somewhere, who knows where...
a small room with a light that seemed to say, "let me die."
krisna was tied in a sitting position on a wooden chair, his hands, feet, and mouth bound.
a metal door separated him from the girl guard outside and the air of freedom.
even so, his mind would not stop thinking.
"hi, my name is krisna. and i just got re-incarnated — in blue archive maybe?"
"why? because here kids carry long-barreled rifles."
"a bit scary to see. but! the scariest thing is..."
"my body turned into a child! specifically when i was 15 years old"
"where did my torn-bread stomach go..."
"am—am i crazy? as if someone can read my thoughts"
we go back to before krisna was captured.
a gentle breeze brushed him, the sun greeted him. the sky with a strange circle was clearly visible.
krisna looked around: people with various hair colors, and cats as tall as humans walking on their two hind legs.
when he saw one of the girls in a school uniform, an odd feeling approached him.
he remembered he was about 171 cm tall. but now he was no taller than that girl.
at that moment he checked his whole body; his hands had become small, his stomach had lost its six-pack.
"a-apa!?" he screamed, drawing glances from the people around.
he could only smile then move. he ran toward a small alley not far from there.
his breath was ragged, even though he used to exercise regularly.
when he was about to sit, his eyes accidentally glanced at a blue screen floating in the air.
———
hi reincarnator
———
krisna blinked. "w-what is this... a system screen?"
———
yup, this is a system. not a cheap pop-up ad.
———
"wait... so i died then?"
———
yeah... in an absurd and embarrassing way.
———
"wait... because of that horse?"
———
yup. you know... other reincarnators were hit by truck-kun. but you, defeated by kuda-kun.
———
"heiiii!" krisna hissed and punched the panel.
———
awww... a punch? that's cute.
———
after several futile punches, krisna exhaled a long sigh, "alright... i want to ask something"
———
if you're as weak as your punch, i don't want to... ———
krisna massaged his temples. "okay, okay. why me?"
———
haha¹⁰⁰ because of your wish, cracking the dimension.
———
"what? my wish was to be rich. why reincarnation instead?"
———
huft, you fool... well you'll know later.
———
———
well, congratulations to you. because you've reincarnated, hopefully your brain did too.
———
krisna hissed. "oh my god! so, no gift for me?"
———
oops. almost forgot.
———
the screen then displayed a series of lines.
———
lord of time.
mekka.
pervert.
maker who angered the dragon.
killer of gods.
reincarnator.
---
———
krisna's eyes narrowed. "what is this?"
———
yeah this is a list of titles, and you have reincarnator. ———
krisna's pupils sparkled. "so what's my reward?"
———
1000 con have been given.
———
krisna's head tilted back slightly. "what is con?"
———
con is like e-money. you can exchange con to me to get something.
———
"okay... besides the rewards, where else can i get con?"
from a distance someone wearing a helmet peeked.
———
from the tasks i give. that is, if you're not lazy...
———
unbeknownst to krisna, someone approached.
krisna nodded slightly. "ohh so there are tas—"
his mouth was gagged with a cloth already mixed with chemicals.
krisna tried to struggle. however the difference in strength and the effect of the chemicals weakened his consciousness. he eventually fainted...
back to the time krisna was detained.
from behind the metal door — the guard girl with a black helmet patterned white and bearing a skull symbol. usually called the helmet gang.
stood upright while carrying a rifle ready to spit hot lead. but behind that helmet, she was actually sleeping.
when that guard girl fell asleep. klack — the sound of the door opening; it was the leader of her group.
with an appearance almost similar to hers.
"hey, check our prisoner."
"yes," she said while saluting.
she then opened the door. krisna could be seen struggling.
when she approached krisna — krisna's eyes looked like a cute pleading puppy, in his mind.
however, from the girl's point of view — krisna's sparkling eyes seemed to mock her. immediately she slapped him.
that slap left a mark on his cheek. it hurt... obviously.
however...
from outside the room came the sound of an explosion.
followed by the sound of gunfire blaring.
the girl guard immediately helped her comrade. it seemed they were being attacked, krisna thought.
from the gathered smoke and thick flying dust, a woman: wearing full combat clothes. her mask covered her nose and lips, her eyes were blue but her gaze empty.
her long blonde hair hanging looked dirty. as if it had gone through the harshness of life.
her silhouette was like a tiger that looked strong outside but weak inside.
the helmet gang kept shooting her, although a feeling of pain shook their hearts.
because of the halo above their heads, bullets couldn't penetrate their skin. only kinetic energy entered.
the blonde woman shot down one of them and immediately charged in.
in a short time she was able to defeat all the helmet gang.
even before the smoke and dust touched the ground. then, she walked to check around.
until she found the locked metal door — the place where krisna was imprisoned.
with a single kick her foot opened that door.
krisna inside was shocked. however, what shocked him more was that the figure who saved him was...
"who are you?" her voice echoed in krisna's room.
her footsteps entered the room where krisna was.
krisna was still stunned looking at her, her blue eyes were like a deep sea. full of loneliness.
while holding an assault rifle. the black color of her weapon seemed to indicate that she didn't care about herself.
she roughly freed krisna, without lowering her guard.
"ohh... thanks," krisna said.
his neck turned before he could look more closely.
"go out through the back door..." her aura said that she didn't want to be disturbed or death would kiss you.
krisna just nodded quietly and began to move, running toward the back door.
the walls were full of bullet marks, several helmet gang members lay helpless.
before reaching the door, he glanced back to see the girl's figure, who was further inspecting the room.
before he could look — his body fell after stumbling.
"ahhh—"
crash — he got up, then hurriedly ran as fast as he could.
once outside, the scorching sun with the strange circle in the sky accompanied him. as if greeting him.
his eyes turned to the alley ahead. when he wanted to pass through the alley,
his ears caught footsteps; there were likely many helmet gang coming.
quickly krisna looked for a hiding place. fortunately there was a large wooden box; krisna entered it, and waited.
after hiding long enough, curiosity embraced his mind. he wanted to know what was happening outside.
when he felt the wooden box, he found a small gap; he peeked through it.
many helmet gang members were surrounding the building; the place where krisna had been trapped.
from inside the building the girl threw a grenade.
boom — half of the helmet gang were thrown in all directions. one of them lay near krisna.
some of them managed to dodge.
before they could stand. bang, bang — a burst of gunfire came from the building.
knocking down several of the helmet gang.
smoke and dust flew freely, helmet gang members lay helpless.
from the building door, the girl came out. her steps full of confidence.
slowly she walked toward one of the helmet gang members.
the helmet gang member tried to flee. he dragged his wounded body to run.
but the masked girl was already behind him. looking at him like a crawling worm.
the masked girl put the barrel of her gun to the back of his head.
feeling the gun barrel right against the back of his head, the gang member began to cry.
his finger prepared to pull the trigger, "who is your leader?"
"i-i don't know..." his voice and body trembled.
while slowly turning to the masked girl, "p-please... spare—"
dor — the masked girl pulled the trigger. instantly the gang member fell.
krisna, who witnessed it, could only feel awe and fear.
after finishing her mission, the girl removed her mask.
when the mask no longer covered that girl's face, krisna froze at that girl...
