The small black cat transformed into a young boy, approximately aged fifteen. He had a pair of animal ears and a long fluffy black tail, staring at Xie Ziyuan cautiously.
"Big brother, I saw you killing that goat…" he fidgeted, fiddling with his fingers. He bit his lip and gathered his courage. "Can I ask you to give me a little bit?"
"Even the tail is enough." He hurriedly added when he saw Xie Ziyuan's increasingly darkened face.
"Why should I give it to you?" Xie Ziyuan could feel someone was pulling his hand. He ignored it and continued to question the cat beastman.
The boy didn't know how to answer him.
Meanwhile, Su Yining was astonished when she saw the little black cat transforming into a teenage boy. If Yuanyuan could recruit him, she just needed one more to complete the mission!
She pulled at Xie Ziyuan's hand again, urging him.
Xie Ziyuan's mouth twitched when he felt the tugging on his wrist grow stronger. It made him somewhat restless.
He pulled his longsword, making the cat boy step back in fright. In one slash, the tail was severed from the goat's body. He threw it to to him.
"Take it," he muttered coldly before turning around. The goat disappeared into his inner space.
The cat beastman grabbed the tail and hurriedly expressed his thanks.
Su Yining was a little anxious when she saw Xie Ziyuan walking away. Unfortunately, it wasn't like other games which directly gave the players power to control the main character.
