Chapter 10 - Chapter 10 Whose General is This?

Putting those aside, Esdeath discovered something interesting.

The prestige cost in the shop wasn't fixed; when her swordsmanship broke through to the intermediate level, the prestige consumed for Swordsman Swordsmanship actually decreased by 500.

Esdeath hadn't expected this; the system was quite user-friendly.

The price of Navy Six Styles also dropped, possibly due to her improved physical fitness, which caused the price of Navy Six Styles to also drop by 500.

The night passed without a word!

Under the reluctant gazes of the three, Esdeath changed into her custom-made clothes, the same outfit Esdeath wore in the original work!

The Super S Queen set sail!

"Yo!"

"Yo!"

Upon arriving at the dock, she saw Garp at the bow of the ship and Aokiji greeting her.

Aokiji was truly idle; he was probably here to hitch a ride, just like in the original work.

"Hahaha, you two, let me introduce you; this is Admiral Aokiji, and this is Esdeath, my granddaughter."

Before he could finish speaking, a huge chunk of ice smashed into Garp's face.

"Vice Admiral Garp!!"

Many people gasped in surprise; someone dared to hit Garp at Marineford; they were simply too bold.

"Who's your granddaughter? Don't ruin my reputation!" Esdeath lowered her arm, wondering what was going on in Garp's mind; he had suddenly claimed her as his granddaughter two days ago.

The response, of course, was a series of ice chunks.

As for Garp, he burst out laughing; he didn't care about such trivial matters.

"Arara!"

"Sure enough, it's the same ability as mine."

Looking at the ice ability, Aokiji wasn't surprised; he had heard Fleet Admiral Sengoku mention this girl a long time ago, and now they finally met.

He just didn't know what her ability was, but it could add some excitement to his boring journey.

"Hoist the sails, set course!"

"Yes!"

The well-trained Marines instantly returned to their positions and began to perform their duties; since Vice Admiral Garp wasn't angry, they had nothing to worry about.

The blue sea, the slightly salty sea breeze, Esdeath lay on a deck chair under a sun umbrella, drinking a frozen beverage—it was truly delightful.

"You enjoy yourself quite a bit, young lady."

"You too."

Aokiji was right beside her.

Initially, Aokiji was just lying on a deck chair, but when he saw Esdeath's actions, he started to imitate her.

It was truly delightful!

Garp didn't bother Esdeath and Aokiji; there was nothing much to do on the sea except fishing.

After only half a day, Esdeath felt bored; let alone pirates, she only encountered two or three ships.

She met many merchant ships, but they didn't make contact, as it wasn't yet time to replenish resources.

"Do you play poker?"

Suddenly, Esdeath thought of a form of entertainment: playing cards.

"Want to?"

Aokiji opened his eyes; playing cards wasn't out of the question, and the Marine had no explicit prohibition against it.

"Bring Garp along."

"OK!"

The three sat in a circle, and Esdeath spoke first: "This is how you play Landlord; understand?"

"Understood."

Aokiji nodded thoughtfully; the name Landlord was quite interesting and could make one think of many things.

As for Garp, he chuckled, and it was unclear if he understood or not.

Bogat looked at the three playing cards with a helpless expression, but there was nothing he could do; he didn't believe any short-sighted pirates would dare to attack these two bigshots.

"Three."

She lightly threw down a three, then looked at Garp; this round, she wasn't the Landlord; she and Garp were both peasants.

"Four twos!"

Esdeath looked at Garp using four twos to bomb her, a helpless expression on her face; it seemed this guy hadn't understood the rules at all.

What kind of karma had she incurred to play cards with Garp?

Aokiji smiled, looking at the helpless Esdeath, and lightly said,

"No."

There was no choice but to pass; Esdeath had no cards to play.

"Airplane!"

A hand of cards was thrown directly onto the table; Garp, under the shocked gazes of Esdeath and Aokiji, actually went out directly.

After several rounds, Aokiji lost every time, his face covered in sticky notes; it was almost full.

In contrast, Esdeath and Garp had almost none.

Esdeath had seen through it; Garp was simply a great fool, too strong!

Whoosh!

Bang!

A cannonball exploded near the warship, causing the ship to fluctuate slightly.

"???"

At this moment, only one thought was in Esdeath's mind.

"Whose subordinate is this, to be so brave!"

One must know that Vice Admiral Garp and Aokiji were both on this ship, and the warship also had the iconic dog head hanging a bone.

Who had the guts to attack Garp's warship?

Could it be Jack, the Shipwright King?

"Vice Admiral Garp, several pirate ships have been spotted in the rear sea area; it seems to be the pirate Huni, with a bounty of 10 million Berries."

A soldier saluted and came before the group; in less than a minute, they had already investigated the pirate information.

"Is he always this brave?"

Esdeath stood up and asked.

Could it be that these pirates were so desperate for fame that they had lost all sense of the world?

It was like the two pirates in Shambles who wanted to shoot Admiral Kizaru to death, foolishly dreaming of achieving fame and success.

"Leave it to me."

Aokiji was full of resentment; he kept losing, and he kept losing to Garp; who could tolerate that!

"Wait, let Esdeath go; it's a good opportunity for her to see some blood."

Garp stopped Aokiji, who was about to move; if he went, he would just instantly kill them.

"OK!"

Pulling out her blade, Esdeath smiled; she knew that her former self's relatives had all died under the pirates' guns and cannons.

She had no good feelings for those pirates who only knew how to burn, kill, and plunder; it was a good time to test whether killing pirates would gain her prestige.

Whoosh!

Her foot landed on the deck, and she flew out, and the moment she landed on the sea, an ice channel appeared.

She walked straight towards the pirate fleet.

How could a proper pirate only have one ship? They must have many ships; even Luffy, who followed an elite path, eventually formed a large fleet.

"Are you sure she can do it? That's a 10 million Berries pirate, Mr. Garp."

In the first half of the Grand Line, 10 million was indeed considered a great pirate, and the current bounties were not inflated; they hadn't reached the bounty inflation of Luffy's time.

"She should be able to…"

Garp scratched his head and laughed loudly; if she couldn't, he and the others were still here, after all.

"Arara, poor little girl." Looking at Esdeath, who was about to board the pirate ship in the distance, Aokiji sighed.

She did a flip and jumped onto the pirate ship's deck, coldly looking at the motley crew of pirates on board, a trace of disgust appearing in her eyes.

"Little ones, charge!"

"Whoever catches her gets a reward! Remember to capture her alive!"

Huni's eyes glowed as he looked at Esdeath; what a beauty, and a Marine too!

"Awooo!"
