Amaira's POV
Finally the event went smoothly without any hindrance!
Everything was perfect instead of one thing. The man whom Rudraksh introduced to me.
Something felt off from him, his gaze lingered for too long and I can sense that he was beyond surprise as he saw me. A smirk never leaved his face. Something about him made me uncomfortable, the he stared at me so deeply, his gaze was horribly dangerous.
Brushing of the thoughts, I got up from the bed and headed to the washroom to fresh up. After a thirty minutes of warm shower. I stepped out wrapped in a silk robe. My hairs wet cascading down till my back, they weren't long because I prefer to have mid length or shoulder length hair.
I moved to the big mirror and did my skin care. Staring at the hair for few minutes, thinking whether to use a blow dryer or just leave it like this because somehow today I feel too lazy to even blow dry my hair. But I did anyway because I need to go to office after this.
Walking through my walkin cabinet I selected a knee length blue bodycon dress. After slipping into my dress, I did a slight makeup because I don't want to put a show on the remnants of last night and how tired I was after it that I nearly collapsed on the floor after returning back home late. It's mom who shifted me to bed. And when I suddenly woke up on the middle of the night, I was wondering how did I end up here in my room, in my bed!
How stupid I am!
I was applying lipstick on my lips when suddenly someone's scream made me look towards it.
"Oh God, does she looks every day like this?" Rhea asked in astonishment. I sighed at her antics. I know what is going to come next.
"Did you just saw a chudail or what!"I exclaimed in a irritated tone.
(Did you saw a witch or what!)
"Yes! Right in front of me looking hot and etheral!"
"Stop that, you always overreact" I said again focused on applying my lipstick.
"Do you plan to give me a heartattack every morning " she said and I chuckled.
"Yes a major one"I winked at her and she got annoyed.
"Okay so today I am giving you company to your office!' she said jumping on the bed.
"Why?"I asked surprised.
"Why not babe?" She said.
"Then, next after that we could go for shopping together" she added while pouting.
"Fine, I agree!"
We both descended downstairs, the servants served us the breakfast and dad and brother left for work earlier before me.
Such a workaholic both are! Huh!
Mom.was sipping her coffee while reviewing some cases files. I bid bye to mom and we both settled back in the car. The driver drove us to the office. I was busy engrossed in my phone when a message popped on my screen grabbing my attention but I ignored it. I postioned the phone and took one selfie of mine and posted it on social media.
Though I am not the kind of person who is addicted to social media but today I feel fresh and delighted so a picture won't break my rules. It's just random, because I barely upload myself online but still I have few post like ten or fifteen.
Looking at the picture I smiled, I looked so good in the picture, a hint of cleavage was visible because of the dress I was wearing but it's not noticeable until someone puts all his or her eyes on it. I can't help that!
Just then a message popped again from the same contact. I opened the chat to see who it was.
"Hey exhausted because of last night events princess?"
I frowned at the message.
"Who are you?"I replied.
"So desperate to know me" he replied.
Just then he replied to my post.
"Delete it!"
"Why? Who are you to order me?"
"Delete it Amaira before..."
"Or what huh? Who the fuck are you even just mind your fucking business, better reveal who are!" I typed.
How can someone order me to delete my post. It's my post, my will! Who the hell is this person ordering around. And he has the nerve to say it like he owns me and I can't even post a photo online without his will, why does he sounds like he owns me!
I closed the chat thinking it would be some random guy testing his pranking skills online!
Such a bastard!
"Hey why don't we go to a club after
shopping?" Rhea asked breaking off my thoughts.
"Aaaa... You know na Rhea I don't drink and I just messed up badly the last time I went to a club, you know that right?"I said hesitatingly.
"Oh how can I forget that bold Amaira!" She giggled and I sighed.
"Okay then, let's go for dinner in a nice restaurant and then we can go back home!" She said. I nodded in agreement.
"Wait, did you just posted it now?" She asked looking into her phone.
"Yeah, I felt like so I posted it"I said.
"Yarr you look so hot, just look at the comments they are just all busy appreciating your last night event and some boys and girls can't get over your beauty!" She exclaimed.
"I don't care!"
"Hey, look even Rudraksh Singhania too like your post" she said and my eyes darted towards the screen. I opened my phone to confirm but I couldn't see it because I don't follow him nor I have saved his number because we used to communicate through mails until now!
Huhhh, how weird!
Brushing off the frustration I kept my phone aside. The last night moments when he dragged me in the dark corner started flooding my mind. The way he touched me, whispered into my ear, praised my presence it was so overwhelming. My cheeks flushed red at the thought. The intensity between us at that moment, all I could think was how handsome he looke that night and his husky sexy voice was enough to make my limbs go jelly and make wet in no minute down there. And the arising tension between us wasn't helping me in any way!
The car stopped with a halt reminding that we reached my office. I stepped out from the car so does Rhea and we headed insude. The staff bowed and and greeted us.
"I shall go to the washroom" Rhea excused herself and went ahead. While I went straight to my cabin.
As I opened the door and stepped in my steps faltered, my eyes widen in shock because there sat on the chair with his legs up on my desk and a cigarette between his lips. It was no one but that one person who makes my heart go run wild.
"You don't listen to me Darling!" He said in his husky, dominating voice.
