Chapter 10 - Chapter 10: Hmm, Very Beautiful

As Vegeta spoke, Krillin and Gohan's expressions grew even more strained.

Inside the spaceship, Bulma's face turned pale with fear.

The Saiyan prince might be handsome, but he was still a demon in her eyes.

Even as an ordinary human, she could feel the icy killing intent radiating from him.

If it weren't for him, none of this would've happened.

Earth wouldn't have been devastated, and they wouldn't be suffering here on Planet Namek.

Bulma felt like collapsing. If it weren't for wanting to revive Yamcha…

Thinking of Yamcha now only made her heart more chaotic.

Coming to Namek to find the Dragon Balls and revive everyone on Earth started with him.

Although she and Yamcha had broken up long ago, she couldn't erase the feelings they once had.

From the day she met Yamcha until now, if he had been willing to become a reliable man, she might have married him already.

But ever since they got together, they constantly fought over small things.

Worse, Yamcha flirted with other women behind her back — something she could never accept.

It made her unwilling to give herself to him completely.

This time, wanting to revive Yamcha was her way of giving him one last chance.

After all, when Earth was attacked, Yamcha did fight bravely.

And besides… she was already 29.

For a woman, that was considered "older." If it wasn't for her beauty products and supplements, her looks wouldn't still be this good.

Her thoughts spiraled wildly until she finally clutched the Dragon Ball Radar tighter. Then she made a quick decision.

She hurried to a storage cabinet, pulled out another radar — a fake one — and prepared to use it to bluff Vegeta.

"Good thing I'm smart. I made a fake in advance," Bulma muttered as she hurried down from the spaceship.

Seeing her come out, Krillin and Gohan quickly stood protectively in front of Bulma, afraid Vegeta might suddenly attack.

This made Vegeta chuckle.

If he truly wanted to kill them, could they stop him?

Idiots.

Meeting Bulma's gaze, Vegeta paused.

His original body had never cared about women, had never looked at them closely.

But the transmigrated Vegeta wasn't the same. And now, he was seeing Bulma's real appearance for the first time.

Hmm. She was very beautiful.

Her fear was obvious — both in her movements and her eyes.

If he hadn't known the original story… if he hadn't transmigrated… it would be impossible to imagine Bulma ever ending up with Vegeta.

Words reached his lips, but nothing came out. His original body had been cold and emotionless.

As a transmigrator, he had inherited that personality, making emotional expression awkward.

"D-Dragon Ball Radar…" Bulma stammered nervously when she saw Vegeta staring at her. She raised the fake radar with trembling hands.

Krillin and Gohan exchanged a look. At this point, they truly had no alternative — just as Vegeta said.

Vegeta stepped forward slowly. Each step felt like it was stepping directly on their hearts, suffocating them with pressure.

Finally, he reached out and took the radar from Bulma's hand.

"I won't take your things for free," Vegeta said calmly.

"If I gather the Dragon Balls and make a wish, I only need one. The other two wishes are for you."

The trio froze.

"You… you said two for us?" Krillin stammered.

"Doesn't Shenron only grant one?" Gohan asked, confused.

Bulma suddenly understood. "Wait… could Namek's Shenron grant three wishes?!"

She was shocked — and instantly excited.

If so, after reviving everyone on Earth… she'd still have an extra wish for herself!

As Bulma's imagination took off, Vegeta smirked and continued.

"Not only does the Namekian Shenron grant three wishes — but a year on Namek is only 130 days.

Meaning the Dragon Balls can be used much more frequently."

"What?!" Krillin shouted.

"Wait… 130 days… so that means…" Bulma's brain went into instant calculation mode.

If Vegeta wasn't lying, then coming to Namek was the smartest decision they could've made — despite the danger.

Three wishes.

Every 130 days.

That was insane.

"Why are you telling us this? What's your goal?" Gohan asked maturely.

For a five-year-old, he was surprisingly intelligent.

A pure-blooded Saiyan his age would barely have the mental development to ask such questions.

"Goal?" Vegeta snorted. "What could you possibly offer me, Kakarot's son?"

Then he added, "Besides, this isn't important information. That's why I'm telling you for free. And don't misunderstand — I'm only telling her."

Krillin and Gohan stiffened, then looked at Bulma strangely.

Bulma blinked, stunned.

Meeting Vegeta's eyes again, she suddenly felt something weird in her chest.

"You… you're not coveting my beauty, are you?"

She didn't know where she found the confidence to say that.

But ironically… she was right.

Vegeta would never admit it.

"Pfft!" Krillin nearly choked. If he had been drinking water, he would've sprayed it everywhere.

He had never seen someone so shameless.

"Aunt Bulma, don't fall for his words! He destroyed Earth, killed everyone, and almost killed my dad!" Gohan warned anxiously.

"Good," Vegeta said. "That's how it should be. If you dropped your guard around me from a few words, you'd be idiots."

He rose into the air.

"There's no danger right now, but that won't last long. While you still can, hide your spaceship, then find a safe place to settle down. Better yet, leave Namek entirely. That's the best choice for people like you."
