Recalling the scene of the creditor being imprisoned, Pangu gazed tenderly at the God of Order.
"You are the extension of my perception, my proud child, and an indispensable member of our family."
"Those things you kept from me... I forgive you."
The Creator's tone was gentle, his gaze radiating an all-seeing light:
"Come to think of it, it was you who first detected the Creditor's schemes and reported them to me. I ought to bestow a reward—"
He fixed his gaze on his eldest son: "What do you desire?"
The God of Order lifted his head and answered without hesitation:
"I want a girlfriend."
"One... who can stand as my equal."
Pangu looked slightly surprised, then chuckled softly:
"Have you reached that age already?"
"Is there someone in mind?"
"Is there not?" A bitter smile touched the Order God's lips. "The choice who can stand as my equal... is only one."
Pangu's expression grew profound:
"Could it be... your sister?"
"I'm afraid," the God of Order replied softly, "there is no other choice."
The hall fell abruptly silent. Pangu finally sighed lightly:
"No wonder."
"This must be difficult for you."
"Not unbearably so," the God of Order regained his customary composure. "There are many ways."
"As you wish," Pangu turned his gaze toward the distance. "But your sister must consent."
The God of Order bowed deeply:
"Thank you, Father."
