Chapter 9 - Chapter 9: The Primordial Demons

Subash stood silently in the midst of a vast forest, the gentle rustling of leaves echoing through the air. His calm smile carried a quiet confidence as he observed his surroundings.

"Well, all these monsters will eventually become my subordinates," he thought, his eyes glinting faintly. "But before that, I'll summon a few powerful demons to serve me."

Raising his right hand, a faint crimson light began to radiate around him as he chanted in a low, commanding tone.

Subash: "Demons, come forth—and serve me."

The ground beneath him trembled violently as a massive crimson magic circle formed, glowing with dark energy. A suffocating aura erupted from the circle, and from within the swirling darkness, four figures emerged.

The first was a tall man with jet-black hair and golden, gleaming eyes. Dressed in a black coat, white shirt, and matching trousers, his presence was both elegant and deadly—the Black Primordial Demon.

Beside him stood three women, each breathtakingly beautiful in their own way.

The first, with long silver-white hair and piercing blue eyes, wore a white robe that shimmered faintly in the dim light—the White Primordial Demon.

Another had long golden hair and sharp amber eyes. Dressed in a dark jacket and skirt with a white undershirt, she looked around impatiently—the Yellow Primordial Demon.

The last one had flowing blue hair and deep sapphire eyes, her blue robe fluttering softly as her aura flared—the Blue Primordial Demon.

Yellow Primordial: "Huh? Where are we? And how did this guy summon all of us together?"

Blue Primordial: "Wait—you're here too?"

Their gazes locked, tension sparking between them instantly.

White Primordial: "Enough, both of you. We've been summoned into the material world—and it seems our summoner is standing right in front of us. Let's handle this first. We can settle our differences later."

Her calm, commanding tone drew their attention toward Subash. He watched them silently, a hint of disappointment flickering in his eyes.

"What a waste," he thought. "Roshan told me they'd be incredibly powerful, but those two—yellow and blue—they're only level 40. The white-haired one's level 45… Only the black one's different. He's level 50."

The Black Primordial smirked, his golden eyes sharp and focused.

Black Primordial: "Kukuku… You're not a mere human. So tell me, why did you summon all of us together?"

Subash let out a slow sigh.

Subash: "It's simple. I want all of you to serve under me."

Silence fell instantly. The air grew heavy—then exploded with fury.

Blue Primordial: "What did you just say, mortal?! You dare demand us—Primordial Demons—to serve you?"

She lunged forward, her hand glowing with violent energy. But before her attack could land, Subash effortlessly raised his hand and blocked it with ease.

Every demon froze. The pressure around them suddenly intensified as Subash's expression darkened, a dangerous smirk curling at his lips.

Subash: "Oh? I thought I'd simply summon some demons and take them under me… but it looks like I'll have to teach you your place."

Yellow Primordial: "Hah! You arrogant fool—I'll make you suffer for a thousand years!"

She tried to move—but her body suddenly collapsed to the ground. The others followed, their faces twisted in disbelief as Subash released only a fraction of his aura.

Yellow Primordial (thinking): W-what is this?! I can't move—it's like an entire world is pressing down on my shoulders…

White Primordial (thinking): Even with my Eyes of Truth, I can't see his power level. This aura… it's far beyond anything I've ever felt!

Only the Black Primordial resisted slightly, struggling to his knees, sweat dripping down his face—but he was smiling.

Black Primordial (thinking): Hahaha… Incredible. This power—stronger even than the Red. And he's barely using a fraction of it…

Then, without hesitation, he bowed deeply, his forehead touching the ground.

Black Primordial: "I surrender to you, my lord. From this moment, my loyalty belongs to you—Master."

Subash blinked, mildly surprised.

"Wait—just like that? I thought there'd be some grand fight… destroying mountains and all that. Guess the writer didn't want to bother," he mused dryly.

Seeing their strongest among them submit, the remaining demons exchanged glances, then lowered their heads as well.

All Three: "We too surrender, Master. From this moment forth, our loyalty belongs to you."

The pressure lifted. They rose to their knees and bowed again in unison.

All: "Forgive our rudeness, Lord, and thank you for sparing us."

Subash chuckled softly.

Subash: "You can just call me Subash. 'Master' sounds a bit weird."

They nodded respectfully.

Subash: "Also, do you all have names?"

They exchanged glances, and the White Primordial stepped forward.

White Primordial: "We do not, Lord Subash. We were never given names."

Subash: "Then I'll give you all names."

All four demons looked at him in shock.

White Primordial: "Wait, my lord—naming us is dangerous. Giving a name to a demon consumes vast amounts of magical energy. We are Primordial Demons… the cost may kill you."

Subash smiled calmly.

Subash: "Don't worry about that. I have enough magicule to name you all thousands of times over."

He turned toward the Blue Primordial first.

Subash: "You shall be called Ravena."

A dark purple aura enveloped her, pulsing with power.

Then he turned to the others.

Subash: "You—White Primordial—you will be Lilithra. The Yellow Primordial, Velmora. And you, Black Primordial, shall be Draven."

Each name ignited a surge of dark energy, cocooning them as their spiritual forms began to evolve. Subash watched with a calm smile.

"They're evolving into higher beings… but they'll need physical bodies to remain in this world. Demons are spiritual life forms—they can't stay in the material world for long."

Summoning several powerful vessels, Subash placed them before the demons.

When they emerged, their forms had completely changed—refined and radiant, their presence overwhelming. They had all evolved into Demon Pears.

All Demons: "We thank you, Lord Subash-sama, for granting us names."

Subash smiled softly.

Subash: "These bodies—use them to remain in this world. I made them myself."

Velmora: "But Subash-sama… these bodies look so powerful. Are you sure you want us to use them?"

Subash: "Of course. You're my subordinates now—I don't want any of you to be weak."

He watched as they touched their respective vessels.

Subash (thinking): Draven's level has reached 60 after evolution. Lilithra's at 55, and both Velmora and Ravena are now at 50.

Draven: "Subash-sama is right. The stronger we are, the more useful we'll be to our lord. I accept this body."

As his hand touched the vessel, his spiritual form merged with it. The body transformed, reshaping into Draven's new form—stronger, more refined. The others followed soon after, each merging with their new vessels.

Subash smiled proudly as he watched.

"Well then… time to recruit even more subordinates."

His gaze turned toward the vast forest ahead, his eyes glowing faintly—seeing through every corner of it.
