A Day of Chaos, Fun, and… Roller Coasters
The morning sun slipped gently across the garden, painting soft golden lines on the training mats. Shinoki was already there, her movements sharp yet graceful as she practiced her martial arts. Each strike sliced the air cleanly, each step was light and precise. Her ponytail swayed behind her like a ribbon dancing in the wind.
The quiet morning didn't last long.
With a burst of energy loud enough to scare a flock of imaginary birds, Shinoikin slid open the door.
Shinoikin: "GOOD MORNING, EVERYONE!!"
His voice echoed across the garden like a festival bell.
Musukoni was stretching lazily, Emily was watering flowers with a small smile, and Jin Yuan stood there with his usual "I've seen the universe, nothing surprises me" calm expression.
Someone was missing, though.
Musukoni sighed, rolling his shoulders.
Musukoni: "Ah… he's late again."
As if the universe had been waiting for that exact line, a sudden sharp thump echoed from the house. Yuzurei's senses went from zero to one hundred instantly.
In one chaotic swoosh, Yuzurei burst out of his room through an open window like a missile.
Yuzurei: "Haa! Haa! HAA!!! I'M ALSO COMING!!"
He landed dramatically, breathing like he sprinted through three timelines.
Musukoni face-palmed so hard it deserved an award.
Musukoni: "He's always excited… about everything."
Emily giggled softly, her voice warm like morning tea.
Jin Yuan simply nodded, silently accepting that chaos was the natural state of the universe whenever Yuzurei existed.
Then Shinoki stopped mid-punch.
She looked straight at Yuzurei.
Her cheeks immediately glowed pink.
Shinoki: "U-u-u-umm… G-Good m-morning… Y-Yuzu-kun~"
Her voice was so soft it could melt the handle of a wooden sword. Yuzurei turned to her casually.
Yuzurei: "Oh! Good morning!"
Then he looked at Shinoikin.
Yuzurei: "OI OLD MAN! WHAT'S THE VACATION!? WHERE ARE WE GOING?!"
Musukoni snapped his towel.
Musukoni: "YUZUREI! SAY SENSEI! SENSEI!"
Yuzurei: "Ehh!? He's old man!! Look at him!"
Shinoikin puffed out his chest.
Shinoikin: "Okay, okay! We're going to the Amusement Park!"
The garden fell silent for half a second.
Then—
Yuzurei: "YES!! I'M ALSO COMING!!!"
He jumped so high it felt like he was trying to punch the clouds.
Jin Yuan raised an eyebrow.
Jin Yuan: "Amusement park? Why so suddenly?"
Emily: "It's fun, Yuan. We should relax once in a while."
Shinoki shuffled shyly closer to Yuzurei, almost tip-toeing.
Shinoki: "U-um… I-I'm coming too. I-If Yuzu-kun is going…"
She blushed again, hands behind her back, staring at the ground.
Yuzurei of course didn't notice. He was too busy vibrating with excitement.
Yuzurei: "OLD MAN! WHEN DO WE LEAVE?!"
Shinoikin: "Uh… right now? No wasting time!"
Everyone cheered lightly. Except Jin Yuan, who simply followed along like a man dragged into fate.

Arrival at the Amusement Park
After a short trip, they arrived at the giant amusement park filled with loud sounds, bright colors, and children running like loose rockets.
Yuzurei's eyes immediately locked onto the biggest, loudest thing in sight—the towering roller coaster.
Yuzurei: "YES!! THAT ONE!! WE'RE STARTING THERE!!"
The roller coaster twisted through loops and spirals like a giant metal snake laughing at the laws of physics.
Shinoki tugged on Yuzurei's sleeve gently, cheeks still burning.
Shinoki: "Y-Yuzu-kun… i-it looks… dangerous…"
She peeked at the ride, her hands trembling slightly—but still holding onto his sleeve.
Jin Yuan sighed dramatically.
Jin Yuan: "Ah… boring."
Emily gently elbowed him.
Emily: "Come on, Yuan. Let's have some fun."

They lined up and took their seats in pairs:

Musukoni & Shinoikin
The ride began its slow climb upward.
click… click… click… click…
Yuzurei leaned forward, eyes sparkling like a kid given unlimited candy.
Yuzurei: "YES!! FINALLY SOME FUN!!"
Meanwhile, Shinoki was clinging to Yuzurei's arm like her life depended on it.
Shinoki: "O-Oh… Yuzu-kun…"
Her eyes were squeezed shut, her grip tight.
Yuzurei blinked, confused.
Yuzurei: "Eh? Are you scared?"
Shinoki only squeaked softly.
Emily glanced back with a smile, Jin Yuan looking mildly disappointed at the world.
Musukoni and Shinoikin were arguing about who should've sat where.
Then—
The coaster reached the top.
Silence.
AND THEN— WHOOSH!!!
The roller coaster dropped like it was falling through the sky.
Screams erupted everywhere.
Shinoikin screamed like a goat.
Musukoni screamed like a lion.
Emily laughed joyfully.
Jin Yuan looked like he was meditating through chaos.
Shinoki screamed—but only because Yuzurei was next to her.
And Yuzurei?
Yuzurei: "YESSSSSSSSS!!!! THIS IS AWESOME!!!"
It was pure chaos.
Pure fun.
Pure disaster.
And absolutely perfect for this team.

The roller coaster screeched to a stop, leaving half the group breathless and the other half… questioning their life choices.
Yuzurei jumped out first, energized like he'd just finished a warm-up jog.
Yuzurei:
"WOOOO!! AGAIN! OLD MAN, AGAIN!!"
Shioinkin was already wobbling like a broken marionette.
Shioinkin:
"Y-You… kids… have too much energy…"
Behind him, Musukoni stepped off the ride with the elegance of someone who lost his soul mid-loop.
Musukoni:
"No… more… circles… please…"
Meanwhile Shinoki was still clinging to Yuzurei's arm even after the ride ended, eyes closed tight.
Yuzurei:
"Uh… Shinoki? Ride's over."
Shinoki:
"Eh—?! S-Sorry!! I-I didn't mean to…!"
Her entire face went pink.
Emily and Jin Yuan got off next.
Emily looked fresh, cheerful, like she just took a nice morning walk.
Emily:
"That was fun~!"
Jin Yuan:
"…I regret coming."
He said that, but his hair was slightly messed up, proving he clearly screamed at least once.

Yuzurei pointed dramatically at the creepy haunted house.
Yuzurei:
"That one next!! That looks so cool!"
Shinoki:
"Y-Yuzu-Kun… ghost… ghosts are…"
Musukoni:
"Ghosts aren't real. Probably."
Emily:
"I wanna see!"
Shioinkin:
"I'll wait outside—"
Yuzurei:
"You're coming, Old Man."
Shioinkin:
"…I knew you'd say that."
Jin Yuan crossed his arms.
Jin Yuan:
"This is childish. I'm not afraid of—"
A fake skeleton popped out of nowhere.
Jin Yuan:
"…"
Emily:
"Yuan! You jumped!!"
Jin Yuan:
"I did not."
Inside the haunted house:
• Shinoki clung to Yuzurei like a terrified kitten
• Musukoni punched a fake zombie out of reflex
• Emily laughed at everything
• Shioinkin nearly tripped over his own fear
• Jin Yuan pretended he wasn't scared but flinched at every sound
Yuzurei, meanwhile, walked confidently like he was on a casual evening stroll.
Yuzurei:
"These props are weak… If this was real, I'd smash—"
A ghost animatronic suddenly screamed from behind.
Yuzurei:
"HOOO!?"
Even he jumped.
Shinoki grabbed his sleeve harder.
Shinoki:
"Yuzu-Kun! D-Don't leave me!"
Emily giggled.
Emily:
"Hehe~ This is the best."

After surviving the haunted house, they sat at a food court.
Yuzurei instantly ordered the largest possible drink.
Musukoni:
"That's bigger than your head."
Yuzurei:
"Fuel for FUN!"
Emily got ice cream. Jin Yuan got nothing and stole bites from Emily's ice cream every few minutes.
Emily:
"Yuan… that's the third bite…"
Jin Yuan:
"I don't recall."
Shinoki bought cotton candy but ended up too shy to eat it properly, trying tiny bites while glancing at Yuzurei.
Shioinkin ate a hot dog with the seriousness of a warrior preparing for battle.

Ferris Wheel — The Calm After Chaos
They all agreed to ride the ferris wheel last.

Yuzurei & Shinoki
Emily & Jin Yuan
Musukoni & Shioinkin
In Yuzurei & Shinoki's cabin, Shinoki sat stiffly like the seat was made of spikes.
Shinoki:
"Yuzu-Kun… this is… kind of… romantic…"
Yuzurei:
"Romantic? No, it's just a wheel."
Shinoki nearly died internally.
Meanwhile in the other cabin—
Emily:
"Yuan, the view is beautiful!"
Jin Yuan:
"Mm. Your ice cream was decent."
Emily:
"Yuan!!"
And in Musukoni & Shioinkin's cabin—
Musukoni:
"Old man, don't look down."
Shioinkin:
"…Too late."

The Day Ends With Laughs
When they finally left the amusement park, everyone looked satisfied—except Musukoni and Shioinkin, who looked ten years older.
Yuzurei:
"Let's come again tomorrow!"
Musukoni:
"No."
Jin Yuan:
"…Absolutely not."
Emily:
"I would love to!"
Shinoki:
"If Yuzu-Kun goes… I will go too…"
Yuzurei stretched his arms with a grin.
Yuzurei:
"Best. Day. Ever."
And for once…
No battles.
No monsters.
No blood.
Just a group of weird, chaotic friends having fun.
