Thoren felt a strange sense of anticipation filling his heart as the mysterious power of the Abyss wrapped around his body.
Lifting him slowly from the ground and carrying him upward through the endless darkness of the Abyssal tunnel.
The mysterious power of the Abyss simply carried him upward as if he were nothing more than a leaf floating along an invisible current.
Thoren could still feel the tremendous amount of mana running rampant throughout the tunnel, surging through the darkness like an endless ocean that had been trapped within the depths of the world.
But now, he was finally returning.
Returning to the surface.
Returning to his family.
A faint smile gradually appeared on Thoren's face.
For all the things he had experienced inside the Abyss, for all the battles he had fought and all the secrets he had uncovered, there was one thought that had remained buried deep within his heart.
His parents.
And his little sister.
As he couldn't wait to see them.
