Inside the bundle were carefully packed pieces of fresh meat, sweet potatoes, claw knives, and herbs that Aurora had prepared before leaving the Wolf Tribe.
She had deliberately asked Kellen to carry everything openly. So now there was no need for her to secretly retrieve items from her inventory while surrounded by eighty curious pairs of eyes.

Soon she knelt before the neatly stacked firewood. Once again she was about to show a group of beastmen something they had never seen before.
She arranged dry leaves and thin twigs beneath several larger sticks before taking out the two familiar stones from her waist pouch. The entire tribe watched in complete silence as she smacked the stones together.
