Chapter 3 - the beginning III

So continuing on from the second part, as Zero chose the quest to gather the Dragons Breath, Scales, And Blood, he grabs the poster and walks to the receptionist to have him assign the quest to Zero. After this, Zero walks deeper down the dungeon, as he starts his journey a guard stops him by the door to check if he is qualified to go deeper than the three-hundredth floor.

To show his qualifications, he shows the guard his Black ring, signifying that he is a black rank adventurer. In order to prove his worthy to go deeper. So instead of cards, pendants, or medals we have rings to present our ranks and to our benefit the rings provide added strength in which White-rank rings provide the highest amount of strength with seventy five percent, Grey-rank rings provide the atleast fifty percent strength, and Black-rank rings provide the least with thirty percent.

As soon as he goes through the guards another horde of monsters appear mainly werewolves, and liches using necromancy to provide more man power and to revive the fallen werewolves. Though Zero takes them all on without a challenge, but he sees a different wave of monsters. Hobgoblins have come to join to the fight, while there is clearly a lot of enemies going after him. Zero casts a level fifty spell called Radiant-Flames, summoning different coloured flames that burn the enemies in his ways. Though the flame leave out the mana stones within the monsters bodies, it's actually a good thing as high leveled mana stones offer good prices within the market as these can be used to create armor and weapons, absorbed by adventurers to gain experience points and if the monster has skills the adventurer can also absorb that aswell. But destroying the stones only offers experience points, and with that, Zero's first day in the dungeon ends.

So for four days Zero has been fighting for his life only to reach the Dragon leveled floors, with us continuing on his second day, as he wakes up emerging from his tent he takes the ingredients for food that is in his storage pack and starts to make his favorite thing to cook, mainly because mushroom stew is the only thing he can make. As he eats his stew he thinks as to why he didn't learn other dishes to cook, well, the answer is simple he was relying on his own knowledge as a child. Because of this he only knows how to cook mushroom stew since this was the only thing his mother maked due to the lack of money to buy ingredients. A few minutes of thinking later he finishes eating his meal, and starts packing up to continue his journey. And so forth, he continues his journey towards the lower floors where the dragons are located. And during his journey the number of enemies he encountered increased by twenty percent in which Hobgoblins grew in hordes of ten, Werewolves were in packs of twenty-five, and orcs were in large groups of twenty
