Ok, so before this gets started, few things to note:
1) his quirk is blood flame, where he can control and raise the temperature of his blood
2) Mohg is a villain here, as his end goal is to take control
3) the formless mother doesn't fully influence Mohg's choices
4) he will also use sigils, as it makes some type of sense for his more…'sacred' rites
5) this will also list Mohg's abilities and will be updated as I write

Mohg's abilities so far:
- Hemolonche
Mohg uses the help of a sigil to launch a blood spear that can detonate, inflicting burns in the process
- crimson stab
Mohg enhances the piercing power of his limbs with blood
- scald flesh
The blood in Mohg's body heats up, resulting in higher temperatures of his skin
- ichor summon: Mohg uses both external and internal blood to create a servant. ( yes, he remade Varre, no, it can't just be his blood, and absolutely was the words before necessary.)
- blood transport
Mohg can be brought to a location of a drawn sigil and vice versa ( the strain on stamina increases the more people transferring)
- minor regeneration(passive)
