If she even thinks about walking away from me again, I'll track her down wherever she tries to hide in this world—there's no escape from me.
"I made my decision long ago. How can you still not understand that?" Evelin shot back. "I have zero regrets, so there's no room for doubt—unless you..."
Before she could complete her sentence, I crushed my lips against hers, silencing her words.
"Since you have no regrets, then there's no 'unless,'" I whispered against her mouth.
