Chapter 102 - Wind and Thunder From the Dragon

"You only have that one advantage," Sharn said.

Why feel discouraged?

If Haki wasn't enough, the Paw-Paw Fruit and Rumble-Rumble Fruit filled every gap—

just like BIG MOM, who combined lightning, fire, swordsmanship, and Haki.

Ordinary elements couldn't pierce advanced Haki—

unless their power was overwhelming.

Even BIG MOM and Kaido couldn't endure Akainu's Hellhound blows forever.

Even Whitebeard suffered fatal injuries.

"My fruit mastery is weak."

"My Haki… honestly embarrassing."

Lightning and recoil compressed into Sharn's palm, forming a Z-shaped bolt. He crushed it, coating the lightning blade's tip with Armament Haki.

Zing! Zing! Zing!

He hurled it again and again, recoil accelerating every throw. The Chameleon tried to block instinctively—

—but after more than thirty hits, a lightning bolt stabbed through his shoulder.

The burn and shock were agonizing.

No one expected Sharn to combine Devil Fruits like this—using lightning as a carrier for Haki, amplifying pressure and destructive force.

"Wind and Thunder From the Dragon—any objections?" Sharn asked.

He raised a dragon claw—

and thunder from the entire sky poured into his grip.

"I get it now," he said. "A stronger style of battle."

He forced his Haki to the limit. Lightning sheathed his dragon claws, extending into blades.

He fused Shigan, Fishman Karate, and claw techniques—

and vanished.

In a blink, he appeared before the Chameleon.

"Everything earlier was just fruit testing.

Now—this is my real strength."

He punched again and again—each strike faster than the last, storms of force cracking the harbor.

The Chameleon blocked the first blow, confident in his speed.

Then Sharn used his tail and legs to rebound—lightning-step movement boosting him beyond even Air Door speed.

Even Sharn didn't fully know where he was—

instinct guided his attacks.

"Is your Observation strong enough?

Your speed faster than mine?!"

Claws ripped air—

and skin.

"Impossible! I copied the Door-Door Fruit! How is he faster than teleportation!?"

He opened door after door, seeking weakness—

but he had lost the courage to stake his life.

Sharn had not.

If even his dragon body tore apart from speed,

if lightning peeled flesh—

he would not stop.

To soar ten thousand miles—

wings must break their limits.

"You're not faster than me."

Sharn appeared right in front of him. The Chameleon had just stepped through a door—

when Sharn's claw tore through his Haki armor.

"Impossible! How are you this fast!?"

His proud speed and Observation Haki failed completely.

"I've surpassed your speed and perception," Sharn said, still rebounding.

"Next, I surpass your strength and martial arts."

Each word struck like a hammer to the Chameleon's pride.

"Even if my body tears apart…"

"Even if the pain breaks every human limit…"

"It's like water cutting steel.

Slow at first—but if sharp enough, even steel breaks."

"As long as I'm fast enough—power follows."

Sharn reappeared—

a flying kick blazing with lightning.

"Little lizard—ever been kicked by lightning?"

Boom!

The impact hurled the Chameleon back. Even with full defense, he couldn't block it.

When two fighters move at equal speed,

neither can exceed the other easily.

But Sharn had surpassed him entirely.

If Observation couldn't track him—

if speed couldn't respond—

damage multiplied exponentially.

"If once isn't enough, then twice.

Until one of us drops."

Kicks, punches, claws—

everything flowed with speed.

Onlookers finally saw the Chameleon:

standing dazed, arms raised, trying to block—

—but surrounded by a tornado of lightning.

Inside—

an invisible storm:

Sharn's speed at full burst.

"Still don't get it?" Sharn said from above.

"From the moment you met me—you had already lost."

He descended.

"One more kick—

…forget naming it."

Bang!

The Chameleon's head whipped back. Pain shot through him. His nerves screamed.

He couldn't block.

Couldn't retaliate.

Could barely stay upright.

Fear drowned him.

If this continued—he would die.

"Hundred Smokes—Dragon Form!"

Hundreds of Air Doors opened at once.

His body turned to smoke—

and from each door, smoke fists blasted outward, all coated in advanced Armament Haki.

"Sharn! No more stalling!

Winner lives—loser dies!"

He gasped for breath, exhausted.

"Too much talking," Sharn muttered.

His figure paused for a moment—

a flicker of corrupted characters flashed briefly in the air

(as if reality itself glitched).

He stood in the thunder vortex,

gazing at the sky full of smoke-fists.

Then—

he simply disappeared.

Pirates and Marines watching trembled.

This wasn't human combat.

This was divine warfare.

The entire harbor was swallowed by lightning and smoke.

The Chameleon knew—

if he lost, the Five Elders would erase him.

Sharn knew—

victory meant freedom.

Defeat meant annihilation.

"Come then—

the final strike!"
