After around seven hours of flight, the plane landed smoothly. While the others were breathing in relief, Arthur took one last deep breath of freedom for the next hour and put on his mask again. All he wished for once the plane landed was that immigration would process him quickly so he didn't have to hold his breath for too long.
After all, of all places in the airport, the immigration checkpoint was where people's pheromones on their highest.
"Oof..." Eugene stretched out his arms and back, feeling the fatigue after all the procedures were over. "I hate turbulence."
"Turbulence is fine, but four hours of it is too much," Arthur sighed. "Thank god it's night already, so we can just rest tonight."
"Is Ashley sending someone to get us?" Eugene asked, leaning against his suitcase.
"Yep--oh, there she is," Arthur pointed at a landmark, or rather, at the namesign that someone held beside the landmark.
