Devon touched a wall with his pale hand, and suddenly, green magic circles appeared all around the wall.
CLICK!
It clicked open. As if a door's lock was just opened with a key. The wall then slowly began to slide to the side.
He stepped through, and the wall slid back shut behind him.
"Stop it!"
A shout-whisper came from the direction of the cage as one of the players quickly hid a sharp rock behind his back.
He had been trying to cut through the cage with it, but since it was protected by Devon's magic, it was the same as trying to cut through metal with a paper knife.
"You're awake. Good."
Devon smiled, and then with a wave of his hand, the lock of the cage unlocked itself, and the lock fell to the ground with a loud clang.
He swung the cage open and dragged the two players out, who screamed, "Take your hands off us!"
Devon dragged them to the table and put them lying on their backs, securing their hands and feet with magic.
