Chapter 130 - Chapter 129: Beerus Woke Up in Shock — Whis, Are There Other Angels in This Universe?

Loren simply stood there, quietly watching Beerus.

"What's wrong?" Loren's voice sounded calm, yet it carried an irresistible authority.

"Aren't you going to make a move?"

Beerus swallowed hard.

His Adam's apple bobbed, his entire body stiff as he stood frozen in place, not daring to move even an inch.

Make a move?

Against an existence that had reached the realm of an Angel?

That wasn't a fight.

That was pure self-humiliation.

"Since you're not making a move…"

Loren's figure vanished from Beerus' sight.

It wasn't that he was too fast to be seen.

He simply disappeared.

Every single hair on Beerus' body stood on end.

A chilling sensation bloomed in his abdomen.

Beerus lowered his head in horror.

At some unknown moment, a hand had gently pressed against his lower abdomen.

The owner of that hand—

Was Loren.

The next second—

Bang!!!

A terrifying force, utterly indescribable in words, erupted from that palm.

Beerus' eyes bulged bloodshot.

His body instantly arched into a C-shape, like a cooked shrimp.

"Wah—!!!"

Beerus screamed miserably.

Loren's figure vanished again.

Beerus' body, driven by the remaining force, fell uncontrollably downward.

Just as he was about to smash into the ground—

A hand grabbed his long, slender purple tail.

Beerus looked back in absolute terror.

He met Loren's eyes.

Loren casually held Beerus by the tail and gently swung his arm.

Whoosh—

Beerus spun through the air like a human sandbag, tracing a perfect circular arc.

"Ah—! Let go! LET GO!!!"

Beerus shrieked in panic.

The world spun wildly before his eyes, heaven and earth completely reversed.

Dignity.

Pride.

The majesty of a God of Destruction—

All of it shattered at that moment.

Loren exerted force.

Whoosh—!!!

Beerus turned into a purple meteor and was violently flung away.

Rumble—rumble—

He crashed through what remained of the ground, tumbling helplessly.

Before Beerus could even catch his breath—

Loren reappeared right in front of him.

Looking down.

Beerus struggled to stand, but every bone in his body felt dislocated.

He looked up, about to say something—

A foot rapidly expanded in his vision.

Bang!!!

The sole of a shoe made the most intimate possible contact with the God of Destruction's face.

Beerus' head snapped back violently.

His mind went completely blank.

A sharp, explosive pain spread across the bridge of his nose as blood mixed with saliva flowed from his mouth.

Loren slowly withdrew his foot.

On Beerus' once-majestic face—

A clear shoe print was stamped perfectly in place.

Loren glanced at his handiwork, then at Beerus lying on the ground with unfocused, dazed eyes.

That should be enough.

The mentality of this God of Destruction was completely shattered.

If he kept going, the guy might develop psychological trauma.

Loren's figure gradually became transparent.

Slowly—

He dissipated from the shattered dream world.

West City, Villa Backyard

Loren's eyelids twitched.

He slowly opened his eyes.

Warm sunlight bathed his body, and the air carried the fragrance of flowers and greenery.

[Ding! Special Mission: God of Destruction's Nightmare — completed!]

[Mission Evaluation: Perfect!]

[Distributing mission rewards…]

[Reward 1: Host's normal-state combat power increased to 3 billion!]

Boom!

A vast, surging power flooded Loren's body instantly.

Every cell seemed to cheer, trembling with excitement.

His base combat power doubled—from 1.5 billion straight to 3 billion.

The explosive growth made Loren squint comfortably.

[Reward 2: Godly Secret Technique — Ultra Instinct, distributed!]

A massive stream of profound information poured directly into Loren's mind.

A brand-new realm.

The ultimate understanding of body, consciousness, and combat.

Each part of the body, freed from reliance on the brain, gained the ability to judge and react independently.

Attack and evasion—

Became instinct.

Loren slowly sat up, feeling the overwhelming power within his body and the divine profundity of Ultra Instinct.

The smile on his lips widened uncontrollably.

Universe 7 — God of Destruction Realm

On a massive floating bed beneath a towering tree—

"AH—!!!"

A shrill scream shattered the long-standing tranquility of the realm.

Beerus shot upright, drenched in cold sweat, gasping heavily.

His golden vertical pupils were filled with lingering terror.

Subconsciously, Beerus touched his face.

Smooth. Intact. No shoe print.

Then his stomach.

Flat. Firm. No pain.

Finally, he grabbed his tail and carefully checked it.

Completely unharmed.

"Was it… was it just a dream…?"

Beerus murmured, his voice trembling.

Beside him, Whis calmly sipped his afternoon tea, setting the cup down with a gentle smile.

"Lord Beerus, did you have a nightmare? Your scream was rather loud."

Beerus ignored the teasing.

His mind was still trapped in that horrifying dream.

That platinum-white figure.

Those emotionless eyes.

Everything had felt far too real.

So real that he couldn't tell whether it was truly a dream—or something else.

"Whis…"

Beerus' voice was hoarse.

"In this universe… Besides you… are there any other Angels?"

Whis' hand paused slightly while holding the teacup.

Then it returned to normal.

He smiled at Beerus.

"Lord Beerus, why would you ask such a question? Did you perhaps meet someone… interesting in your dream?"

Beerus looked away, avoiding Whis' gaze.

He jumped off the bed and stretched exaggeratedly.

"Someone interesting? This Lord just had a… hm, a very satisfying battle dream."

Whis tapped his staff lightly.

A steaming cup of black tea floated over to Beerus.

"Oh? A battle dream?" Whis' gentle smile never changed.

"To be described as satisfying by Lord Beerus, the opponent must have been quite extraordinary."

Beerus grabbed the cup and took a huge gulp—

Then winced violently from the heat.

He forced the tea down, turning the embarrassment into irritation.

"Hmph! More than extraordinary! That guy was a Saiyan! A ridiculously strong Saiyan!"

As he spoke, Beerus subconsciously touched his face.

That phantom shoe print still lingered in his memory.

"A Saiyan?" A glint flashed in Whis' eyes.

"That's quite rare. There are only a handful of Saiyans left in Universe 7. None of them should be capable of satisfying Lord Beerus to such a degree… or so I thought."

"Who knows what happens in a dream!"

Beerus waved his hand impatiently.

"In short, that guy was strong! This Lord fought him and was very satisfied! That's all!"

He puffed out his chest, trying to reclaim the dignity of a God of Destruction.

"Alright, enough of this!"

Beerus rubbed his stomach irritably.

"This Lord slept for so long—I'm hungry! Whis, let's go eat something good!"

"As you wish, Lord Beerus."

Whis bowed slightly and tapped his staff against the ground.

"Coincidentally, there's quite a lot of delicious food on Earth."
