Ahhh ..... Clash."
Sheila yelled out of frustration, threw anything that was in her way against the floor. Carried a chair and hurled it across the wall with its pieces shattering to the floor.
"Sheila what's all this?" Mrs Scott rushed into the room only to see it in disarray after being informed by the nanny her daughter was in a fit of rage, and wouldn't listen to any one.
"I want to kill myself, I don't want to live," Sheila choked out her eyes filled with tears.
"Will you shut up, don't spill such nonsense." Mrs Scott cautioned her daughter.
"Why can't I have what I want mom.... why?"
Mrs Scott walked towards Sheila and lead her to the bed, calming her down. " Now tell me what happened?"
"It's nothing mom I'm just tired of the way I'm forced to work at AJ bakery as punishment for over spending, dad could have given me another punishment why this? Freezing my accounts, this is not fair."
Sheila voiced out half of her frustration, she couldn't let her mom know the real reason for her anger. Her dad's punishment was like adding fuel to fire.
"Oh is that the issue? We both know once your dad has made up his mind about something there is no turning back, it's just three months it will soon be over. okay?"
"Mom three months is like an eternity I'm tired already." Sheila held unto her mom in search for sympathy, her voice switched from that of anger to one of plea.
" Ok fine, I'll talk to ur dad he'll listen if I urge him further."
Sheila was her daughter, she wasn't use to this life, everything she wanted they provided for her. She was spoilt to the core, which lead to her buying things without caring, Sheila would look down on people as long as they didn't match her class. All her bad behavior were noticed by her dad prompting him to punish her severely after all she was old enough to care for herself.
"I'll call the help to clean this mess, you control your temper." With a stern warning Mrs scott left the room.
The former on the bed carried her phone
and dialed a number, the call connected, on hearing the voice on the other end her face darkened. "We need to talk"- her voice evidently filled with anger.
The following weeks, Darielle went to the bakery, but was in search for work, she called her bestfriend to find out if she found any. But unfortunately Cecilia partrick was out of town and couldn't find any job, Darielle didn't have any potential experience that would prompt her getting a job quickly. She herself had been looking but to no avail, she couldn't put her eggs in one basket, if one part was close she believed another would be open.
Her mother finally got a job after weeks of searching but the pay was poor, that only pushed Darielle to keep scouting. "Alexander Wright could help her!" The moment that thought crossed her mind she immediately regretted it. They were now close, more close. She couldn't start asking for help. He would see her as a cheap opportunist. Plus her pride mattered to her. Being dependent on herself was her number one rule. Darielle believed in hardwork. she wouldn't stoop low to instant gratification; Alexander Wright.

Bay lounge:
Music filled the air, the atmosphere was thick, filled with people, sounds of their shoe sounds clattering on the floor as they danced in response to the music played by the Dj.
The lounge excluded a luxury plus chill energy. The lights were dim but coloured, flashing across different faces. The air, carried expensive scents mixed with alcohol and the smell of smoke, this left Darielle gasping for air. Yet she remained calm as she walked with Mary Gelber one of the cleaners from AJ Bakery.
Darielle observed her environment, her head moving in different direction as she scanned the place; the couches and tables were spaced out giving off that comfort yet vibey feeling. Different people on the respective tables hanging out, either one was gisting, the others taking pictures while some men at the corner smoked cigarettes releasing the smoke into the air.
The waitresses passed serving drinks to tables and taking orders, the bartenders at the counter mixed cocktails showing off their exceptional skill. Darielle was not comfortable but she had to fix her emotions, Mary lead her to sit at a couch, "sit here I'm coming the meeting is at the VIP section let me call them, okay?" Darielle could only respond with a nod not in the mood to talk. Mary noticing her expression added - "I know your not use to this kind of place it's just for the job nothing else." Mary coaxed her with a nudge and went to the side to place a call.
Mary and Darielle were friends since she entered the bakery, though their area of duties differed, during breaks they would sit together and chat away. This was one of the friends Darielle had who would be open and blunt with her. But not as blunt as Cecilia. At that moment she missed her bestfriend. Cecilia didn't inform her when she would return. Darielle sighed.
Like they say no one was perfect, though Mary carried a heart of gold she wasn't a naive lady, she had experience with the world's way- went on partys, clubs, late night hang out, having fun Mary was present. One of the things that would leave her looking exhausted when she was at work. Darielle confided in Mary for a job, the latter told her she had place a that needed a waitress urgently. Mary lead the way and here they where: In A Lounge! The place mom never gave consent to. Darielle murmured beneath her breath.
Mary came back and gestured for her to come Darielle followed obediently and they made their way to the VIP section which was on the fourth floor.
"Darielle I've spoken to you before we got here, be calm you got this. Remember the story I told you concerning your work experience. Make sure you make it believable okay? I can't follow you. The guard will take you to the boss's office those are the rules."
"B… but can't you …come with me," darielle's voice trembling but thoughtfully kept her emotions in check not hinting to the guard she hadn't come to a place like this before.
Mary leaned in, whispering into her ear…
"I'm not forcing you,we can leave now. I agreed to this because you needed it."
"I'm … I." still feeling off about it.
"but her family needed this" with just that thought, her heart hardened, her expression Swiftly turning to one of confidence. I'll be back,
Mary smiled filled with relief "meet me downstairs once ur done."
Their interlocked hands now separated. They got into the elevator. The body guard taped a button and waited till they got to the fourth floor. As they both got out she felt an unease settling within her.
Burying that feeling inside, she followed in the direction of the body guard as he directed her towards the office.
The body guard stoped and opened the door, signaling her to enter. With summoned courage Darielle entered and the door closed behind.
"Welcome, have a seat." A man sited at the other end of the room voiced out, his voice raspy. Though Darielle hadn't seen the man's face due to the dimly lit room she walked towards the chair and sat down. Being opposite to each other, the table in between them, created a gap.
"Good evening sir, I was told you were in need of more staffs I'm here to work as a waitress." Darielle said, moving straight to the point.
"Hmmm. A waitress." The man adjusted himself on the chair bringing his face into view.
"I .. ye..yes sir." She was taken aback by the scar on his face. Disfiguring his looks.
"Ur name?." "Darielle sir."
"Darielle why so frightened? Haven't seen a scare like this before?." He asked with his fingers trailing the scare from the center of his head to the corner of his eye. A smirk playing on his lips.
"Umm sir what are the requirements that you need, I have them with me." Darielle brushed off his question focusing on why they were here in the first place. "I believe Mary has sent my curriculum vitae via email."she added, though knowing it was forged.
"Call me Bruks," he said glancing at the lady in front of him, "she is a damsel" he thought to himself.
"Your hired. You're on a monthly salary. the pay is $600."
Wh.. sir .. Bruks. Darielle was stunned with his words. Mary said the chances of him hiring her were slim so why the sudden agreement. Mary must have really pleaded on her behalf, she didn't need to tell the fake story of the various place she worked.
For some odd reason though she got the job, the pay was ok, it seemed to good to be true.
"Alright then." Mr Bruks got up, walked round the table and crouched to her level.
"Why don't we talk for a while, Mary Gelber assured me you were a good lady. I can consider increasing the pay." he said caressing her leg.
Darielle was good looking, though she wore a free gown yet her alluring figure caught his attention,of which he couldn't resist.
"No Mr Bruks the pay is good I'm okay with it." She replied with a stern voice. Shoving this hand away, while getting up to leave. This was what she tried to avoid. She would have landed a slap on his face but this was her boss already. She couldn't risk it after all Mary really helped her. She couldn't just ruin it.
As she walked past him headed towards the door, a strong force pulled her back, landing her on the table. Causing items on it to scatter to the ground.
M ..Mr. .. Bruks wh.. what are .. you trying to do. Fear gripped her hard.
"I don't take no for an answer" he replied still holding her hand in a firm grip. Reaching out to the gown she wore.
"No pls don't I beg of you" tears of fear began to stream down her cheeks.
She was pure she couldn't let anyone touch her. She began to scream - "Help! Somebody help me!" Hoping someone could here her and come to her rescue.
"Shout all you want no one will hear you," he said with a sly smile across his face.
"Let me go," she began to struggle. In a fit of rage she slapped him across the face and bite him hard on his hand. "You stupid girl, I'm doing you a favour. Do you know what it means to be with me other women in your position would be glad."
He shouted at her.
"I don't want pls let me go." Darielle said as she struggled to break free from his grip.
Mr bruks held Darielle firmly and tore her gown, revealing her upper body.
" No!!"
Darielle screamed in terror, as she instinctively covered herself with her hand.
"It won't hurt I promise" Mr Bruks uttered in a disgust tone that irritated Darielle's ears.
As he tried to touch her, Darielle saw a pen at the table, she took it and stabbed him on his shoulder.
"Ahh." Mr Bruks yelped in pain.
"Tough huh? I won't go easy on you."
He held her arm above her head and tore the remaining clothes to the floor leaving her only with her underwear. He reached for the drawer underneath the table and took out a syringe filled with an opaque substance. As she struggled to free herself, she felt cold instantly on seeing the syringe,"he wants to drug me" she thought.
Darielle fought more, she couldn't loose her dignity in such manner. Never!
However Mr Bruks having more advantage in strength pinned her down hard and injected the content into her body.
Instantly, Darielle felt her limbs began to weaken. She instinctively screamed her lungs out not knowing what possible step to take. "Mary help me" she managed to choke out within sobs.
"What did you put in my body?" Reasons unknown to her she felt her body become hot. A desire stirred within her. Immediately Darielle knew it was from the drug.
"Just a sedative to give yourself willingly." Mr Bruks responded feeling utterly excited. Now she wouldn't resist him.
The moment she heard his words tears slid down her cheeks. It Was Over! What would she tell her mom?
How would people see her?
"If this was how it would play out then so be it"after all it was her decision, she braced herself as she watched the man loosen his belt. Her vision blurred due to the substance in her system.
"Alex" she called quietly as she closed her eyes.
