Chapter song: "Heroes" - David Bowie
The weekend couldn't come fast enough, and Kenneth found himself sweating through his pressed white blouse and cream dress pants as he and Legolas stood in front of the restaurant where he was supposed to meet Lucien with whom things were still awkward with, and his rich, snobby parents.
The restaurant itself screamed of old money and classical charm with its towering building made of white stone, wide and open windows that gave a clear view of what was happening inside of the establishment and how equally arresting its interior was. Wild plants dotted nearly every corner of the place, with a smattering of baby's breath, azaleas, and some other flower he couldn't quite place to decorate the place.
Lamps filled with lit candles lined the entry way as they made their way up the paved steps that somehow overlooked the grand river just outside.
