"Meow!" The grumpy fat cat made some noise.
"Yes, Master. They agreed to let us stay." Aurora said.
"Meow! Meow!" The grumpy cat made some more noise.
"Minor Rank-1 is their most powerful warrior."
Jace's frown deepened as he looked back and forth from the fat cat and Aurora. The cat was extremely animated but Jace still couldn't believe he was the one behind Aurora.
His meows didn't even sound any different from each other.
'I must have gone crazy.' Jace thought to himself.
Aurora turned to him. "You're lacking Red Coals, right? We can help you get more and ensure the survival of your village."
"Really? What do you want in return?" Jace said.
"We will be the elders of this village from now on."
Jace shook his head. "Impossible! We can't let some strangers decide our fate!"
The fat cat jumped out of Selina's shirt and climbed onto Aurora's shoulder. It whispered some meows into her ears.
"I can do that? I understand."
