Vegeta roared.
"BRAT!"
"Don't think you're amazing just because you trained for a year!"

Golden ki exploded outward.
Vegeta transformed instantly, muscles swelling as immense power flooded Kami's Lookout.
"Come on!"
"Fight me!"
Vegeta challenged Gohan directly.
Gohan simply looked at him quietly.
Like he was looking at… a stubborn, unreasonable child.
"Uncle Vegeta," Gohan said calmly, "You're not my opponent."
"What did you say?!"
That sentence instantly ignited Vegeta's rage.
"You ignorant brat!"
"DIE!!"
Vegeta unleashed his strongest attack without hesitation.
His pride as the Saiyan Prince was on the line.
"Super Galick Gun!!"
A twisted purple energy cannon tore through space, charging straight toward Gohan.
Facing an attack capable of destroying a planet—
Gohan didn't dodge.
He slowly raised his right hand.
At the instant the beam was about to hit—
Super Saiyan Two.
Lightning flashed.
Gohan casually waved his hand.
The Super Galick Gun abruptly changed direction, shot straight into the sky, and exploded harmlessly into a silent purple firework above Kami's Lookout.
"…!"
The madness on Vegeta's face froze solid.
In the next instant—
Gohan appeared right in front of him.
Pfft—
A lightning-fast punch struck Vegeta squarely in the abdomen.
Vegeta's body folded.
His eyes bulged.
Sour liquid and blood sprayed from his mouth.
Then—
Thud.
His knees smashed into the marble floor.
Vegeta knelt.
Lightning faded from Gohan's body as he returned to normal.
He looked down at Vegeta, who was trembling uncontrollably.
"I told you," Gohan said calmly, "Uncle Vegeta, you're not my opponent."
"No…!"
"I won't accept this!"
Vegeta suddenly looked up, eyes bloodshot.
"KAKAROT—!"
Vegeta staggered to his feet and rushed over, grabbing Goku by the collar.
"Did you see that?!"
"We're going back into the Hyperbolic Time Chamber!"
"This time, you're coming with me!"
"Vegeta, calm down—" Goku said awkwardly.
"I DON'T CARE!"
Vegeta shook him furiously.
"I will NEVER admit losing to a brat!"
At that moment, a lazy voice cut in.
"Alright, enough screaming."
Loren walked over.
"Goku."
He tossed over a few bright green beans.
"And you, Vegeta."
A few more followed.
"Senzu Beans."
"Use them wisely."
"How to abuse these things properly—I don't need to teach you, right?"
Vegeta caught them.
"Kakarot!"
"Come with me!"
Without another word, Vegeta turned and marched straight toward the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
Goku glanced at Vegeta's back, then at his son.
He smiled apologetically—yet proudly—at Gohan.
Then he nodded deeply to Loren, gratitude clear in his eyes.
And followed.
Time passed.
When the chamber door opened again—
Goku and Vegeta walked out.
Their battle suits were completely torn.
"I feel… amazing," Goku said, clenching his fist.
A gentle yet vast golden aura rose around him—calm like the sea.
"Hmph."
Vegeta snorted.
"Flashy."
He didn't restrain his power at all.
"AAAH—!"
Vegeta roared as his ki erupted violently like a volcano.
Golden light surged.
Silver-blue lightning entwined within it.
"This… this is…!" Piccolo's pupils shrank.
Vegeta's aura was extremely close to Gohan's!
Loren glanced at him.
"Not bad."
"He's got about half of Gohan's strength."
That single sentence instantly silenced Vegeta.
Half…?
He was still weaker than that brat?!
Goku laughed, scratching his head.
"That's already impressive."
"After all—he is my son."
Vegeta's face darkened completely.
But deep down—
He had to admit it.
There was still an insurmountable gap between him and Gohan.
"Alright," Loren said.
"Everything that needed preparation is done."
"Now…"
"We wait."
"Ultimate Lightning Cell is coming."
