Waking up early I tc Rimuru 'are you still at your tent or have you already left?'
Rimuru: 'I'm waiting with Kaval, Gido, Rigur, Rigurd and Ranga for Eren and Shizu, why?
Hearing what he said 'Rimuru get Rigurd and Rigur to evacuate the village, but don't say anything to Kaval and Gido.'
Rimuru: 'Why? what's going on?'
Digging my claws into the dirt 'it's Shizu her real name is Shizue Izawa; she is the host for Ifrit the fire spirit and she can't control him any longer. When they come out to meet you that is when she will lose control.'
Rimuru: 'You should have told me this earlier!'
Running out of my tent still in my animal form 'there's no time! for this I'm on my way now' I end tc and transform into my human form running to meet them.
(5 minutes later)
In my human form I reach Rimuru and the others just as Shizue starts to float in the air, "did Rigurd and Rigur evacuate the village yet?"
Rimuru: "They are doing it now; it should be down soon" for we to look back to Shizue.
Eren: "Shizu!...Shizu!"
Kaval: As I'm on the ground with my knee trying to protect the others, I stretch out my arm "Shizu...Shizue...as in Shizue Izawa! as in the conqueror of flames."
Gido: "But didn't she retire 50 years ago!?"
With the flames of Shizue getting bigger and her mask breaking showing her tears while they evaporate in the flames, only to have Ifrit take control making a shrieking sound being he finally breaks free.
Rimuru: "You guys should get out of here, while you still can."
Kaval: We get ready to fight as we look at her, "w-We c-can't... she's one of us, ahh ha-ha we're going to die."
Gido: "ha-ha it's been a short life."
Eren: "B-But we can't leave her alone."
Closing my eyes 'I see...Shizue you have some good friends' as I look at Ifrit.' Ifrit spawns his little fire spirit aids as they set the houses we built on fire when me and Rimuru attack with the others. As Kaval, Eren and Gido take care of the dragons ifrit summoned me and Rimuru takes care of Ifrit. "I'll keep Ifrit in one place while I'm fighting him making it easy for you to lessen the difficulty for you to seal him with our eldest brother, ok? That's the best and quickest way to beat him without harming Shizue" and I take Mureavesame.
Rimuru: "Ok."
I get Ifrit attention when I charge at him for him to throw fire balls at me, I side-step all of them and jump up into the air, slicing him with a furry of speed attacks leaving cuts all over his body. Letting the curse seep into his body. Sense he's a spirit it won't kill but it will weaken him, also it will leave some effects on Shizue... as he falls to the ground with the curse also appearing on my arm before leaving. Turning my back to him he groans making duplicates of himself before flying back into the air. With my back to him I turn to face him "that won't work your just making yourself worse" just while a magic circle appears under me, and he spreads out his arm with his duplicates only for him to yell having the skill Flare circle activate.
Rimuru: Seeing Selene get ingulfed by the spell 'are you ok?'
Hearing the concern in Rimuru voice causing my heart to flutter 'I'm fine, I'm immune to fire attacks. Well, more of his are just too weak to hurt me, are you ready?'
Rimuru: 'Yea.'
Smiling, 'ok' as we end the tc I see Ifrit turning his back to me, seeing this I release a sigh before saying under breath "I'm sorry little Shizue" for me to jump out of the flare circle spell and I cut him on his neck and add the final blow with the curse seeping into him. He starts to fall I yell "Rimuru do it now!" as soon as I say that I saw him and Ranga jump up into the air having Rimuru tossed towards Ifrit for he has his body ready to welcome him. When he does, I catch Shizue and lay her on the ground as she unconscious.
(1 day later)
Rimuru is in his tent talking to Shizue, while she tells him her story of how she got here to this world and her goal to save her students. After they were done Rimuru, tc's me asking to come to his tent. I was waiting in my tent for him to contact me I switched to my human form being that he probably be in his too.
(Present time)
Walking into his tent while I had clothes in my hand for him which was the same shirt that he wore in the anime, that Rigurd and Ranga had brought to him his first transformation. I walk in to see his back, and he turns around with a tear going down his eye.
Rimuru: Turning away from her I ask "why."
Biting my bottom lip while adverting my gaze for me to come to stopping a few feet away from him only to still not answer.
Rimuru: "WHY!" with me turning around and having tears going down both of my cheeks.
Lowering my gaze to be looking at the ground with both guilt and sadness evident in my eyes "I...I... Rimuru... I couldn't tell you... because I knew what you would have asked... you would have asked me if we could have changed it. Keeping her alive but...I had to kill her because if she had stayed alive... it would have changed, what is meant to happen." As I fall to my knees holding the shirt meant for him to my face for me to cry.
Rimuru: I go up to her and go to my knees hugging her saying "it's...ok... it's ok... I'm sorry I did that to you I should have hugged you so long ago, but I couldn't for Shizue told me before she died that you didn't kill her. That you would lie telling me that, so you would be seen as the bad guy."
Gasping, before I move out of the hug asking "how...? how did she know that?"
Rimuru: Whipping Selene tears away "Shizue said that she saw the tears in your eyes through Ifrit's eyes while you landed that cut on her before she started falling." Also.
(Flash back)
Shizue: "Don't be too hard on Selene, you know she thinks the world of you."
Rimuru: "Ha... that little sister of mine, causing others to worry about her. Don't worry I'll make sure that I carry the burden with her."
Shizue: "One more thing Rimuru... you have to make a choice you know."
Rimuru: "A choice?"
Shizue: "Ha... Rimuru! I can't believe you haven't noticed that! Selene loves you! when she attacked me the last time... I saw the pain in her eyes, I don't know what it was from. But it's obviously from something that is coming, and that it has something to do with the two of you and your feelings."
(End of flash back)
Leaning into his chest "mhmm? what is it?"
Rimuru: "It's nothing... but Selene from now on... please tell me what is going on ahead of time, please talk to me about it. I know everything can't be changed, but whatever can be please tell me and we can do it together. You won't have to suffer alone anymore; I'll be with you."
