After his death, Leon was reincarnated per god's  pity. Instead, for him to feel not bored, he said he would reincarnate where multiple anime's would exist more so those with a hint of supernatural.

Leon understood, but God hid something from him. Even though Leon asked. He did wanted to see which heroine he would meet from those typical slice of life animes or rom-cons. Only to figure out that he's now the target/victim of multiple beautiful girls who fight for his affection.

What can the MC say, he's been cuffed to the bed. Drained of his essence, utterly drugged, pretty much sexually harassed but all of those actions caused by those that did it to him.

He embraces it, because he wants to hope for a better ending. He wasn't expecting himself to catch the attention of multiple females from multiple  anime's.
