Chapter 19 - Fully Acquiring Osborn Industries

"Norman, let me reiterate, Osborn Industries' situation has reached an extremely dangerous point."

"You told us back then that the human enhancement serum was on the verge of its final breakthrough, and that we would then secure massive orders from the military, making surpassing Stark Industries just a matter of time."

"But based on the information we currently have, this is a complete and utter lie. You are committing fraud."

"Giving up on the almost complete human enhancement serum to research some super healing potion, my goodness, what exactly are you thinking?"

"We don't want to play house with you anymore, so we've decided to sell the corporation."

Norman shouted, "You can't do this!"

"No, we can! After a board vote, we unanimously agreed to dismiss you—no, to dismiss that foolish unknown man."

"Norman, you don't even have the right to be in this place with us. You are no longer the Chairman, nor the largest shareholder, but merely a pathetic, deceived low-level worker."

"We don't need to tell you any more news, you're not worthy."

"Now, go call that man over. We'll inform him immediately."

"Is that so? Who wants to inform me?"

Aaron kicked open the door with a bang and swaggered to the conference table.

Ignoring the "elites" present, he walked directly to his seat. It was at the head of the conference table, the Chairman's seat.

And at this moment.

"Who allowed you to sit in my seat?"

Aaron looked at the clueless elite and smiled benignly.

"Now you are no longer…"

"Get out."

Aaron's smile gradually turned cold.

The person sitting there felt the surrounding temperature suddenly rise for some unknown reason, making it difficult to breathe. His forehead was already covered in sweat, he didn't know when.

Damn it, this isn't a movie set!

He looked left and right, and the others also noticed his abnormality, showing puzzled looks. This guy is too cowardly.

That man looked quite young, did he really have such a terrifying aura?

Seeing this, the person with the highest shares besides Aaron, ashamed and hurried, got up and rolled away.

Aaron looked at the soaked chair with a face full of disdain.

"Successful socialite? Heh."

As these words fell, everyone felt insulted.

Aaron kicked the chair away in disgust, and Felicia, understanding, quickly pulled over another chair.

"Bastard, what do you mean by that? Are you insulting us?"

Aaron, still standing, smiled, then told Norman to stand up.

The others scoffed, thinking, 'Is that all? You know fear too?'

However, the next second.

Aaron looked around. "Don't misunderstand. What I mean is, everyone here is trash."

Then, ignoring the livid faces of those present, he said coldly, "Now I announce, you are all out."

"I will acquire all the shares you hold at market stock price."

"Now, who is in favor, who is against."

"I object."

As soon as Aaron finished speaking, a fat man with gold-rimmed glasses stood up.

"Your position as Chairman has not been unanimously approved by the Board. It's merely a private agreement you reached with Norman."

"Furthermore, the combined shares of all of us are enough to vote you out of your position. From now on, you are no longer the CEO of Osborn Industries."

Before he could finish speaking, Aaron gave him a calm look.

Instantly, this social elite felt a chill run through his body, and he began to tremble uncontrollably.

Soon, he felt his hands and feet stiffen, his blood seemed to stop flowing, and even his thoughts seemed to cease movement.

He glanced out the window, the sun was high in the sky. How could this be?

Seeing the man's miserable state, the person who had been told to "get out" earlier felt a pang of sympathy.

His face was expressionless, but inwardly, he chuckled with schadenfreude.

If everyone is embarrassed, then I'm not special.

Seeing this, the others exchanged glances, looking at Aaron with uncertainty and surprise.

Someone hesitated for a moment and stood up. "Mr. Aaron, you can certainly acquire our shares, but at least your offer must be higher than that of Callisto Aerospace…"

Another person also stood up and added, "At least it should be higher than A.I.M., Hammer Industries…"

"You still haven't grasped the current situation."

Aaron slowly sat down, his fingers lightly tapping the table leg, a smile appearing on his lips.

"I wasn't negotiating just now, I was informing. You have no choice."

His cold gaze swept over the two who had stood up to speak for the other shareholders. One felt as if he had fallen into an ice cellar, the other as if he were being roasted under a scorching fire.

Soon, one shivered with cold, while the other constantly tugged at his collar, drenched in sweat.

The others' faces also turned slightly pale. They felt a bit nauseous, dizzy, and headache-ridden.

Aaron seemed to exude a powerful aura that made everyone feel different degrees of distinct oppressive force.

Damn it, where did this guy come from? Why could just a look from him make them almost unable to breathe?

The Director who had been told to "get out" could no longer bear this terrifying pressure, he even felt an urge to urinate.

He couldn't hold it in.

"Mr. Aaron. Actually, I think your proposal is quite good."

"After all, Osborn Industries' stock is plummeting, and your current offer to acquire our shares is quite generous to us. No matter what others say, I am willing to sign the agreement right now."

Aaron nodded in satisfaction and gave the bewildered Felicia a look.

Norman reacted a step ahead and quickly instructed his subordinates to print the contracts.

He was still a bit confused, what was wrong with these guys? Did Aaron's gaze really have such an oppressive feeling?

Just one look making the strong-willed Board members give in was simply unheard of.

The first person to give in and "roll out" immediately felt the pressure around him disappear.

I… I'm alive.

He wiped the sweat from his forehead and looked down. His suit and trousers were completely soaked, as if he had just climbed out of a swimming pool.

Damn it!

Ignoring his image, he quickly grabbed the water glass on the table and gulped it down.

Norman thoughtfully had someone pour him more water.

He drank cup after cup, finally feeling comfortable.

"Um… I also agree with your proposal. I am willing to sell all my shares."

"I agree too."

"I… me too."

Seeing this, Aaron waited for a moment, then continued, "Very good, those who agreed earlier will trade as I said. As for the rest…"

"I'm sorry. I will acquire your shares, but they will be calculated according to the index at the time of the transaction. I assume… you won't object, will you?"

Aaron's seemingly negotiating posture sent chills down the spines of the remaining people.

Monster! This guy is a monster!

"O-Of course."

What could they do? They could only agree with tears in their eyes.

Accustomed to a life of luxury, how could they endure the sudden low and high temperatures, and the triple blow brought by high-frequency ultrasound?

"Very good. It seems everyone has happily reached a consensus, I am very pleased."

"Norman, have you recorded everything? The Board unanimously passed my resolution. Sign the contracts with them, exactly as I said."

Seeing that the matter was resolved, Aaron did not linger, leaving all the cleanup to Norman.

Norman became even more respectful. For the mysterious methods Aaron displayed, he felt nothing but admiration and awe. His new boss was more resourceful than him.

He had been in a verbal battle with these bastards all morning, talking until his mouth was dry, yet they hadn't wavered at all.

But how long had Aaron been here? In a flash, everything was settled.

Were the Board members easy to talk to? Of course not.
