"How do I become one of these Adventurers?"
Sage smiled warmly and said. "It's simple! You register right here, and I'll enter your information into the Adventurer Ledger. Then I will issue your Adventurer ID ans Badge."

[ System Notification: All adventurer registration require a Registration Fee. Fee amounts vary by city rank, but the minimum base is 50 Silver Coins per registration. Collected fees contribute to Guild Funds.]
Sage blinked in surprise. "Wait..what? They have to pay to register?"
[ Affirmative. Registration fees ensure credibility and deter fraud. Free registration would result in unreliable membership.]
Sage coughed slightly, and looked at Gregor with a nervous smile. "Uh...there is a small registration fee of 50 Silver Coins."
Gregor's expression immediately darkened. "Fee? Are you trying to scam me?"
Sage quickly raised both hands. "No,no! It's not a scam! The fee is a system regulation — it goes directly into the Guild maintenance. It's a one-time payment, and once you're registered, you'll never have to pay again."
Gregor frowned. "Fifty silver coins....that's not exactly cheap."
"I know," Sage admitted, lowering his voice slightly. "But think of it like an investment. Once you are registered, you will have access to official missions — safer, regulated, and guaranteed payment. No more chasing nobles for rewards. The Guild protects you."
Gregor studied Sage's face for a long moment, his skepticism wavering. "Hmph...fine. But if this turns out to be a scam, I'll come back for your head."
Sage chuckled nervously. "Fair enough."
Sage picked up one of the Adventurer Ledger and flipped it open, dipped his quill in ink, and began writing.
"Alright then. Let's start." He spoke ad he wrote.
"Name?"
"Gregor Windsoul."
"Race?"
"Human."
"Warrior Rank?"
"3 Star Expert Knight," Gregor replied proudly.
Sage raised an eyebrow but he continued to jot everything neatly onto the Adventurer Ledger. As soon as he wrote the last word, a system notification echoed in his mind.
[ Adventurer Registration complete.]
[ Adventurer: Gregor Windsoul
Adventurer Rank: Iron
Warrior Rank : 3 Star Expert Knight ]
[ Host can issue the Adventurer ID and Badge.]
Sage smiled and took the Adventurer ID and wrote the necessary information and then reached out and took the Iron Bage as well.
He looked at Gregor and handed both to him with a proud smile. "Congratulations. You are officially the first registered Adventurer in the world."
Gregor took them reverently, turning the card in his hands as light flickered within it. "So this is it, huh? The proof that I'm an Adventurer."
"That's right," Sage said, his tone solemn now. "Your ID proves who you are and tracks your missions. Your badge show your current rank. When you take missions, both will be required for verification and reward collection. Lose them, and you lose your identity."
Gregor nodded slowly, expression softening. "Got it. I'll take care of them."
Sage smiled and pointed towards the giant board at the far end of the hall. "Now that you're registered, check out the Mission Board. Someone just posted a new mission."
Gregor's eyes lit up. "Really? Already?"
He walked briskly to the board and began scanning through the mission posted.

He tore the Quest Docket off the Mission Board and dashed back to Sage, his eyes gleaming with excitement.
"I'll take this one."
Sage chuckled softly and took the Quest Docket. He stamped it with a glowing seal — MISSION ACCEPTED — and handed it back.
"Once you complete it, bring the head or Beast Core of the Alpha Phantom Wind Wolf as proof and the commissioner's verification. The Guild will then release your reward — minus 5% administration fee."
Gregor blinked. "Five percent? You are really milking this, aren't you?"
Sage smirked. "Hey, someone's gotta keep the lights on."
Gregor laughed despite himself. "Fine, fine. If I make it back alive, you can keep your five percent."
He tucked the Docket safely under his arm, gave Sage a confident nod, and turned toward the door.
"Good luck, Adventurer Gregor Windsoul," Sage called after him with a proud smile.
Gregor glanced back over his shoulder, grinning. "You will see,Guildmaster if this goes well — I will make your Guild famous."
With that, he vanished into the bright sunlight outside.
Sage leaned back in his chair, staring at the sunlight streaming across the empty hall. A smile tugging at the corner of his lips.
