Eugene let go of the younger twin, stepping back to manage his breath as he swept his hair back. He glanced at the table, but all the cups had either toppled onto the surface or rolled down the table, crashing on the floor.
Oh...he would have to pay extra for this, wouldn't he?
But Eugene couldn't really think about the damage at that moment. He walked to the door and opened it, finding the two McClaire guards and the 'leader' of the people that James Crowley sent waiting there. Their eyes, which were already fixed on the door, hid fierceness behind the calm countenance.
Before anyone could ask him, Eugene already spoke. "Can I get some water?"
"Just water?"
"For now," Eugene nodded. "Ah, I broke something inside. Please warn the manager."
