Sultan's brutal assault on the Andheri Police Station previous night, when Anil Mahajan and Inspector Srivastava arrived, the scene was one of complete devastation. The entire station was wrecked, and police officers were lying wounded everywhere.
"Who the hell did this?" Anil Mahajan asked, utterly stunned.
Inspector Srivastava didn't answer immediately. He spotted a Constable
Then he helped lift an injured Constable .
Hey! Tell me, what happened here?" he urged.
The Constable, groaning in pain, spoke in a broken voice, "The Ring of Fire..."
With that, he lost consciousness.
Nayak woke up and was preparing to leave when he found the Old lady standing by the door.
"You cannot go. That's final," old lady stated in a firm voice.
"But I cannot stay here any longer," nayak countered.
"Why not?"
"You know the police are looking for me. If anyone sees me here, it will cause trouble for you and the Ashram."
Old lady waved her hand dismissively. "I won't have any trouble. This is an Ashram, an orphanage. People come here of their own free will and leave when they choose. No one keeps accounts."
They were interrupted by a sudden, loud knock on the door.
She moved slowly towards the entrance.
When the door opened, a Constable was standing there. He immediately tried to peer inside from his position.
"What do you want?" She asked in a curt, indifferent voice.
The Constable held out a photograph of the nayak.. "Have you seen this man?" he asked.
"No. I've never seen him," said replied flatly.
The Constable persisted, "The neighbours say they saw an injured man lying on this very path."
"But I haven't seen him. If I had, wouldn't I have told you?" She said with a hint of impatience.
The Constable glanced at the old camera mounted above the doorstep, then, looking disappointed, turned and left.
Old woman closed the door.
Nayak was standing right behind it.
"Look," Nayak said. "My presence here is not safe for any of you."
He stepped outside, turned back to the Old Woman, and said with genuine respect, "Thank you for everything."
And then, he leaves the house of Hopes.
He walks away, gradually disappearing as he is lost in the glare of the bright sunlight. The Old Lady watches him go, with a heavy heart and sorrowful expression, until he is completely vanished from sight.
When Anil Mahajan reached home, his eyes were tired, yet his intention clearly wasn't to rest.
Mamta intercepted him, saying, "If you work this much, you will ruin your health." Her voice clearly carried more concern than anger.
Anil replied with tension, "You don't understand. Nayak hasn't been found yet. We are searching for him everywhere, and there is still no sign of Pawan's gang."
"And I don't know which fool made the news about the Nayak public!"
Just then, Anil Mahajan's mobile rang. It was a call from the Commissioner.
He picked it up. Mamta watched several emotions—such as surprise and distress—flash across Anil's face along with his continuous 'Yes, sir.'
Suddenly, he abruptly stood up. "No, sir, but you can't do this!"
And the call was cut.
Mamta immediately asked, "What happened?"
Anil replied in a tired voice, "Nothing. They gave me a two-day mandatory leave."
"But that's a good thing, isn't it?" Mamta asked, momentarily relieved.
"No..." Anil shook his head. "Whenever this happens, it only means they are going to close the case without reaching any conclusion."
"What will you do now?" she asked.
"I have to do something," Anil said with determination.
Mamta tried to change the subject, "Last night, Aayu was only talking about you. He was asking about his..."
"Where is he?" Anil asked.
"He's at school right now."
"I will talk to him in the evening. Right now, I just need some sleep."
Deep within the underground facility of the Flame Keeper, a single, vast chamber known as the Gravity Dome hummed with controlled energy
In the dome Projected onto the massive metallic wall of the dome, like a warning in red laser light, the huge characters proclaimed.
GRAVITY 5X.
From the monitoring gallery on the dome's first level, Dante kept a sharp eye on Pawan training below.
A tall, lean scientist with red hair in a crisp lab coat approached him.
Dante asked,
Thomas! "Is he ready for the enhancement?"
Thomas turned, a flicker of surprise in his expression. "Ready? He is too strong."
Thomas declared while consulting his data pad. "His physical performance tests scored 97 points."
Dante smiled, a look of impressed satisfaction settling on his face. "Excellent. The boy is amazing ,better than I hoped."
Dante announced.
Dante looked toward Thomas and asked, "Is the New Gravity Module ready?"
"Yes. It will be fully operational by tomorrow. But why do you ask?" Thomas inquired, curiosity evident in his voice.
Dante offered no direct answer, but the slow, confident smile that crossed his face told Thomas everything he needed to know.
Dante turned his attention back to Pawan. "We need to push his limits further. I want to see how far this boy can truly go."
Dante exited the Gravity Dome and descended the stairs to a separate facility below.
In the center of this large hall, inside a massive cylindrical glass dome, a man was submerged in a strange, thick viscous fluid. His eyes were closed. Dozens of thin syringes were inserted directly into his muscles, and an oxygen mask covered his mouth.
Dante approached him and leaned his body against a nearby control table. He addressed the submerged figure:
"For the past few days, we've been encountering individuals who are extremely powerful. We have integrated some into our ranks, and there are others who haven't yet complied. After a precise pause ,But they will." He said.
Glancing at a report on a tablet, he continued, "I see your reports. Your enhancement process now only has a few days left. You will be free in a matter of days."
Dante moved his gaze from the submerged man and took a deep, calculated breath.
"I have found that."
"That which we were searching for for many years or myabe decades."
"Now we will see if this enhancement proves to be useful or not."
The last Last time when you use that.
It was a total mess.
