Chapter 5 - Chapter 5: What does the strongest player look like?

Su Mufeng was unaware of everything that had happened in Kyoto. He was still preoccupied with Su Xiaoxue's question: what rank was she?

Of course, she was definitely a Challenger, but she was a boosting service, mostly playing on other people's accounts. Her own account was only Gold 3. She had just achieved a 10-game winning streak in placement matches on a new account and hadn't touched it since.

Obviously, someone without a Challenger account claiming to be Challenger was hardly convincing!

Gold 3 and Challenger were the two uncertain answers Su Mufeng had.

"Challenger!" Su Mufeng opened his League of Legends client, logged into his only Gold 3 account, and said.

"Hehe, is this what the Challenger border looks like?" Su Xiaoxue, as if she really thought he was a newbie, snatched Su Mufeng's mouse and proudly pointed to the large gold border icon.

"Uh, I really am..." Su Mufeng was embarrassed, feeling his explanation was rather weak.

"Come play a game with me! My parents will be back soon. If they find out I came to an internet cafe, I'll get a scolding!" Su Xiaoxue said cutely, oblivious to Su Mufeng's weak explanation.

"I really am the strongest player!" Su Mufeng could only silently shout in his heart.

The two quickly teamed up. Since Su Xiaoxue said she wanted to see what ranked matches were like, Su Mufeng started a ranked game with her.

"Ding!"

A crisp system notification sounded, and the two were quickly matched. Then, Su Xiaoxue said nervously, "Quick, pick a hero! I want to play Teemo!"

However, she was the fifth pick, and the heroes on the interface were grayed out.

"Strange, why can't I select a champion?" Su Xiaoxue stared at the gray screen, clicking the gray Teemo icon a few times with her mouse, but nothing happened. Frustrated, she thought there was a system problem and was about to click the "x" in the upper right corner when Su Mufeng, who had been watching the scene with a smile, finally spoke up.

"What are you laughing at? Humph, you only reminded me after watching for so long." Understanding the reason, Su Xiaoxue scolded him, a little annoyed, making Su Mufeng pause, swallowing hard.

Su Mufeng suddenly understood why so many heroes had fallen for her charms throughout history!

"Which lane are you playing?" Su Mufeng was the fourth pick, and Su Xiaoxue was the fifth. Knowing Su Xiaoxue wanted to play Teemo, he didn't object. His account was Gold 3 with a 10-game winning streak, and his hidden MMR was only around Gold 1, which was a piece of cake for Su Mufeng.

For a professional player, playing in lower-ranked games often means facing betrayal from teammates.

However, Su Mufeng saw the kind and innocent Su Xiaoxue as having the potential to become the legendary sixth man!

"Let's play bot lane! My brother and I both play bot lane; he plays ADC, and I play support," Su Xiaoxue replied, muttering that she hoped the enemy or her teammates wouldn't pick her Teemo or would ban it.

The banning phase quickly ended, and it was Su Mufeng and Su Xiaoxue's turn to choose. Su Xiaoxue, of course, immediately confirmed her long-praised Teemo with obvious delight. Su Mufeng, however, hesitated. Now only the ADC position remained. It wasn't that he didn't know how to play ADC, but he was unsure about the champion.

"Which ADC champion is the king of carrying girls right now?" Su Mufeng's mouse hovered between Ezreal and Kalista, his hesitation

obvious. Previously, Ezreal was undoubtedly the king of carrying girls—cool skills, killing from afar, able to escape even after showing off, making girls adore him!

However, since the introduction of Kalista, Ezreal's status has been declining. Kalista has two abilities: a flashy skateboarding ability that allows him to escape and makes him unstoppable against tanks, and an ultimate that pulls the support back to protect them.

"Kalista it is," Su Mufeng finally decided. He had given it his deepest consideration. Seeing the enemy's Fizz, Su Xiaoxue's highly aggro-generating Teemo, and Su Xiaoxue's Heal buff, he instantly understood. Su Xiaoxue

's brother's skill level was clearly not high, causing Su Xiaoxue to feel insecure

. "A disgrace to the 'carrying a girl' community!" Su Mufeng sighed again.

The game started quickly!

Seeing their support was Teemo, the teammates immediately abandoned any plans for a level 1 team fight and started chatting.

"Hey, bro in fourth place, are you carrying a girl?" This message came from Su Mufeng's jungler, Master Yi.

Su Mufeng saw the message but ignored it, pretending to be aloof for a while. He understood how the Sword Saint knew. His record was 10 consecutive wins, and he was matched with people around Gold 1, but most of these people were around Silver. Xiaoxue's ID was Xiaoxue Huahua, which is an ID that many girls like to use
