Says yume's mother ,Cassandra Augustine Nova .Now to put things into context ,yume's mom is the wife of the clan head, Augustine Nova .The clan name is ''The celestial beast clan''.They are those who desend from the legendary 9 tail lunar godess and sun lion.As such yume's mom literally had 9 tails and the dad had golden hair.
''Alright my little princess, it's late get some sleep ok.''
''Ok mom.''
Cassandra then tuks yume into bed then blows out the candles and closes the door.
The celestial beast clan wasn't small by any means.Though based in a thick jungle,it had a mix of Japanese and western architecture. It span about 500 square kilometers .
The night was quite,too quiet and yet no one anticipated what was going to happen.
At around midnight,the lesser dragons attacked the town.To them ,they didn't attack at that late hour because of strategy,no,it was to make sure none escaped with their lives.
They entered houses and killed anyone they met then they proceded to burn the houses down.This continued until they reached the palace.
''mother, what's wrong?''
Yume asks her mother as Cassandra drags her out of bed
''There's no time to explain,I need you to stay in the pantry ok?''
''But why mom?''
''Just be a good girl and go to the pantry .''
''Ok mom.''
Yume said as she made her way to the pantry.Meanwhile, Yume's dad went out to give orders and arrange the castle defense.He even tried to take some civilians by taking them to the castle,but alas it was all for not.How so you ask?
Well when the lesser dragons got to the castle,they found the king and what remained of hids army ,a rather punitive force I the lesser dragon's eyes.As such,they were flattened an about an hour.Why an hour?Well because the king put up quite a fight.
After absolutely massacreing the soldiers and their king ,they proceded into the castle.
Meanwhile,Yume's mom was plotting how to get her daughter away from there.Yume and her mother hid in the pantry which as located below the kitchen .Cassandra's plan was to sacrifice herself so that her daughter could remain hidden because when they found her they would either kill her or capture her and when they did so they would think she was the only one there.

Yume did as told and immediately she drank the contents of the bottle with both a crescent moon symbol an a sun symbol, her presence vanished from the room.
The captain of the lesser dragons told his soldiers to fan out and look for an other survivers and kill those who resisted.Those who were there,all 486 out of the original 10286 inhabitants of that land were to be turned into slaves .
Some of the soldiers,2,to be exact got into the castle's kitchen and started searching the place.They eventually found the pantry.They opened the pantry to find Cassandra standing there.
''The captain told us to kill any one we found .''
''Now now Gun,he didn't say we couldn't have some fun with her .''
Said soldier 1 as he licked his lips.The soldiers then moved towards Cassandra all menacing and did things to this woman that I can't even described all while a young Yume watched.
Cassandra was violated then beaten to death right infront of her daughter.Cassandra was beaten up so bad that she was indistinguishable from a lump of flesh.While all this happened to her mother,all little Yume could do was cry. This experience broke the little girl.
After Cassandra's death the captain coincidentally walked into the room,as the captain and his soldiers were about to leave,he heard the sound of whimpering followed by the sound of tear drops hitting the floor.The captain then exuded a wave of power that undid the presence hiding.When the two soldiers there tried to kill Yume,who at this point was broken mentally and stood there all wide -eyed with that look of absolute dispare,the
Captain told the two to stop and then knocked out the girl.
The girl was to be one of their slaves,is what the captain said.
''...and that's how I got here.''The new Yume thought.She could feel the dispare, the greif and the anger,she could feel all of it as if they were her own.
''I finally had a family and...and t..th..the world decided to tear it away from me .Why cruel word why.I finally had a father but you took that away from me ,a mother who wasn't alcoholic and mentally ill and you took that away from me.Why ,why,why,tell me why,what did I do to deserve this tell me world tell!!!''
Yume thought all this as she shed tears sadness.Sadness at the death of her mother ,sadness at her inability to help those who she cared about , sadness at her overall weakness.She moulded that greif into rage an undying rage that pushed her to avenge all those she lost .
Suddenly,Yume's amber -gold eye shot a powerful golden beam into the sky,all that pent up rage put into that beam.Remember it as still pretty dark and they were deep in a jungle.
As if to reciprocate her rage the skys sent down a golden thunder bolt that ingulfed her . After the lightening bolt came down on Yume,her body was engulfed by a dark a mas of shadow.Then a fox head symbol formed on the shadowy mass.Then the the shadows melded to form a black overcoat with golden accents.Her hair became like a mass of golden fire.Her body under the black over coat was covered in brilliant light,in fact you couldn't even see her face which was also covered in the brilliant light.
She shot one look at the soldiers and they burned with black and white flame .What about those who violated and brutally murdered her mother?Well she summoned dark portals under then which took them somewhere they could suffer for not one but as many eternities as Yume saw fit.
Yume then started moving towards the captain her myriad of tails tied together in 9 by 9 golden rings following.The captain stumbled and fell and begged for mercy,then Yume responded in a voice that seemed of a thousand but spoke as one
''Mercy ,you beg for mercy yet you yourself lack that exact virtue ,how foolish.''
Yume then drew a line in the air with her flaming pointer finger right infront of the captain's neck then a thin blood line started to form on his neck.Next thing he saw was his head launching from his body as the great blood pressure launched his head,but before the captain's head hit the ground, Yume stabbed it with one of her tails then soon after released it.
Suddenly Yume's form stated go dimmer as the flame on her died down and went back to being her normal hair colour.Yume then started staggering as her overwhelming presence faded and she went back to her base form and lost consciousness...
