Elion raised a brow.
"The dragons?"
Celeste nodded.
"With the Legacy World appearing so close to Haven, everyone is moving faster than usual. The elders wanted certain assurances before sending our younger generation through human territory."
"So you've heard then."
News about the entrance appearing in Haven had travelled faster than he thought. Elion leaned back slightly, his strength finally beginning to return.
The Vampires must have wanted to ensure that the feud between them and this singular group of dragons did not escalate to the rest when the youths of the two groups eventually met up, either in Haven or in the Legacy World itself.
After all, it was easy for an already delicate matter to escalate if left unchecked.
Those were just his thoughts, though.
The timing was rather inconvenient, though; Elion had been hoping to get a bit of training in with Dorian, since he had barely done much of that lately.
