Tanya channeled her demon power within her. But she couldn't fuse with it. There was something within her that still refused the Chaos.
Bash leaned back further in his throne. "She still doesn't understand. She thinks that there is a cost for her demonic power. Give her a few words on my behalf."
"Yes?" Solarix said.
"No regret."
Solarix's voice echoed in Tanya's mind.
Tanya was pushed back by Maximus and Perseus. Perseus thrust his trident at her shoulder. Tanya was able to deflect it but the tip of his trident still grazed her.
Maximus swung down from above. Tanya blocked it with her wrist. He was too close. Dodge was meaningless.
Tanya screamed. The audience became more chaotic.
The former princess stumbled backwards. Her left hand dropped on the ground, blood shot out from her empty wrist like a fountain. Her entire body was covered in blood. She breathed heavily.
"I guess you will be the first to go, Tanya." Maximus aimed his sword at her.
