Atsui stopped, his eyes shook as he watched Jiga hit the ground. He laughed quietly.. then it grew louder and louder, he spoke between his laughs of hysteria.
"What an idiot! If only you left us alone this wouldn't have happened!"
"Now the church is going to be on us heavily. We're now officially at war. We're going to have to eliminate the the church in its entirety in order to move forward with our plan."
Atsui's halberd bursted into flames and suddenly became extinguished from the moment he let go of the hilt. He smiled and turned to Satsujin.
"Whatever is in our way we shall eliminate. All I have to do is let Heiwa know and she'll be ready alongside the rest of us."
"Is she combat ready? I'm not sure if she'll be able to handle the church. The head priest is probably on the level of the royalty that run the world currently and Jiga rather in the middle of that ranking. There are many above him. Can she really handle this?"
Atsui raised his head to the sky and smirked. "She'll be able to hold herself. We might have to morph her and expose her to the harshness of the world. She will learn eventually."
"If you say so." Satsujin kicked Jiga's remains out of her way as she walked forward. "If we're going to war with the Holy Church we're going to need some more power." Satsujin reached into her pocket, pulling out her phone. She scrolled for a bit until she showed the pictures to Atsui. "I've managed to recruit the Android of Toshiro Zenin. I'd like to recruit the clones of Shion Cerī and Rai Otizawa. Additionally..There are some names that I have an eye on in order to push this thing forward that I'd like to recruit. I'll send you the details soon. Be prepared for a bloodbath. I understand your optimism and will to victory which is why we started this..but we're going to need some more firepower. The Church is no joke, and their militias could easily match the likes of any known nation. So..at the same time this also serves as a test for us. If we can take down the holy church, the chances of us taking down any other nation is very high."
Atsui kneeled to Satsujin, showing his loyalty to the woman and their future endeavors. "Who are you thinking of recruiting besides those clones Lady Satsujin?" Atsui continued kneeling to Satsujin showing his true allegiance as he did previously, he raised his head and looked up at her. "What is the phenomenon?"
Satsu put a hand on her hips holding the other hand out. "Well i'm quite sure you've heard of the families. If we can get a meeting with them we may be able to get their backing to an extent."
Atsui grabbed ahold of her hand as he rose from his position "The families huh? I've only heard from others that have come to the mortal realm about them."
"There are main families that are heavily involved in the underground crime that takes place in the mortal realm. It is possible that some of them may view things the same as us, hoping for a serious change in our world."
"Ahh… then maybe we could force a change not just in our world but ALL the worlds…then we truly would complete our goal…"
"Perhaps..despite our strength it can not be done alone. Interestingly I have another proposition that may suit us even more for facing the church."
"Yes… then we shall recruit and induct more to our cause, eventually most if not all will see the truth of the current world's orders."
"I'm not sure what will happen once that occurs..it'll be far more chaos than before."
"Well, with chaos comes the need for leaders and once we bring them all together then there won't be any worry about that…"
"There lies another issue in the Gods. Although I am one myself, and my mother arguably continues to grow stronger in her current stated, It's questionable whether or not she, or the others will approve of that which brings me to my former point about recruiting people. We should inquire with the first layer."
"Of course my Lady. We must get rid of the opposition, but we can't jump immediately head first into it…or we will suffer for it."
"I have a question for you Atsui. Have you heard of a being named Sahykinn ever in your life?" She smiled and admired his respect. Something rare in her generation of the divine realm.
Atsui nodded to Satsujin's question providing an answer. "Of course, it's all chronicled in the spirit worlds libraries."
Satsu continued. "Somebody else that'll be joining us soon has given me insight on his location..or his mana at least..which isn't normal. Fifteen years ago there was no access to such an energy. It was a weaker form of energy that didn't inherently exist throughout the entirety of the world like Mana does. So somebody has replicated his energy in some form or fashion. That could be an issue because then the Calamity could also be replicated as well. More of an issue for us."
Atsui nodded and understood. "So in a sense bringing justice back to the world and ridding it of calamity… that sounds good to me."
"The calamity being another possible Mujū. If his right hand man's energy was emulated then surely the one with 8 of the Ten mystical beasts sealed inside him will be emulated. They will surely get in the way at that point. We need to investigate."
"Ahh..another Mujū? It seems this world never gets a rest from the balance of calamity and peace now does it."
"Humanity doesn't exist without that balance weighing heavily in one way. Is it even humanity if there isn't any chaos?"
"And that's exactly why we need to bring order to these worlds in OUR way…"
"Patience is a virtue for a reason. Let's focus on annihilating the church in warfare first."
"Of course my lady. I will do your bidding as long as it reaches our goals."
Satsu eyed Atsui before walking through the park.
"Let us track down that energy then..that is our next goal. Yufūkuna will accompany us for now until further notice. Think of him as our chief in command."
"Ahhh so he is the boss under you then? That's fine with me as long as he doesn't try switching up the plans in anyway."
"I have my own goals and plans..but as far as anything else I have no intention of getting in your way."
Atsui nodded to Yufūkuna. "Good, then things should be alright as long as there's no other problems in the way of our goal."
"Then let us push forward to the next phase."
"Yes my lady. Wherever we need to be we will follow."
Satsujin and Atsui stepped around the body of Jiga as they pushed on through their mission. Yufūkuna staying back as he watched on silently.
