A few hours later.
After leaving the adventurer guild, Nine found himself staring at a weapon shop. Since he had paid 5 silver coins for the fees, he still had 15 silver coins left.
A few hours ago, after leaving the guild, he went towards the east side of the town and found out that there was an area between the walls. Noting that the town has two walls that can stop an attack from monsters and such.
Leaving that area, he then went to the middle of town and found a Goddess statue there. Going north he found that this area is the entertainment center where most people would spend their time.
To the west, there are wealthy individuals living. The south is where the main stores for weapons and other supplies are located, which are used by adventurers.
Since he had the time, he decided to go around the town and explore as much as he could. From the slums on the south, a tiny forest to the north, a succubi brothel in the northeast, and finally, he found himself here.
"Now I think about it, what quest should I take tomorrow?" He asked, 'Nine originally left the guild because he was not sure if going outside the walls was a good thing.'
After all, he had spent at least a day back in his original world already and found himself here, exhausted from going around in the cosplay event.
If his exhaustion suddenly hits him outside where monsters can just attack him, he can't tell for sure that he can run away from them.
He was not only exhausted but hungry too. To take the bus, he didn't even bother to have breakfast and only had a boiled egg on the way to the event.
And since he decided to buy some merchandise, he didn't even have lunch either.
So taking a quest that he can actually take on and clear without getting hurt is a must-have preparation he should do.
But that will be tomorrow's problem, right now, the things he needs to focus on are what's in this shop.
Entering the shop, he was quickly greeted by a young woman, to whom he quickly told that he was only there to see what the shop had.
Hearing his reason for being there, the young woman quickly left him on his own and helped the other customers.
Nine went through every aisle and corner of the store and were amazed by the displayed items. From the simple spears, staff, short swords, shield, and some armor.
As he explored the shop more and more, he was amazed by the things within it. At some point, he even managed to find some modern weapons like guns.
The gun was a revolver. When he saw this, he was a bit surprised by it since he didn't expect such a thing in this kind of place. But seeing how he cannot buy it with his current funds he explored the shop more.
What truly made the shop magical was the skill books he found set inside a cloche, glowing in brilliant light and floating mid-air, releasing this weird essence within it.
For a bit of time, Nine just stared at them, enjoying the sight. This caught the attention of the owner of the store.
To his surprise, the shop, which is filled with the smell of sweat and blood from making the things within it, had an owner of an Elf instead of a Dwarf.
Thinking the owner was gonna kick him out since he wasn't gonna buy anything, the owner suddenly started talking about how Nine seems to know how to use the weapon he had no idea how to use(the gun).
Since he was doing some poses that seemed to fit how the weapon is used, along with the familiarity of the look when Nine spotted it.
Before Nine knew it, he was in a deep conversation with the owner talking about how to use the gun and its function.
Since Nine didn't know much about guns himself, he could only tell the owner what he knew from the things he saw on the internet.
These things are the safety lock, magazine, how a bullet works, and the different types of gun varieties. And finally, how to use it properly without hurting yourself with it.
The more they converse the more he learn about how this world [Dungeons] works and learn that the gun was a drop item from them.
By the time Nine realized it, the sky was dark already, and his stomach, which had had nothing all day, was growling intensely, ending their conversation.
After saying goodbye to the owner, Nine left the shop and made his way to the inn that the owner recommended to him.
Taking a deep sigh, Nine looked at the sky and found the sight of the two moons colored in red and blue mesmerizing.
"Haha, can't believe I talked with him for so long the night is already this deep. Still, he was really nice, he even gave me something from his shop." Ending his words, Nine started running to get to the inn he was told to.

The next day, around noon. A time when the adventurer guild is at its peaceful moment, with the adventurers gone and most quests already taken.
The male receptionist patiently waits for Nine to appear, since this morning. Not able to get over what he had done, he planned to offer him a high-paying quest that could help him greatly.
Tapping his fingers on the desk, he said: "Is he not gonna come? I've been waiting since nine in the morning." Pausing for a bit he continued. "I've been watching people enter and leave the guild just to see if he comes, but he hasn't appeared at all."
The guild had tens of workers responsible for different departments. Each one has its main and sub worker dealing with it. The receptionist's table has the five siblings as its main workers; they are efficient in their work, and their teamwork is top-notch.
The reason for them being the main worker for this is not just because of their work capabilities but also because of their looks. To encourage the adventurers to take quests that they normally won't even think of taking, the siblings would use their majestic looks and heart-pumping voice to take care of it.
Though the five are siblings, each of them has their own home and takes a different time to clock in in the morning. Two out of the five are married, while the others are single.
The three sisters clock in early in the morning to prepare the quest board, while the male and red-haired sister clock in around 9-10 in the morning.
"Hmmm? What are you doing, Lander?" One of the siblings asked, looking at her brother sulking at the table.
"Huh?" Alexander looked up and found his sister talking to him. Seeing that her sister had a worried look he answered: "Nothing, I'm just waiting for him to come...."
"Hmm? You mean that man you tried to embarrass yesterday?" She asked.
"..... Yes. I've been waiting since I clocked in to give him a quest but he hasn't come yet." Alexander said, holding a piece of paper in his hand.
"Hmmm. Just give up." She replied.
"What? Why are you saying that, you know I won't feel better unless I do this."
"Hmm. I mean, he's already taking a quest right now."
"Huh? What do you mean by that?" He asked, inquiring more details about her words.
