Chapter Eight: "The End of the Battle"

Scene 1: Inside the Cave
The sounds clash in the place, flames and blinding light swallowing everything around them.
Ice roars in the face of blazing fire, and the cave trembles as if the earth itself is screaming.
Rinyon closes her eyes for a moment, then opens them slowly… the light still devours the horizon, and the two elements clash relentlessly.
Kiora pushes with all he has, sweat dripping from his forehead.
The wolf roars, its chest glowing with flame.
Wolf: (You won't defeat me, little one…)
Kiora, groaning: (Damn it… this body can't take it… I can't push out any more…)
The ice stops suddenly, and a beam of fire explodes toward him. Kiora dodges it at the last moment, falling to the ground, exhausted, dust rising around him.
He gets up with difficulty, looking upward with sharp eyes.
Kiora: (I must end this now…)
The wolf opens his mouth, releasing toxic saliva that drips like acid, but Kiora jumps aside and begins gathering his energy again.
Kiora, angrily: (What is wrong with you?!)
Wolf, with an evil smile: (I didn't want to do this… but it seems I must fight with my full power…)
The wolf roars.
The entire cave shakes.
The camera moves outside the mountain… the echo of the roar can be heard across the whole forest.
It returns to the inside — stones falling, the air growing heavy like smoke.
Kiora, with cold sarcasm: (Are those your last words?)
Wolf, laughing hoarsely: (Heh… you'll see for yourself…)
From the depths of the darkness, small wolves appear, their red eyes glowing.
A whole swarm of wolves pours into the cave from the opening.
Rinyon opens her eyes in terror.
Kiora thinks: (There are too many…)
Then speaks softly: (I accepted your challenge, leader…)
The ground beneath him trembles.
Icy wind surges from under his feet, his hair rises upward, his clothes trembling lightly.
He grips his sword tightly, white mist flowing from its blade…
Then eight swords of ice appear behind him, spinning like a vortex of death.
Rinyon, whispering in fear: (I came to help… and now I've become a burden… how did things get this bad?!)
The wolves charge toward him like a wave.
A calm voice, as if coming from nowhere, whispers from Kiora:
Kiora: (I won't let you do anything…)
In a single moment…
The eight swords move at the speed of light, slicing through the air with a sound like whistling.
And in the blink of an eye, the wolves are cut into pieces, like leaves in a storm.
The cave cracks apart, rocks falling.
But Kiora moves only toward his final target — the leader wolf.
The wolf's eyes mix with anger and fear.
Kiora, in an icy voice:
> "Ice Age: Absolute Freeze."
In an instant, silence rules.
Everything freezes.
The air, the walls, bones, rocks… everything except the wolf's head.
Water droplets freeze in midair like tiny stars suspended in eternity.
The wolf tries to move, tries to scream, but no sound comes out.
He tries to breathe fire, but the flames die before they're born.
Kiora walks toward him slowly.
Wolf, with a broken voice: (Damn… you…)
Kiora, with cold finality:
> "No one stays for anyone… learn to be strong on your own. You were powerful, but you never understood the meaning of true strength."
He raises his sword, punches the wolf's frozen chest —
The ice mass cracks and shatters like fragile glass.
The wolf's body explodes into icy shards, and his head falls to the ground, frozen.
Kiora turns slowly toward Rinyon.
She steps back in fear.
Rinyon, trembling: (Kiora… are you still you?)
But Kiora doesn't answer.
In a moment, the light fades from his body.
His hair returns to its natural color, the ice star disappears, his sword turns back into a staff.
He collapses slowly.
Rinyon runs to him, catching him before he hits the ground.
She places her hand on his chest.
Rinyon, softly: (You fought fiercely… looks like you still haven't adapted to your power…)
She lifts him and leaves the cave while the ice behind her melts slowly.

Scene 2: Outside the Cave
The cave collapses behind her like a dying ice volcano.
Rinyon sits on a rock near the destroyed cave, the sunset painting the sky with a pale orange color.
She places Kiora's head on her lap and looks at him with a gentle smile.
Rinyon: (We won…)
She wipes the dust and sweat off his face, the sunset's colors reflecting on her features.
The wind blows lightly, and the distant chirping of birds echoes between the trees.
Then, suddenly…
A strange, deep voice, addressing no one, comes from an unknown place, as if the forest itself speaks:
> "Ah… I want to see blood… not enough blood came out…"
The lighting dims.
The camera slowly pulls away from Kiora and Rinyon's faces.
The scene fades into total darkness, with the echo of that voice resonating in the void…
