Police sirens blaring. Helicopters chopping the air. People screaming like the world's ending again.
Storm's alarm goes off.
He smacks it like it owes him money.
As he's about to open his bedroom door, two flame wielders fly past the hallway, blasting purple and pink flames and wrecking his apartment like they're on a mission to lower property value.
Storm looks at himself.
Storm: Good thing I fell asleep in my suit.
He follows them out. Being a lightning wielder, he catches up with stupid speed.
He finally reaches the two fire wielders blasting each other mid-air.
Storm (shouting): Hey!! Can yall stop destroying the city?!
Fire wielder 1: Back off!! You skinny twig!
Crowd watching: gasps, laughs, someone yells "cook him!"
Fire wielder 1 dashes into the sky, chasing after Fire wielder 2.
Storm: Man… I'm getting too old for this bullsh–
Random person: Uh, are you going to stop them?
Storm side-eyes the random person, fake smiles, and dashes away.
He catches up. The two fire wielders clash again. Storm delays punches both of them so hard they get confused by time itself. He phantom dashes to Fire wielder 1 and tornado kicks him into Fire wielder 2, sending both flying into a wall.
Storm appears in front of them, lifts both by the neck, pinning them on a wall using so much power ut cracked the wall.
Storm (menacing): Didn't I tell you to stop destroying the CITY?!
When he says city, he squeezes harder. The wall cracks deeper behind them.
Storm: Give me one good reason why I shouldn't absolutely beat the shit out of both of you.
The fire wielders tap his arm, signaling they can't breathe. Storm lets go.
Fire wielder 1: I'm Raven.
Fire wielder 2: I'm Astrid.
Storm: Interesting names. Y'all sisters?
Astrid: Brothers.
Raven: I mean… how can't you tell?
Astrid: Yeah it's kinda obvious.
Storm: Hard to tell with your unisex names and long massive hair. Anyway, why are you destroying the city?
Raven: We're being hunted by people.
Astrid: From outside of this universe.
Raven: Universal bounty hunters.
Astrid: I LITERALLY just said they're from another universe.
Raven: I was tryna sound proper.
Storm: Can you two love birds shut up?
Astrid: Ew no.
Raven: We told you we're brothers.
Astrid: Did he not hear us?
Storm: I SAID SHUT UP!!
Storm's powers flicker purple, lightning glitching. His grip slips.
Raven squints: I know you from somewhere.
Astrid: Yeah. You're that kid.
Raven: The one who defeated the Unknown.
Astrid: In the…
Both: Universal Tournament.
Astrid: You're the reason the universe is cooked.
Raven: Why bounty hunters can do whatever the fuck they want.
Astrid: You killed us all.
Storm stands up slowly.
Storm: I was doing y'all a favor. The Unknown was a dictator asshole.
Raven: He might've been an asshole… but he protected us.
Storm: Wait. If you two morons are being chased, why are you fighting each other?
Astrid: Miscommunication.
Raven: Caused a fight.
Astrid: You know how brothers are.
Storm: And you're not from this universe?
Raven: Correct.
Storm: Well that explains the fashion choices and rainbow-ass power aura. But why are you being chased?
Astrid: That's for us to know.
Raven: But hey, you can help us.
Astrid: Yeah. You're basically the strongest being in the universe.
Storm: And why should I help you?
Raven steps up, turns Storm around.
Raven: Because we led them here. So now everyone's at risk.
Astrid: You being the biggest bounty in the entire universe doesn't help either.
Storm: Bull sh–
Suddenly, portals open behind them.
Raven and Astrid instantly sprint.
Raven: Yeahhh, you should probably run too.
Storm takes off as well.
From the portal, ten half-human half-robot bounty hunters step out, followed by one full mechanical giant.
Robot man: They were just here. FIND THEM.
Screen fades to black.
