War is a scary thing....it is only entertaining to those who have power. But for us powerless people? It is nothing but the end of the world.
Everyday we live only to see our friends and families die. Sometimes we even wonder why we are even alive? But we must go on...because that is War. People die.

Dragging the body of Jenner with me, I started to get irritated at his sobbing. Whenever guards would attack me with their blessing, I easily counter them as I use Jenner as a shield. Surprisingly, this guy makes quite a good shield.
In response to save himself from being caught in an attack...the guy would manifest a clone of himself and have it take the hit. Apparently, this guy's blessing is from The Goddess of Illusions, Euricienne. He can manifest identical clones of himself as they can fight with him, although they cannot use the blessing and he can only manifest upto three, it still proved to be quite useful.
Yeah also, this guy staged his attack earlier just like I suspected, The three hooded figures turned out to be his Illusions. I knew it, I was right that they were in cahoots. I mean...When he was fighting and when I was fighting with his clones, they did not even use a blessing not in one bit, and when I was about to get hit by the dagger...this guy just tackled me as if he was saving me. I started to suspect this guy right from the start, but just stuck around with him, waiting for him to stab me in the back. I mean, it would be entertaining.
Master's first rule of deception: Appear Clueless and Bait the target. For one to deceive someone, they must appear like everything is alright and convince the target that it is time to act out. Just like what Master had done to me in the front gate, He convinced me that everything was alright and is according to his plan, so he made me act out and humiliate myself. Bastard.
Anyways, I would have gone to more such lengths to deceive this guy, but he just made his intentions even more obvious when he offered me coffee, like who the heck gets attacked and have the luxury to drink coffee? Fucking idiot. Not like I can complain, I got a free frappucino. Yay!

"So you are making disposable soldiers for the hero?"
I scowled at Jenner who has been crying since earlier because of me constantly using him as a shield. The guys here are surprisingly weak...but I heard that this is just a branch of the main facility.
"Y-yes....Since the War with the demons had still not ended, the higher ups decided to make soldiers that can aid with the hero, and those are the disposable soldiers who know nothing but fighting and giving their life"
Jenner, now kneeling down infront of me, explained with tears on his eyes. Poor guy, really traumatized huh? Like hell. I would beat this guy up for being a piece of shit.
"So you used the newly awakened Teenagers as an ingredient for this experiment of yours because they are fresh and can be easily subdued when things go wrong?"
I asked Jenner with a cold gaze. The other guy just nodded with his mouth closed.
"Piece of shit"
I spat with a frown as I kicked his throat and stepped on it while he was on the ground. Fucker really tried to appear pitiful when he is the one who made others look pitiful.
As I was stepping on his throat, I saw him glare at me as he struggled to form words with my foot on his throat.
"W-what do....you...even...know? I...it is...war....p-...people....should be sacrficed....for the grea....ter...good...."
He reasoned with me with a glare and tried to remove my foot on his throat, but I just stared at him with disgust in my eyes.
"Do not find a reason to justify your crimes of putting innocent people into inhuman experiments"
I removed my foot on his throat when he passed out as I looked around the room where I am currently in. I am currently in a what seemed to be a prison cell. Inside each cells, I see women and men at my age slowly losing their mind as they cried. Some have mutated with a furry arm and a claw, like a bear. Some had a lower body of a snake. Some had the head of a fly.
It gets even worse as I go deeper while drsgging Jenner's body with me. Some had already turned into a mindless beast as they lunged at the jailbars and tried to reach for me.
Red rank Guards were already subdued, I stepped onto their bodies on the floor as I go on to another room. As I step inside the new room, I saw another disgusting sight which made me scowl. In the room, I see a body lying on a dissecting table...there are two. One table had the body of a wolf, whereas the other one had the body of a naked man....with an open stomach and being dissected by someone.
"Oh? Did you guys subdue the intruder?"
The Man chuckled as he was patching up the open would of the one on the table. Then he raised his eyes and stared at me.
The man had black hair and a face devoid of any facial hair, his eyes though looked lethargic as he chuckled.
"Ah, are you the intruder?"
The Man asked as he removed his bloody surgical gloves and threw it away, then without any warning....he shot a wind blade towards me.
Letting go of Jenner, I dodged in the nick of time by jumping away, but the wind blade was still fast....so it grazed my left shoulder a bit.
"Oh? You are pretty agile"
The Man uttered as I stared at the wall where the wind blade had collided. The wall had a massive slash hole in it.
'He should be around Elite to Pristine Orange stage'
I stared at the man as I raised Flesh Eater and gathered my ki around my body. His strikes are devastating and fast, but it is not as devastating as the pighead and he is definitely not fast as the Crab. His strike only left a small scratch on me.
Seeing that I did not respond, The Man stopped chuckling and just sighed.
"The silent type, are we?"
"I prefer to not talk when facing a prey"
I replied to the man with nonchalance in my tone, showing that he posed no threat to me. And when I said that, I somehow managed to piss the guy off when I saw veins popping on his temple and lashed out at me.
"Prey? So you think you are the hunter here?"
He yelled and then shot a strong gust of wind towards me. But of course, it did not make me falter.
'Time for your debut, Flesh Eater'
I infused little Ki onto the sharp blade of my sword as I cut down the gust of wind coming towards me and infused ki in my legs to boost my movement as I zoomed to get closer to the guy.
