Chapter 3 - Paradise heaven

AAH!

"My lord, that's inappropriate."

Hehe! I can never get used to these huge, humongous chunks of meat. Ya, ya. It's been ten years since I descended into this world, I mean, thrown here by those selfish almighty gods.

The only place of comfort is between these boobs of my maid servant Rika, she's a half-elf, even though she looks like she is in her teens, well, most of them get confused by her appearance cause she is at least at the age of my father, almost at her 30s.

'Oh gosh, even though the little lord is a little introverted, he is such a cute little being, just like a lost puppy, enthusiastic and playful.'

Rika was quite a gullible maid. She wore a typical maid outfit, her jugs and her curves were finely outlined, thick and juicy, that any man could desire. Her beauty lacked nothing; rather, it was her brain. She was quite a fool who let me fondle her breasts, as she thought I was the cutest thing alive.

I believe that I could easily scam her into paying millions to make her buy 3 labubus in return.

These huge jugs were like my punching bag, a mattress to sleep on, a Hot fireplace to cuddle, and a huge playground. I can't wait to get 19, well, that's the legal age around here to be able to mate legally.

Even though I don't feel sexual urges but I still have that thirst to conquer. It felt that my past urges of lust were unfulfilled, as I was stuck in my office for almost half of my life.

The past few years, I had a great time exploring the city, travelling around the mansion, sleeping under the trees as the breeze slowly caressed my pale cheeks. It was like a medieval fantasy. No workload, no overtime or business meeting, I had all the time I had once wished for.

"Lucian, my dear, it's time for dinner, stop fooling around and come back here."

Her words startled my existence, my hands trembled as I retrieved my hands from those huge mountains, and I ran back to the kitchen as fast as I could. The only other thing I was addicted to in here was Alicia's cooking, A real delicacy. If she had been born in the modern age, she would have been a renowned chef earning millions.

"Slow down, dear, or you will hurt yourself. I don't want my son to hurt himself."

The wooden floor creaked as I slowed down.

" How many times have I told you, I'm not your son. "

My ego kicked in at the worst moments. I had been a little rebellious since I basically knew that Alicia and Roan were a bunch of pushovers and had spoiled their son from a young age.

My existence felt like a crime to me. I never wanted to forget the parents of my previous life. Rather, it was like my punishment; it felt like I was cheating my existence. If they had never existed, I wouldn't have been here.

Roan and Alicia may have given me birth, but not my existence; they act as if they are my real parents that I despise. I don't want to replace my original parents with Roan and Alicia. I hate that I can't explain to them these worries that I have; they just can't understand me.

At the sound of my enraged voice, Alicia's face became twisted, and she started to pout at the sight of me. I pouted right back at her, 'how dare she', it was like a pouting competition in a trial, soon turning into a staring competition, and suddenly we both laughed at the sight of each other forgetting the situation I had created in anger. Alicia looked like a gorilla from afar.

As I was about to climb the long chair in front of me, two hands crept and held me in an embrace.

"Dear, you should not talk to your mother like that. For now, let's have a family dinner."

Roan had returned from work, but it was not the important thing here. At the words of dinner, my mouth drooled like an ocean full of water.

CHUM! CHUM! CHUM!

Just in a blink of time, the food on the table was erased out of existence.

" A heavy eater, just like your mother."

A Sharp gaze full of bloodlust was directed all over the room/

" I guess you are still hungry, my dear."

"Hahha," Roan let a crackled voice as if he had been threatened by a band of bandits trying to assassinate him.

"Let's leave that topic aside. Lucian be early tomorrow, we have your awakening ritual."

As soon as Roan finished his sentence, he ran towards the bedroom, without ever looking back. Alicia was on his tail, trying to catch up as she slowed down for a few moments, turned towards me and said, " Good night, dear, and good luck for tomorrow."

I had totally forgotten about it. It was the day, the day I would be enlightened into the world of magic. Even though our clan was not primarily a group of magicians but there were anomalies, like my mother, who wielded a healing magic, and this fact kept me awake for the entire night.

***

" Lucian, can you see the temple of Visken?"

"WHOA!"

We were riding on the horse to get to the place where the ritual took place, coincidentally, it was the temple of Visken. A true masterpiece of architecture located outside the village, far away to the south, near the jungle of Adentis. It was like a tall, pointy tower incomparable to the modern buildings; the material used was exquisite.

Made out of pure marble, glass, and classy stones, every part of the temple was inscribed with pure artistry and ancient language, quite difficult to understand or decipher.

It was a real boon to be able to see it from this far, cause this temple was only visible once a year, just for a span of 2 days. As the temple vanished after 2 days, never to be seen again, this temple was even visible from our mansion, almost 50 km from here. People from all around the kingdom came to see it; only a part of them had the authority to be able to take part in the ritual.

Rituals were conducted in temples, not like temples were a rare occurrence, rather it was just that the temple of Visken was. Anyone could awaken from even a normal temple; rather, the worth of their magic and their type was solely decided by the temple they had to awaken in.

Temple of Visken was one of the truly looked-upon temples. It had been said that it was the temple made by the gods, and the language inscribed in the pillar was the language that the gods spoke, and those who were awakened here were said to lead a life blessed by the heavens, granting them ultimate magic and power.

Since my father, Roan, was a well-known merchant, he had the authority to be able to send one of his kin inside the temple. Lucky me!

There were thousands of people gathered in front of the temple to be able to see the awakening. If the temple were to collapse, there would be no mere remains of these people to ever exist. What an evil thought I had.

WHOOA! CLAP! CLAP! CLAP!

I heard everyone shouting and clapping as someone inside the temple returned. A beautiful girl, almost in her teens, with vermillion red hair hanging behind her. An uneven expression with a cold face, she was like the frost beauty, rather hotter than the sun itself, as if she would burn everything around her. Though she had a nice figure, her boob couldn't be compared to Rika-chan.

The crest on her dress was quite eye-catching. She was the heiress of the Bloodmoon clan, a clan dedicated to serving the king; they were the most powerful powerhouses and a great pillar to our nation.

The host of the ritual gathered in front of her, and after a small pep talk, he announced to everyone, " The heiress of the BloodMoon clan, the 67th Clan leader, has acquired the long-lost legacy of the kingdom. She has been blessed by the sun god and has acquired a type, FIRE. All hail the BloodMoon Clan."

It was rumoured that the FIRE type was lost in the great Ancient war where the Medusa Kingdom had to fight the deadless, the FIRE type was the foundational magic of the BloodMoon clan used by the first clan leader, and the return of this type signified that there was certainly going to be a change in this age, great enough to carve a name for themselves in the book of history.

YAAAAAAAAY!

Everyone erupted in celebration. It was a great day. The BloodMoon had retrieved their lost legacy, and it was going to be a feast all over the kingdom. Every shouted with enthusiasm

BLOODMOON CLAN! BLOODMOON CLAN! BLOODMOON CLAN!

Suddenly, her cold eyes pierced my existence. Reflexively, I hid behind Roan as she slowly returned to her clan, hiding inside the carriage and observing the ritual altogether. After that encounter, there were some other sons of the officials who entered the temple. Just as I was lost in a chain of thoughts, I was called upon.

"Lucian Voss of the Falcon trade centre, please step forward and be ready to enter the temple."

I was startled as my name was called out. Roan pushed me to take a step. I hesitantly stepped forward as the attention of the crowd fell on me.

The organiser gave me some strict advice that I should enter the temple with pure thoughts [AHH RIKA-chan], also that I should try to connect myself with the tower, and after entering the tower will announce my presence and my powers, shortly after which the doors will be open.WTH, how should I even connect with this damn tower? I hesitantly nodded as the host rose from his place.

Slowly, I started to move inside the tower, as thousands of glares pierced through me. Like I even cared. As I stepped inside the tower, the huge gates creaked as they closed behind me. It was dark all around, just like the void I had entered after my death; rather, this time, all my body parts were intact. I could breathe, walk, and listen; rather, there was nothing in here, only total darkness enveloped all around. I waited five minutes, until it was ten minutes, soon it was to be fifteen minutes, and it was goddamn 30 minutes already. I waited for the voice, or rather, I guessed it as some sort of interface like a system in those fantasy novels, granting the MC with cheat skills and overpowered magical attributes.

Rather, I was welcomed with complete silence in a pitch black void. The silence scared me, did I by any chance die after entering the temple, no no it can't be. I was ready to sprint outside searching for the door.

As soon as I heard the door creak, I turned back, ready to run out of this frightening hell, as I heard a sound resonate through the darkness.

"Pathetic"

I froze, out of fear, out of desperation. My hands and legs couldn't move. The presence made me shudder in fear. By the time I was conscious about myself, I lunged forward out of this place as I saw a small crack in between those doors. No time to wander in thoughts on where I had heard this voice.

As I ran out of that darkness, I was welcomed by a glazing of lights and a never-ending sight of a barren land. Where are the people? Where is Roan?

The sight of the landscape let him fall to his knees, the heat enveloped him in an embrace, as he glanced behind, there was no sign of the tower nor any door that had led him here.

Quite spotless, not again, I guess these almighty gods have a real great grudge against me.

Here we go! A great adventure,

I just miss those great jugs of milk carriers.
