The room remained silent for a few heartbeats after Kasi's words. His gaze swept over the F4 and the clan heads, calm but icy.
Danzo's lips tightened, his voice sharp and defensive:
"These are serious accusations. The wealth and properties were used properly, for the reconstruction of the village. Nothing was stolen, and nothing was transferred under personal names illegally."
Koharu and Homura nodded in agreement, voices measured but firm:
"Yes, Kasi. From our perspective, everything was done according to village needs. We followed proper procedures at the time."
Hiruzen stepped forward, hands raised slightly, trying to ease the tension:
"Kasi… please, you must have misunderstood. At that time, we had no choice but to act as we did. The village was in chaos after the Nine-Tails attack. Decisions had to be made quickly to protect what remained. I know this isn't what you expected, but—"
Kasi's eyes narrowed slightly.
Danzo's eyes flickered with annoyance and said while interrupting
"We did what was necessary. The priority was Konoha's survival, not the privileges of one family."
Kasi's voice rose just enough to send a subtle ripple through the room:
"Necessary? Is it necessary to erase the legacy of those who literally gave everything for this village? The Yondime's family… Minato, Kusina, and myself included… and now you pretend this is 'for the village'?"
Hiruzen's jaw tightened. He knew Kasi was right in terms of tone, but the situation had been desperate back then. He could only hope Kasi would hear the explanation.
Kasi's gaze swept over all of them, cold but steady:
"Very well… if this is your defense, I will investigate the truth myself. But know this — I am no longer powerless. And those who mismanaged what my family left… will answer to me."
The room grew tense. Even Danzo, ever confident, felt a prickle of unease. Hiruzen exhaled slowly, realizing that any misstep now could spark a conflict he might not be able to control.
Kasi leaned back lazily against the wall again, arms crossed, eyes still scanning the room. Calm on the surface.

Danzo's face twisted with arrogance, unafraid.
"That brat? He's nothing but a tool for the village… a j—"
Before he could finish, Kasi moved faster than anyone could react. In a blur, his hand struck Danzo squarely in the face, the force shattering his jaw and breaking his nose. Danzo staggered backward, blood trickling from his face, clutching his ruined features in shock.
The entire room froze. Koharu and Homura gasped. Hiruzen's calm exterior faltered
Kasi's voice, calm yet deadly, cut through the silence:
"I warned you, one-eyed crow. Do not speak of my family that way again. And do not ever insult my nephew."
Hiruzen's eyes flicked to Kasi.
Danzo collapsed to his knees, dazed and bleeding
Kasi leaned back slightly, still calm, but the storm in his eyes hadn't faded.
Consider this a lesson… the legacy of my family is not to be mocked or used as a tool. And anyone who tries will face the consequences.
