Chapter 24 - Chapter 023 Offending the Young Master, how many heads do you have that I can chop off?

Two hours, neither long nor short.

During these two hours, all the Foosha Village villagers were gathered in front of the party bar. The villagers who had fainted from Ian's identity were also standing in the crowd at this time, looking at Ian, who was seated in front of the bar's main entrance, with fear and lingering apprehension.

Although Ian only brought one servant, his identity as a Celestial Dragon was like an army of thousands. Not to mention these simple Foosha Village villagers, even the lawless pirates on the high seas, powerful as the Four Emperors of the New World, would be on pins and needles if they knew anything about Ian.

Gunko, wearing a newsboy cap and a cloak, having reverted to her underwear-on-the-outside look, stood respectfully to Ian's left, her eyes coldly watching the villagers across from them, who dared not make a sound due to Ian's Celestial Dragon identity.

Makino stood to Ian's right. Already uneasy, her heart was now in her throat after Garp confirmed Ian's identity and specifically warned her repeatedly not to offend Ian.

"Ian!!!"

Finally, as two hours silently slipped away, a thunderous roar suddenly came from the direction of the Foosha Village pier, exploding in everyone's ears in front of the bar, causing everyone present, except Ian and Gunko, to tremble.

Immediately after, a figure shot over from the pier with a powerful and overbearing presence, heading directly for Ian, who was seated in front of the bar's entrance.

The person was Garp. Fearing that Ian would go on a rampage in Foosha Village, he found the warship's speed too slow, so he used Armament Haki as the power for his small boat, pushing it to brave the winds and waves, arriving at Foosha Village at the fastest possible speed.

Seeing the scene in front of the party bar from afar, he didn't wait for the small boat to dock. He used Armament Haki again to strike the sea, then used the force to leap into the air.

"Garp, how dare you call Young Master by his name!"

Unexpectedly, Garp rushed straight at Ian without waiting for his boat to dock. Gunko, standing beside Ian, reacted promptly by stepping forward, and her Arrow-Arrow Fruit Ability burst forth.

At the same time.

Garp, who had shot over, was furious when he saw that all the villagers were gathered in front of the party bar, thinking that Ian had already started a massacre. His iron fist, imbued with Armament Haki, slammed down towards Ian.

However, how could Gunko let him succeed, much less allow him to offend Ian?

The moment Garp's iron fist slammed down towards Ian, an invisible energy suddenly surged.

The next second, the iron fist, which was originally aimed at Ian, had its attack trajectory altered, and with the force of a thunderbolt, it smashed into the party bar behind Ian!

"Hm?"

"He actually changed the old man's attack trajectory!"

"Arrow-Arrow Fruit Ability!"

Garp's pupils contracted slightly, and his gaze turned to Gunko, who had brazenly made her move. "You are Manmaya Gunzogū, a member of the God's Knights!"

Rumble—

Amidst the deafening explosion, the party bar was instantly destroyed by the fierce and overbearing gale. As the stairs collapsed, rolling dust immediately spread out.

A strange scene appeared.

The spreading dust, just as it was about to engulf Ian, was immediately isolated by an invisible energy, sweeping past Ian, Gunko, and Makino to both sides, instantly 'burying' all the villagers in front of the bar's entrance.

"Garp, you're trying to kill This Young Master!"

Ian, who was sitting on the chair, hadn't moved an inch from beginning to end. As the rolling dust spread out, he slightly raised his eyes, and his sharp gaze swept towards Garp. "You don't like Celestial Dragons, you call them trash, you don't care about those useless people who like to wear bubble headgears. This Young Master doesn't care, because they are indeed a bunch of useless people who only know how to eat, drink, and enjoy! However, you have shown great disrespect to This Young Master, and you must pay the price!"

As soon as the word 'price' left his mouth, a bandaged arrow shot out from behind Ian, heading straight for Garp's throat in a flash of lightning.

Facing Gunko's renewed attack, Garp did not dodge. Instead, he decisively released Conqueror's Haki, wrapped it around his arms, and then raised his hands to cross them in front of him.

"Boom—"

The moment the two collided, a terrifying wave of energy instantly spread out from Garp's arms. The arrow, which was originally aimed at his throat, was bounced back by the powerful Conqueror's Haki.

The spreading wave of energy dispersed the dust.

Immediately after, the Foosha Village villagers who had been standing in front of the bar were now all prostrate on the ground, trembling under the sweep of the energy wave.

Woop, the Foosha Village mayor, who was on his knees, was almost swept up and overturned by the energy wave. Fortunately, two villagers reacted in time and pulled him down.

"Garp, are you crazy!"

"How dare you offend the esteemed Saint Ian! Stop at once!"

Hearing Mayor Woop's scolding, Garp's heart filled with joy, and he simultaneously looked back.

Seeing that the Foosha Village villagers had not been harmed by Ian, but instead were almost injured by his reckless actions, Garp decisively dispersed his Conqueror's Haki, then grinned and laughed loudly, "So everyone is fine, that's great!"

Before he finished speaking, he immediately retracted his gaze and looked at Ian, continuing in a slightly apologetic tone, "Sorry, Ian, the old man misunderstood you..."

"Swoosh swoosh swoosh—"

Before Garp could finish his sentence, bandages carrying terrifying aura fluctuations appeared out of thin air, instantly wrapping around and constricting Garp's neck.

Immediately after, Gunko, who had once again released her Devil Fruit ability, suddenly raised her hand and pointed to the sky. Garp, whose neck was wrapped and constricted by the bandages, was consequently lifted into the air, suspended by the bandages.

"Garp, how many heads do you have for this Princess to chop for offending Young Master Ian?"

After decisively suspending Garp in mid-air, Gunko mercilessly controlled the arrow to pierce through Garp's body. A spray of blood mist immediately scattered down, causing all the Foosha Village villagers present to widen their pupils in surprise.

Before the Foosha Village villagers could react, the arrow that had pierced through Garp's body suddenly turned back, again bringing out a spray of blood mist from Garp's body as it flew back to Gunko's front.

From beginning to end, Garp did not release Armament Haki to protect himself, enduring Gunko's two heavy blows head-on.

Because this was the punishment he deserved, he had to endure it!

Leaving aside the fact that Ian had not gone on a rampage in Foosha Village, even if Ian had indeed killed all of Foosha Village, as a Marine Headquarters Vice Admiral, he could not act against Ian by going against his superior.

"Saint Ian!"

Just as Gunko was controlling the arrow, preparing to give Garp another 'needle and thread' treatment, dozens of figures suddenly emerged from the direction of the pier. Leading them was none other than Marine Headquarters Colonel Hina, who had arrived in time.

Hina, walking at the very front, dared not be negligent. Seeing Garp being hung up and 'threaded' from afar, she disregarded her usual aloof image and rushed over at the fastest speed. Facing Ian, she stood straight and raised her hand in a very standard Marine salute, then parted her red lips and said, "Marine Headquarters Colonel Hina greets Saint Ian. Your subordinate is late in coming to your aid; please punish Saint Ian!"

"Late in coming to my aid?"

Ian sneered coldly, "What you're rushing over to save now isn't some lord, but Marine Headquarters Vice Admiral Garp, who has defied his superior and shown great disrespect to This Young Master!"
