Chapter 76 - Chapter 76 : The end of the battles ( part 3)

The next battle brought two completely different philosophies of power face to face.

Mark, the candidate of the Celestial Light body , whose existence represented unmatched speed and perception.

Against him stood Sarah, the candidate of the Nihility Destruction body, whose recent breakthrough had elevated her understanding of destruction beyond simple annihilation.

After her battle against Merito, everyone understood that Sarah was no longer the same warrior.

She had begun to understand destruction as a principle capable of correcting the flaws of existence itself.

"Begin."

The instant the judge's voice disappeared, Mark was already in front of Sarah.

His sword of light descended with a speed that surpassed ordinary perception.

However, Sarah's field of destruction was already active.

The edge of the sword entered the domain and began to lose its structure, forcing Mark to retreat before his weapon was completely destroyed.

The spectators were not surprised.

After all, Mark had never been a warrior who depended on a single attack.

Thousands of light copies spread throughout the arena.

Every direction became a possible attack.

Sarah answered by expanding her destructive field, erasing every false light that entered her range.

But Mark had prepared for this.

The copies were never meant to defeat her.

They were meant to analyze the rhythm of her defense.

At the perfect moment, the real Mark appeared in her blind spot.

A strike carrying an immense concentration of celestial light reached her shoulder.

Sarah reacted in the final instant, shifting her destructive energy toward the wound.

The attack was weakened, but not completely stopped.

Blood fell.

The first clear injury.

Sarah understood the difference between her and Mark.

Her power was more destructive.

But Mark's speed gave him control over the flow of battle.

Therefore, she abandoned the idea of defending.

She compressed all her destructive energy into a small sphere and released it across the battlefield.

The attack did not chase Mark.

It simply transformed the entire area into a zone where the concept of movement itself became unstable.

For the first time, Mark slowed.

His expression became serious.

Sarah had created a battlefield where his greatest advantage could not be used freely.

But even then, the gap in mastery remained.

Mark concentrated his body completely into pure light, crossing the unstable region before it could fully affect him.

A single strike stopped at Sarah's throat.

She smiled faintly.

"I lose."

The judge nodded.

"The winner is Mark."

Kashmir vs TiagoThe Endless Shadows Against Cosmic Gravity

The final battle of the seventh round was a confrontation between two warriors who controlled entire domains.

Kashmir's world of shadows against Tiago's gravitational universe.

From the beginning, both expanded their territories, trying to dominate the battlefield.

Shadow soldiers emerged by the thousands, attacking from every direction.

Tiago responded by creating gravitational fields that crushed the armies of darkness before they could approach him.

However, Kashmir had already learned from his previous battles.

He did not attempt to defeat the gravity directly.

Instead, he used his shadows to consume the battlefield slowly, appearing and disappearing from every direction.

The battle became one of patience.

Tiago's gravity could destroy the shadows.

But every use consumed an enormous amount of concentration.

Meanwhile, Kashmir's army constantly regenerated from his domain.

Realizing this, Tiago attempted to end the battle with a miniature black hole, the same technique that had troubled Maria.

The black sphere consumed everything around it, including the shadows themselves.

Yet Kashmir had expected such a move.

He sacrificed the majority of his shadow world and concentrated the remaining power into a single shadow blade.

At the exact moment Tiago's attention was focused on maintaining the black hole, Kashmir emerged from his own shadow behind him.

The blade stopped a few centimeters from Tiago's neck.

Silence filled the arena.

Tiago smiled bitterly.

"Again, I failed to consider the possibility of the shadows becoming the path of the attack."

Kashmir lowered his weapon.

"You have become stronger. Next time, I may not succeed."

The judge announced:

"The winner is Kashmir."

Thus, the seventh round came to an end.

The rankings between the ten monsters continued to shift.

And with only two rounds remaining, every candidate understood a terrifying truth:

They were no longer simply testing their abilities.

They were preparing for the moment when they would stand before their own physiques, and only those who had truly understood their power would receive the final recognition of the universe.
