Chapter 283 - Chapter 282 Abaddon: Cardian! I'm back!

Abaddon finally realized that his conventional battle plan could no longer succeed. Having already lost three Primarchs and their Legions, the Chaos faction's front line could no longer hold.

He gritted his teeth and ordered, "All forces retreat, abandon the salient!"

Despite the heavy losses of the Chaos faction, Abaddon's retreat order still saved a portion of his strength. He stood at the Cadia evacuation field, his gaze grim, watching the Imperial forces gradually approaching in the distance:

"You love this planet so much, then be buried with it!"

When the Imperial forces finally took control of the salient, the battlefield was a ruin. Broken Daemon Engines, shattered Chaos power armour, and debris everywhere silently spoke of the ferocity of the battle.

At this moment, on the other end of the battlefield, the three traitor Primarchs, Magnus, Mortarion, and Perturabo, were in dire straits. They were now surrounded by six original Legions and their successor Chapters: the Space Wolves, White Scars, Imperial Fists, Ultramarines, Blood Angels, and Dark Angels. Artillery fire and battle roars turned the area into an inferno.

Magnus raised his psychic staff, attempting to summon a reality-bending psychic barrier. Mortarion immediately began releasing plague toxins, isolating the Imperial forces with his poisons.

However, Russ, leading the Space Wolves, followed closely behind; he didn't want his three brothers to escape just like that.

Jaghatai Khan's motorcycle swept across the battlefield like a gale, his scimitar in hand, bringing a dazzling cold light directly to the rear of the retreating army.

Perturabo was being firmly suppressed by the sons led by Rogal Dorn. He roared, smashing the head of a Black Templar warrior in front of him with his iron fist, but the enemies surrounding him were endless.

"It's over," Rogal Dorn shouted, his Chainsword once again striking at Perturabo.

"You're always so self-righteous, Dorn!" Perturabo blocked the blow with his hammer, but the immense impact forced him back several steps.

He looked around, watching the Imperial Fists warriors swarming in, and the anger on his face began to be replaced by calmness.

Perturabo pressed the comms button hard, his voice tinged with urgency and unwillingness:

"Abaddon! We need support! If you don't want to lose the power of three Primarchs, launch an attack immediately!"

In the command ship at the rear, Abaddon's face was grim, his Iron Hands gripping the armrest of his throne, his eyes fixed on the holographic battlefield map.

A nearby aide whispered, "Warmaster, this is a gamble. If we commit all our forces to a raid, the Imperium might wipe us all out."

After weighing the pros and cons... Abaddon stood up, turned to all the Commanders, and roared:

"Blackstone Fortress, prepare for full power! Smash Cadia for me!"

At this moment, Li Feng looked at the electronic tactical display, seeing the three Primarchs and their Legions breaking through with all their might, and felt quite pleased with his 'dumpling' encirclement.

Suddenly, a golden light flashed, and Celestine, newly resurrected, appeared beside Li Feng, accompanied by pure white feathers.

"Abaddon is going to use the Blackstone Fortress to collide with Cadia."

...In orbit, the Blackstone Fortress was operating at full power, rapidly crashing towards Cadia's surface. At this sight, Perturabo, Magnus, and Mortarion realized that Abaddon had chosen the ultimate path to victory... choosing to flip the entire card table. They knew they were about to be buried with this planet, and even if they died, they would drag their enemies down with them.

"To reignite the ideal of Horus! We shall become stars! Cadia! I am back!"

Perturabo and Mortarion immediately led their sons in a frontal assault, buying time for Magnus. Magnus, with his remaining sons, immediately began a wicked ritual... Suddenly, a portal appeared beneath Li Feng's feet... Li Feng looked down... "What is this?"

The ground vanished beneath him, and Li Feng fell directly into the portal. The next second, Li Feng landed on the ground, and in front of him was a giant, red-eyed, sunburnt Ogryn.

"You must be Father's friend, right?"

Magnus stepped forward and grabbed Li Feng by the neck, lifting him up.

But... suddenly, Magnus's body folded in half like a mantis shrimp whose digestive tract had been removed, his psychic spine directly disappearing.

"Ah ah ah ah ah!"

Magnus's scream echoed across the battlefield, his massive body collapsing to the ground, psychic flames rapidly dissipating as if extinguished by a fierce wind.

His single red eye was filled with terror and confusion, unable to comprehend what had just happened.

"You are! An Untouchable! Kill him!"

Magnus roared, and a Thousand Sons Warrior came up, squeezed Li Feng's throat, and applied force. Li Feng's cervical spine emitted a crisp cracking sound, and he went limp as if all strength had been drained from him... The Thousand Sons Warrior casually tossed Li Feng's "corpse" aside. He immediately rushed over to attend to his father, Magnus, who had now reverted to being paralyzed, surrounded by his sons, undergoing an expert consultation.

"Father! Your... your spine..."

"I know my spine is broken! Quickly use your psychic powers to heal me! I'm so weak now! I feel like I can't..."

Magnus, now a 'closed-eyes-open-mouth' man, spoke with great pain... But from the corner of his eye, he saw... Li Feng was stealthily crawling forward, trying to leave.

"Wait! He's alive! He's an immortal! Grab him quickly!"

Hearing Magnus's voice, Li Feng immediately stood up and ran into the distance... but he crashed into... a pile of foul-smelling Space Marine... The leading Death Guard wanted to kill the mortal in front of them immediately, but as Li Feng approached, the open wounds on their bellies and their festering skin caused them to instantly lose all their protection, turning into foul-smelling, rotting corpses.

"Get away from him quickly!" the leading Death Guard growled, but he couldn't help but cough up a mouthful of black-green pus and collapse to the ground.

The surrounding Death Guard fell one after another; their proud plagues and diseases seemed to be completely purged as Li Feng approached.

The persistent stench also dissipated as they fell, and a strange purified zone appeared around Li Feng.

At this moment, Mortarion, who was preparing to confer with Magnus, saw the commotion ahead and was about to inquire... but a wave of nausea and weakness rushed to his head, even making him rip off his mask and start vomiting.

Maggots, parasites, and all sorts of disgusting things began to spew from his mouth, and the festering plague coverings on his body seemed to be dispelled by an invisible force.

His previously terrifying appearance began to disintegrate; the sores on his skin closed, bringing not healing, but an unprecedented pain.

Mortarion wailed and knelt to the ground: "What... what power is this?! Why do I feel... pure revulsion and pain!"

He looked around and saw his Death Guard sons fleeing in panic, while Li Feng, rubbing his sore backside, ran away into the distance.

"What in the world is this guy?!"

Mortarion gasped, trying to stand up, but the next moment, the rusty and rotten 'Tetanus' scythe in his hand also turned into fragments that crumbled with a squeeze due to rust and corrosion.

Meanwhile, Perturabo, in a desperate struggle with Rogal Dorn, caught a glimpse of the chaos near Mortarion out of the corner of his eye and couldn't help but grit his teeth and roar, "Mortarion, what in the hell are you doing?! Don't mess up again!"

"Don't talk to me! This isn't my fault!"

Mortarion roared back, but before he could finish speaking, he suddenly vomited a large cloud of green smoke and collapsed to the ground.

Perturabo was furious; he forcefully parried Rogal Dorn's Chainsword, pulled out his comms, and bellowed:

"Magnus! Mortarion can't hold on anymore! What in the world is going on—"

On the other side, Magnus was surrounded by Thousand Sons Warriors; with his psychic spine broken, he was too weak to even speak normally.

He heard Perturabo's roar and managed to respond with difficulty: "That mortal! He is Father's friend! Kill him quickly! Quick... cough cough cough!"

Perturabo gritted his teeth, finally understanding the situation. Rogal Dorn naturally heard the voice from Perturabo's comms, immediately disengaged from his fight with Perturabo, and charged towards Li Feng's direction.

"Trying to run! No way!"

Perturabo immediately stepped forward to block Dorn's path, and they became entangled once more... Perturabo looked at the clearly anxious Dorn in front of him; it was the first time he had seen Dorn like this.

"Hmph ~ anxious, are we? It seems you care a lot about Father's friend! I heard that all the things you have this time were given to you by him. I'm going to interrogate him thoroughly later; he's much more interesting to me than Malcador!"

As he spoke, Perturabo swung a hammer, which Rogal Dorn blocked. Dorn calmly said:

"Because Uncle Li, he is Father (Mother)'s lover."

Hearing Dorn's words, Perturabo was stunned for a moment... Father's lover? Our dad is... At this moment, Perturabo's face was uglier than if he had eaten excrement. Countless thoughts clicked into place in his superhuman brain. He didn't doubt Dorn's words for a second, because believing Rogal Dorn would lie was less credible than believing Fulgrim was a good pair of pants.

It makes sense! It makes sense! Why Fulgrim and Ferrus had such a 'gay-gay' relationship back then. Why Horus was like an old, demented, father-loving and brother-loving gay man...
