Chapter 19 - Chapter 19: Regret and Surprise Go Hand in Hand

Summer evening, the temperature was pleasant.

Clouds drifted lazily in the sky.

"Mmm~ Mmm~"

Takayanagi Yuki's voice fluctuated several times, her words blocked by Hoshino Jun's mouth, unable to be spoken.

Their eyes gazed at each other, Takayanagi Yuki appearing a little timid, while Hoshino Jun was domineering.

As the passionate kiss continued, Hoshino Jun could deeply feel Takayanagi Yuki's body temperature rapidly rising, her pretty face flushed crimson, and her eyes hazy.

Warm breaths intertwined from their lips, blowing into their hearts, making the softest parts of their insides burn.

Her tenderness, in her slowly yielding resistance, flowed out in threads, and then, under Hoshino Jun's guidance, surged like waves.

At this moment, Takayanagi Yuki was thinking, 'Maybe I should just keep kissing him.'

Until the cool evening breeze gently stirred her hair, taking away some of the heat.

Hoshino Jun's palm rested on Takayanagi Yuki's shapely, beautiful leg, clad in nude stockings, gently caressing it.

The next moment, his hand was caught, and his body was pushed away a short distance by Takayanagi Yuki.

"Xiao, Jun, you're cheating! You clearly said you'd kiss my cheek. Let go of Auntie quickly!"

Pulled back to her senses by the cool breeze, Takayanagi Yuki regained her sense of shame.

She was almost thirty-six this year.

And Jun was only eighteen, a classmate and friend of Jo.

How could she kiss Jun?

Hoshino Jun stared at Takayanagi Yuki's charmingly shy cheeks, watching the pink blush on her skin, which was as fair and smooth as a peeled egg.

These seemed to indicate that Takayanagi Yuki was already aroused, but the resistance deep in her eyes was also genuine.

He was still a bit impulsive.

If it had been a gradual approach, Mrs. Takayanagi probably wouldn't have been so insistent.

Forget it, impatience won't do.

He would apologize today and ease the tension in their relationship.

"Auntie Yuki, I'm sorry, I really like you too much."

Hoshino Jun buried his head in Takayanagi Yuki's shoulder, whispering softly.

He hugged Takayanagi Yuki tightly again, their bodies pressed close.

Through her thin clothing, Hoshino Jun's abdomen could clearly feel the fluctuations of Takayanagi Yuki's "3.6 billion assets."

Takayanagi Yuki also felt the warmth of Hoshino Jun's abdominal muscles.

'Just now...'

'Jun said he liked me, didn't he?'

'No, no, how can this be? Mei will hate me to death!'

'And Jo will also dislike me because of this.'

'I can't let Jun like me.'

Takayanagi Yuki didn't realize that in her consciousness, she had never, from beginning to end, subjectively thought of actively wanting to reject Hoshino Jun.

Unconsciously, Takayanagi Yuki's legs, clad in black high heels, restlessly relaxed and tensed repeatedly.

Oh no!

She would have to change her underwear after going home.

It seemed her stockings would also need changing.

"Jun, if you don't let go of Auntie soon, Auntie will really get angry."

Takayanagi Yuki's voice was soft and sweet like water, like a gurgling mountain stream.

"Mm," Hoshino Jun responded, lowering his head to inhale the fragrant scent of the beautiful woman's hair. He said, "Ten more seconds, just ten more seconds, and I'll let go of Auntie Yuki."

"No, I don't trust you anymore." Takayanagi Yuki tried to break free from Hoshino Jun's embrace.

However.

To Hoshino Jun, she was powerless.

Hoshino Jun rested his chin on the top of her head, pleading, "Auntie Yuki, trust me one more time, just one last time."

"You count the time, I'll really only hug you for ten seconds."

The best way to restore trust after it's lost is to do a few more trustworthy things.

To salvage his credibility, Hoshino Jun resorted to being a rascal.

Takayanagi Yuki couldn't push him away, so what else could she do but obediently start counting?

Enduring the restlessness in her body, Takayanagi Yuki panted, leaning against Hoshino Jun's chest, her face flushed as she began to count.

"Ten, nine... eight..."

This time, she wouldn't indulge Jun anymore. As soon as the time was up, she would firmly push him away.

The sound of her counting grew softer and softer, as a green leaf slowly drifted to the ground.

As she was about to count to one, Takayanagi Yuki involuntarily slowed down.

She didn't know if she herself noticed this subtle detail.

"Hoshino Jun, you bastard!"

"I caught you!"

Life, full of regrets, is also full of surprises.

Sometimes, such surprises can turn difficult situations around, as in this moment.

On a gentle summer evening, a young man named Hoshino Jun was embracing a woman under a streetlamp. Seeing this scene, Jo felt ecstatic.

Although the distance was far, and there was a 'dark under the lamp' effect, plus Hoshino Jun's tall figure obstructed his view, Jo couldn't clearly see who the woman in his arms was.

But none of that mattered anymore.

What mattered was that Hoshino Jun was already so intimate with another woman. If Yamada Kaoru knew, she surely couldn't continue to like Hoshino Jun, could she?

As long as Yamada Kaoru gave up on Hoshino Jun, then who would have the best chance to get close to her besides Jo?

Thinking of this, Jo excitedly ran back to his bedroom, picked up his charging phone, and wanted to send a message to Yamada Kaoru.

But he searched and searched for two or three minutes, still unable to find Yamada Kaoru's profile picture.

He had been deleted as a friend.

No problem!

He still had her phone number.

"If I talk too much, Kaoru might not read my message. I need to put Hoshino Jun's name directly at the beginning."

At this moment, Jo felt as clever as Zhuge Liang from the Three Kingdoms period of China; he was his own strategist.

"Hoshino is hugging a strange woman by the road, and it looks like they're kissing, Kaoru."

No nonsense, straight to the point, sent the message.

"Proof."

Sure enough, as long as he started with Hoshino Jun, Kaoru replied in less than thirty seconds.

Jo was astonished by his own intelligence.

"Wait for me, I'll go take a picture right away."

Pressing the send button, Jo quickly ran out of the house, but he was ultimately a step too late.

Under the streetlamp, only Hoshino Jun was left standing alone by the roadside.

After thinking for a moment, Jo still took a photo and sent it to Yamada Kaoru.

"Kaoru, I'm sorry, that woman is gone. Now only Hoshino Jun is still there."

"Keep making things up."

Yamada Kaoru's words revealed her disappointment in Jo. She said:

"We've been friends for so many years, can't you stop being so childish? When has Hoshino Jun ever offended you that you have to target him like this?"

"Not only did you falsely accuse him of stealing money, now you're directly starting rumors."

"I really dislike this side of you more and more."

"I've blocked you. Don't contact me anymore."

When Yamada Kaoru's long string of messages came through, Jo's hands and feet seemed to freeze, and his whole body trembled.

How could this be?

How could this happen?

"Kaoru, I really didn't lie to you! That bastard Hoshino Jun really was hugging another woman!"

"Damn Hoshino Jun, why couldn't you hug her a little longer, let me take a picture as proof before letting go?!"

Jo slumped onto the sofa, then clenched his fists.

He swore he would find evidence of Hoshino Jun being with another woman and give it to Kaoru.

"Click—"

The sound of the door lock turning and the front door opening echoed. Jo looked up casually, then lowered his head again.

It was just his mother coming home.

"Thump!"

The loud sound of the bedroom door closing startled Jo.

He grumbled discontentedly, "Mom, be gentler. Women who are so irritable will age very quickly."

Right now, Jo was busy thinking about how to catch Hoshino Jun and that woman.

He had no time to pay attention to his mother.

Nor did he notice his mother's unusual behavior at that moment.
