Aria allowed the spell to dissolve, the vibrant smile on her face clearly showing that she was pleased with the result.
She then focused upon Crimson Step, and a scarlet light gathered around her body.
Before Elion could warn her to be careful, she vanished from the space in front of him and reappeared on the opposite side of the lounge.
Activating it again, she returned to the center of the lounge, stumbling slightly upon arrival, but Mira caught her arm before she could fall.
"You could have tested it while standing still," Mira said.
"I was standing still."
"You know what I meant." Aria straightened herself and looked back toward Elion.
A trail of crimson particles remained between them before slowly fading away. "That was incredible."
"You will need practice before using it during combat," Elion said. "Appearing in the wrong position could be worse than not moving at all."
