"What did we ever do to you for you to beat us like this every time." Kane cried as he lay sprawled on the grass with pain in every limb with Adrian looking at the sky, praying for the heavens to save them from Max.
"Hey come on, don't tell you don't realize how much better you both have gotten from sparring with me after a year. You both fight like comrades who have fought together for years." Max said while standing nearby the duo with his sword resting on his shoulders. It was true, they both fought together like they already knew what the other would do before he did it, even Max started to have problem in dodging their attacks.
" Sure, but I don't want to get beaten up every day like this, you bastard." Kane replied while glaring at Max. He also understood what Max was saying," Why can't you let us just train like you do?" "Because then you both wouldn't have been able to learn to fight together and it is better for me to beat... to spar with you instead of training."
"You just said you liked beating us, you damn bastard." Kane retorted after hearing Max's slip up while Adrian looked at him like how could you? and who could blame Max. He felt so good after beating them down to a pulp. Max sat down near a tree and the duo sat nearby him with Kane still grumbling about being beaten.
"Are you both going to become a cultivator?" Max suddenly asked the duo after they sat down. The twins looked at each other before Adrian replied," If we both can awaken, then yes we will become cultivators." "Haha... together, huh. What if only one of you became a cultivator?" "Then the one who became a cultivator would cultivate." Kane replied as if it was guaranteed.
" I have a feeling you both will awaken something extraordinary." Max replied, while looking towards them both." And then, you both will follow me through my journey like comrades." The twins looked at each other and started laughing," We will repay this training in the future if you awaken or not." Kane said, already thinking of how to tackle and beat Max up after they became cultivators.
After this, the trio sat below for an hour just talking and laughing about silly things. They didn't know that in the future, with many other comrades, they would change this and many other worlds together, creating their own legends into the universe.
