"Make yourselves comfortable," Elion said, beckoning toward the plush seats scattered throughout the Ark's lounge.
None of the seven people with him seemed to hear a word.
Their sparkling eyes were far too focused on the Ark's grand interior.
"Wow..."
Elion smiled at their reactions before simply taking a seat and allowing them to wander freely around the spacious control room and lounge.
For most of them, there was far too much to take in at once.
The seamless walls displayed the outside world with such clarity that it almost felt as though there was nothing separating them from the sky.
The furnishings were immaculate, the lighting soft and perfectly balanced, and every surface looked as though it had been crafted with absurd attention to detail.
It was the kind of perfection they would only expect to see in the grandest palaces.
