet, not far away, another Black Aila emerged intact. She looked calmly toward Futsu Mitama.
"As expected of Young Master. You understand the nature of a mental world. If my other half possessed such knowledge, she might have endured for half a year longer."
Futsu Mitama met her gaze without retreat. "Because everything she learned—was used to serve me."
"I will do the same." Black Aila performed a flawless maid's bow. Her voice remained composed as she continued, "Whether it is bearing children or accompanying you for a lifetime, I will take her place."
"Even if you hate me, I will fulfill every duty to perfection. As long as you are willing to compromise, you will gain—"
Her words halted abruptly.
Black Aila's expression changed for the first time. She lifted her head sharply, staring toward the sky.
Shenhe and Aila exchanged puzzled glances. What could cause such a reaction—from someone who still held the advantage?
Hah.
Futsu Mitama let out a quiet breath.
That old man—Rex Lapis—had finally arrived.
Good. Truly good. Black Aila's strength was far too dangerous.
Rumble—!!!
Yet what descended was not the golden shadow of a dragon, but thunder.
Raiden Ei stood suspended in the sky, gazing down coldly. Violet lightning shimmered within her eyes.
"Raiden…Shogun?!"
Shenhe froze, instinctively turning to Futsu Mitama. Her gaze clearly asked: You entered a mental world…and attracted an Archon?
Even she knew how absurd this was. One did not simply encounter one of The Seven at will—yet the Electro Archon had appeared twice in five days.
Aila, clutching her Hydro tachi, finally exhaled. Strength left her body, and she sank heavily to the ground, utterly exhausted. Had she been able, she would have joined the earlier assault.
The arrival of the Electro Archon meant one thing—this would end.
Even Futsu Mitama himself was stunned. Why had Raiden Ei appeared again? And within Aila's consciousness, no less?
Then—realization struck.
The authority within him. Sly Fox's words. Had she known all along?
"Why—why—why is this happening?"
Black Aila stared at the figure in the sky, her crimson eyes filled with disbelief. Even for her, facing one of The Seven—an Electro Archon—
This was never part of the plan.
Her gaze slowly turned toward Futsu Mitama, complicated and shaken. She had been too focused on warmth—on borrowed memories—and had forgotten something crucial.
Young Master bore the authority of an Archon. And not one, but two Electro Archons watched over him.
"My fate is my own. My strength surpassed yours. I endured far more suffering than you—"
Her voice wavered. "So why—at the moment of success—did I lose?"
She looked at Aila, confusion etched deeply into her expression. This outcome made no sense. It defied everything she believed.
Above, Raiden Ei frowned slightly as her gaze swept across the scene—Black Aila's abyss-tainted form, the remnants of Demon God power, and the severely weakened Aila.
Buzz—!
Purple lightning manifested. A divine eye opened in the sky. From it emerged a colossal hand, gripping the Musou Isshin.
The blade fell.
Without hesitation.
Raiden Ei had already judged what Black Aila was.
For Futsu Mitama's sake, she struck without mercy.
In the eyes of the Electro Archon, such an existence was unworthy of a second blow.
As lightning descended, Black Aila looked one last time at Aila and Futsu Mitama.
"I will return," she said quietly. "I gave you time to grow. If you fail again—then be prepared. Whether this was chance or inevitability, I cannot say. But I will no longer drift in emptiness."
She closed her eyes, accepting her end.
"Can't we coexist peacefully?" Futsu Mitama spoke softly, a trace of reluctance in his voice. "Since you've inherited Aila's memories—you could stay."
"No."
Two voices answered at once. Both Ailas spoke in unison, their gazes unwavering.
"Only the victor may remain by Young Master's side."
"I will not allow another me to take him from me."
Their intent was absolute.
Boom—!
Lightning fell.
Black Aila was erased completely. The blizzard ceased. The shattered scenery restored itself, returning once more to the streets of Inazuma.
Aila clenched her hand. "My power…it's back."
She looked at Futsu Mitama and Shenhe, bowing deeply.
"I've caused you trouble."
Entering her mental world had been far more dangerous than either of them realized.
And she would not forget it.
Having control over one's own mental space seized was a truly terrifying matter.
Black Aila had restrained herself earlier purely out of consideration for Futsu Mitama. Otherwise, given her authority within that space, killing both Futsu Mitama and Shenhe—who were suppressed in multiple aspects—would not have been difficult at all.
From the very beginning of the battle, several of Futsu Mitama's and Shenhe's abilities had already been sealed.
Futsu Mitama's Chakra Desiderata had been restricted. Shenhe's ice puppets were likewise sealed. And had the confrontation continued, even more abilities would inevitably have followed.
For instance, Futsu Mitama had been unable to draw upon the surrounding Electro or Geo elements. Shenhe, in turn, would eventually have lost access to her Cryo abilities altogether. At that stage, the two of them would have been reduced to nothing more than close-range, physical combatants.
Cloud Retainer had understood this risk clearly. That was precisely why she had urged Futsu Mitama and Shenhe to locate Aila as quickly as possible. After all, Aila was the rightful owner of that mental space. No matter what, she possessed the natural advantage to counteract such deliberate suppression.
What no one had anticipated was that Black Aila had arrived fully prepared—and that Aila herself would be deceived to the brink of being devoured.
"It's fine."
Futsu Mitama waved his hand, indicating that it was no major issue. His expression remained relaxed as he turned his gaze toward Raiden Ei, who was descending slowly from the sky.
Although he still did not understand why such a god had come personally, her timing could not have been better.
Ei—I swear it, he thought silently. Once you join the Chat Group, I'll give you a huge surprise immediately.
Gratitude welled up within him. Regardless of her reasons, Raiden Ei's arrival had been decisive.
"Hm."
Raiden Ei looked him up and down, her gaze calm and discerning, as if confirming something. "It seems that after coming to Liyue, you haven't neglected your cultivation. That's good."
She could naturally tell that in just over ten days, Futsu Mitama's strength had advanced steadily. At the very least, he was already far stronger than when they had last met. Had his opponent not been empowered by a mental domain, he might well have been able to continue fighting.
"Thank you, General, for your assistance."
Futsu Mitama expressed his gratitude sincerely. This was a favor he would remember.
"No need."
Raiden Ei replied indifferently. "I was simply taking a walk with nothing in particular to do, and sensed that you had encountered danger."
She paused briefly, then continued, "As expected—the Electro Archon Authority is better left with you than with Yae Miko."
"You need it to protect yourself. As for her—" Her tone remained flat. "Even if I struck her with my naginata, she would still find a way to survive."
Raiden Ei had always trusted Yae Miko's ability to preserve her own life.
As she finished speaking, her gaze shifted to Aila. "And you—are you prepared?"
"?"
Futsu Mitama tilted his head, visibly confused. Why was Raiden Ei suddenly looking at Aila?
"Hm."
Aila nodded quietly. She understood that the changes within her body could not be concealed from an Archon.
Raiden Ei regarded her calmly. "Her power was extremely dangerous. I do not yet know how she fused Demon God Remnants with Abyssal power—"
"but you were inevitably affected. You were originally one existence. Even I cannot separate you entirely."
She continued evenly, "However, I can still remove what she left behind."
As she spoke, Raiden Ei drew her naginata.
Only then did Futsu Mitama fully realize that although Aila had prevailed in the mental battle—with external help—she had not emerged unscathed. The Demon God Remnants and Abyssal power left behind by Black Aila were still interfering with her body.
Likewise, Aila had used her own memories to interfere with her "Individual." Since they had once been one, such mutual contamination was inevitable.
Now, out of consideration for Futsu Mitama, Raiden Ei intended to act personally and purge those remnants.
"Thank you for your trouble."
Aila did not refuse. She could clearly feel that the foreign powers within her were incompatible with her body. Rather than strengthening her, they had weakened her—so much so that she had nearly been unable to stand earlier. Even now, despite her recovery, the lingering sense of weakness had not fully dissipated.
"Good."
Raiden Ei nodded and struck without hesitation.
A flash of violet lightning erupted. Black mist surged from Aila's body as fragments of Demon God Remnants and Abyssal power were annihilated on the spot.
When it was done, Raiden Ei turned to Futsu Mitama once more. "After you've collected your materials, return to Inazuma as soon as possible."
"You've been invoking the Electro Archon Authority more frequently of late. That means you've been encountering increasingly dangerous enemies. "If you were in Inazuma, the Raiden Shogun would be monitoring your condition. She would not allow your life to be endangered."
After a brief pause, she glanced at Aila again.
"She is also an Inazuma citizen. If anyone dares to lay a hand on her, it would likewise constitute an affront to eternity."
Her expression grew slightly troubled.
"That said—the relationship between the two of them is too delicate. Even I find myself uncertain how best to proceed."
"If one of them were to perish, it would leave an irreparable void in the other's heart."
Even Raiden Ei found herself unable to resolve Aila's situation entirely. She could only rely on absolute force to deter lesser threats.
If those enemies remained outside Inazuma, all would be well.
But if they dared to step into Inazuma and disrupt its eternity—then even if the Seven Archons or the Heavenly Principles descended, she would still draw her naginata.
"Yes."
Futsu Mitama agreed without hesitation.
Originally, he had considered wandering the world for another two years. But now, with his strength still insufficient, Aila being targeted, and Dottore watching him from the shadows, his priorities had changed. After the Rite of Descension, after collecting the materials for his companion weapon—returning to Inazuma was the rational choice.
Forge the weapon first. Then retreat with Aila to Tenshukaku. Spar with the Raiden Shogun day and night.
Once he became a Lesser Electro Archon, he would emerge again to challenge the powerful.
Of course, this remained only a fleeting thought. After all, Aila had only just become Cloud Retainer's disciple. Leaving immediately after witnessing the Rite of Descension would be excessive.
Moreover, one hundred million mora still awaited him at the Guiyan Assembly and the Jade Chamber.
With Lord Rex Lapis present in Liyue Harbor, he was safe for now.
Strictly speaking, today's incident had been an unforeseen variable—one even Cloud Retainer had not anticipated. Fortunately, it had ended well.
"Hm."
Seeing his agreement, Raiden Ei said no more. Just as she turned to leave, she paused, as if recalling something.
"Do you still have desserts with a taste similar to condensed resin?"
"Hm…desserts with a similar taste, but without any miraculous effects?"
For the first time, Raiden Ei's expression showed faint embarrassment.
She had already tried nearly every dessert in Inazuma City. Few, if any, surpassed condensed resin in flavor.
After consuming so many sweets, even the Raiden Shogun had questioned whether this indulgence truly benefited eternity.
Raiden Ei could only conclude that desserts did not interfere with eternity.
She said nothing more.
Futsu Mitama consulted Albedo, Zhongli, and Yae Miko in the Chat Group. None of them had officially produced condensed resin yet.
Regretfully, he shook his head.
"Not at the moment. But after some time, Guuji Yae should bring some to you."
A rare smile appeared on Raiden Ei's face.
She did not question how Futsu Mitama would deliver the items. After all, she was aware that Yae Miko had secretly given him a brocade pouch containing her consciousness.
Through it, such exchanges were possible.
Considering this, Raiden Ei decided she would grant Yae Miko an overseas travel permit—allowing her to visit Futsu Mitama anytime, anywhere, in exchange for condensed resin.
After all, resisting erosion—and welcoming a better eternity—
Having Yae Miko run errands was entirely reasonable.
In good spirits, Raiden Ei ascended toward the sky.
At the highest point—
"Hm?"
She sensed something.
With a gentle slash of her naginata, space parted slightly. Through the fissure, she saw a golden giant dragon beyond.
The Geo Archon—Morax.
"…"
The two gods regarded one another in silence.
"Please forgive my uninvited visit."
Raiden Ei spoke first. She was not the Raiden Shogun. The Shogun acted strictly by protocol and did not concern herself with human sentiment.
The Shogun believed she had done nothing wrong—Morax would not fault her, especially since Futsu Mitama was the future Eternal Guardian.
Raiden Ei, however, understood the nuance. Although she had not physically stepped onto Liyue's soil, she had exploited a loophole—using Futsu Mitama's Electro Archon Authority to cross space and intervene.
By any standard, it was overstepping.
"It is of no concern."
Morax replied in a deep, steady voice. His gaze drifted toward Futsu Mitama and Aila below. "I came for that girl. She is a citizen of Liyue. She was abducted in childhood and has only now returned. The Adeptus once signed a contract with her parents—one that was not fulfilled."
"Thus, I was concerned."
He had come for Aila. Yet before he could act, Raiden Ei had already resolved the matter—swiftly and thoroughly.
"She is indeed a citizen of Liyue."
Raiden Ei frowned slightly.
"But she is also an Inazuma citizen. She serves Futsu Mitama, and their bond is deep. I, too, am concerned."
Her tone grew distinctly less conciliatory. Inazuma did not lack ordinary people.
It lacked talent—especially talent capable of sustaining eternity.
Morax fell silent.
Why is it that Makoto is like this…Yae Miko is like this…and now even you?
How desperate was Inazuma for talent?
Then again, even he could not deny being tempted by such potential.
Still—this eagerness felt excessive.
Confused, very confused. Morax didn't know why Raiden Makoto, Raiden Ei, and Yae Miko were so eager for talent.
After all—Liyue indeed had many talents. Not to mention anything else, the Qixing were numerous, the Exorcist were flourishing, and the Adeptus each performed their duties. Not to mention Adeptus Disciple like Shenhe. Hmm, in Inazuma, Morax thought there should be quite a few talents as well.
"Cough cough."
Seemingly aware that her attitude was a bit too "forceful," Raiden Ei felt a little embarrassed. But her attitude would not change, because she would strive for both Futsu Mitama and Aila. They were truly good seedlings.
The last time she saw Aila, Raiden Ei only felt that the other party had some potential. Now that she had arrived in the consciousness space and seen Black Aila.
Raiden Ei suddenly realized that this maid also had very high potential. In the future, no matter which side won, the victorious "Aila" would stay by Futsu Mitama's side, serving him.
In this way, she would gain a highly potential talent for free?
Although the other party was a Liyue Citizen, and according to Morax's personal assessment, a Liyue person.
But Raiden Ei still wanted to try and secure this talent for Inazuma.
"Since the matter is resolved, I shall take my leave first."
Morax was the first to suggest leaving. Seeing that the matter was resolved, he naturally didn't plan to stay here any longer. After all, he was quite busy. The Rite of Descension was in a few days, and at that time, he had to be careful not to interact with the Group Leader from high in the sky.
After this year, next year he could start implementing his plan.
"Good." Raiden Ei also nodded, not saying much more about Futsu Mitama and Aila. However, she seemed to remember something and looked at Morax, saying,
"Regarding the Raiden Shogun's unauthorized intrusion into Liyue, I apologize for it. However, Futsu Mitama is truly important to Inazuma. If there is anything you need my help with, I will assist you."
Clearly, Raiden Ei was asking Morax to look after Futsu Mitama, after all, he was the future Eternal Guardian. The potential he displayed was worth Raiden Ei personally speaking to Morax about, asking him to look after her Inazuma citizen.
"No matter. As long as he doesn't cause trouble in Liyue, I will naturally protect him." Morax's attitude was strictly business-like.
But this attitude made Raiden Ei nod slightly, feeling there was nothing wrong with it. As the oldest Geo Archon, his strength was unimaginably terrifying. For her, who had lost her Gnosis, to defeat him would be a pipe dream.
However, regarding the Gnosis, Raiden Ei truly didn't want to touch it anymore. She merely wanted to protect Inazuma, and nothing more.
Raiden Ei transformed into a bolt of Electro light and disappeared from the spot.
Morax also transformed into a yellow light and left the mental world.
