Nodding, the boy closest to the metal pole grabbed the coil tied around his waist and slowly made his way towards the metal pole. Seeing the boy got closer to the metal pole, the other two followed his lead and eventually all four of them including Princess Marina held on to the metal pole.
After several minutes of holding on to the metal pole for their dear lives, Princess Marina and the other first years with her breathed out a sigh of relief when the golems came to a stop in front of massive gates. Looking at the other golems, Princess Marina watched as multiple first years fell on their face while some leaned over the golem to puke when the earth barrier was deactivated. Looking around for Halorin or Falorin, Princess Marina was relieved to see their hands firmly on the metal pole before them in the same golem, three golems away from her. Catching her looking at them, Halorin and Falorin released one of their hands from the pole and waved excitedly and Princess Marina smiled and waved back.
The tallest golem stretched out his arm and all first years watched as the girl with strawberry blonde hair and her colleagues walked to the palm of the golem before being brought down by it. Copying their seniors, the first years also dismounted from their golems by following the exact same steps as their seniors.
After landing on solid ground, Princess Marina and the other first years watched as a green haired boy and the strawberry blonde haired girl placed their hands on the gates and the gates flung open to reveal misty surroundings. The green haired boy and the strawberry blonde haired girl gestured for them to go in and as Princess Marina and her fellow first years stepped through the gates, a large brown building with several wings appeared in full bloom.
Stopping them from going any further the girl with strawberry blonde hair raised her hand and all attention fell on her.
"Before we go any further I believe introductions are in order." said the girl with strawberry blonde hair.
"I am Lysandria Ruvunor, the head prefect of the girl's hostel." the girl with strawberry blonde hair said before showing her three star mark that carried the symbol of those with high attunement.
"And I am Caelthar Crow, the head prefect for the boy's hostel." the boy with green hair said, before showing his one star mark that carried the symbol of those with low attunement.
Trying to keep the shock from her face, Princess Marina tried to act neutral while her fellow first years audibly gasped at his symbol.
Clearing her throat, Lysandria drew everyone's attention towards her.
"The rest of the welcome committee you will know in time." Lysandria said and the welcome committee except Lysandria and Caelthar Crow dispersed.
"But before you are allowed to go to your respective hostels-" the pink haired girl said, before stepping into a building in front of them
"This-" Lysandria said when everyone followed after her.
"Is the common room where general meetings between boys and girls would be held." Lysandria said as she spinned around and Princess Marina and the other first years turned around to take in the massive hall, numerous chairs on the top floor, the large comfortable chairs on the ground floor and the slightly elevated steps that Lysandria was currently standing on.
"This room is directly connected to both the boys and the girl hostels." Lysandria said as she pointed to the left and to the right to indicate the boys and girls hostel.
"And to ensure privacy and safety, the boys and girls hostel are protected by a defensive barrier that will be felt the minute you pass through each entrance." said Lysandria.
"The boys' hostels already have something planned for the boys so Caelthar Crow will lead the boys to their hostel." Lysandria said and Caelthar Crow bowed politely to everyone before directing the boys to an entrance on the far left that turned green from a protective barrier when all the boys passed through it.
"Now that the boys are gone," Lysandria said as she took a seat on a large comfortable chair.
"It's time we girls have a talk." Lysandria said with a smile on her lips.
