They slipped into Nathan's room with the quietly. They were like0 two people who couldn't stay away from each other even if they tried. The door clicked shut behind them, and before Fiona could take a breath, Nathan already had her gently pressed against him, his hands firm on her waist, hers wrapped naturally around his neck.
He kissed her deeply, like someone who had been deprived for days.
Nathan leaned his forehead against hers, breathing softly.
"You really outdid yourself tonight," he murmured, his thumb brushing her waist. "The whole thing… I haven't seen them that happy in a long time."
Fiona smiled, clearly blushing. "You needed it."
