Upon seeing their eyes on Pa goe, he shifted uncomfortably
"Pa goe, they request to fight you!" cheon sa yelled back at him
"I'm not interested" Pa goe politely rejected, and silently encourage Kang woo to go fight them instead.
kang woo, who isn't that confident with abilities, stood up and accepted their request, which shocked the both of them
"are you sure peep squeak? we do it harsh here" the one going up against Kang woo teased, puling out his long sword and point it at kang woo, which made him jump
"are you sureee" "FUCK YES" cheon sa yelled, interrupting Pa goe
but of course the unease didn't leave Pa goe, and he decides to secretly enchant Kang woos skills without anyone knowing

the opponent strikes, aiming Kang woo with his sword, Kang woo instinctively use his staff to block the attack which was surprising working, cheon sa was cheering with all his might while Pa goe just sat there unimpressed
the battle lasted no longer than 10 minutes since Kang woo had a cool down for his abilities, he was made fun by the opposing team
although it was clear Kang woo was weak as he'll, cheon sa didn't give up on him instead, he offered to help him improve
Pa goe didn't focus on them, but rather the opposing team, he had caught on by what was happening when Kang woo was easily defeated, their moves and patterns, it felt like they were cheating
"you also saw that right?" cheon sa leaned in, whispering
"yeah..." Pa goe whispered back while Kang woo hid behind cheon sa
"hey cmon Bring another up another" the opponent teased, waving his hands for cheon sa to come closer
Upon going closer, cheon s can't help but feel uneasy, the feeling increase after each step closer

Despite being amazingly strong, cheon sa had fallen, it was odd but nothing seem like it
Pa goes gaze scanned the surroundings, trailing on where cheon sa had stepped on or where they had step on
a hand snapped him back to reality "watch where you're looking bae" the older one teased
cheon sa slowly walked back to where pa goe is standing, still wear but just thought he was weak, letting out a big sigh in the process
"you know it's not because you're weak rightt??" Pa goe asked reassuringly
"I know but still..." he replied, his expression droopy and sad
Kang woo, who was just innocently looking around, gently tugged Pa goes, "am I really weak? be honest..."
"honestly yeah you are" but he didn't say that, instead he said "there's people who's weaker than you without cheats" while just looking back at him
"hey hey hey focus please, we're still here!" the opposing team leader said, his face plastered an expression of annoyance
"you have a pretty boy over there why don't you come up? we've been asking to fight ypu for quite some time"
Pa goe waved his head, rejecting their offer, "oh no thank you, i.....I'm not interested" he looked away, deep inside he knew it wasn't enough to shake them off but it was worth the try
"oh you think you're better than us?" the leader continued, blabbering about nows generations arrogant people
"look I sprained my ankle okay?" Pa goe crossed his arms, gently lifting his left leg, which they seem to buy the act
the leader grumbled as they left to find more people to bully
"Pa goe are you okay?!" cheon sa asked worriedly
"cheon a ITS A FUCKING JOKE" Pa goe shook cheon sa's shoulder,
kang woo, who was still watching everything unfold, spoke up "you're a mage too right Pa goe?...." Pa goes head snapped towards kang woo
"uhh yeah I am" he scrambled to answer
"do you want to...maybe fight?..." kang woo asked, looking away
"uhh like I said, my ankle is sprained" he laughed it off
"are you just powerless or have a low mana capacity...pa goe?" kang woo asked again, no longer hugging his staff, instead it was hanging loose at his hand
"you don't have to fight me you know" Pa goe smiled, his mind ran thousands of possibilities if they ever spar,
"it's okay Pa goe! I'll teach you!" kang woos face lit up like a puppy who just saw its owner
"uh ah uh aihhhh" Pa goe scrambled again.
kang woo grabbed Pa goes hand and ran to the near by area, with Cheon sa following behind them
