Chapter 6 - CHAPTER 6 — The Fall of the Moonlight

Ryana burst into the president's office like a storm—but the scene waiting for her froze her in place.

Aria.

Sitting calmly.

On Elias' president chair.

One leg crossed over the other, tapping Elias' pen on the desk like she owned the place.

Ryana's lips parted in shock. Her eyes widened with disbelief and rage.

"How—HOW DARE YOU sit on the chair of my president—my future husband!" Ryana screeched as she marched forward.

She grabbed Aria's wrist tightly, squeezing hard.

Aria didn't flinch.

She simply looked at Ryana with a bored expression.

"Let go," Aria said coldly.

"No!" Ryana hissed. "Get out of that chair RIGHT NOW!"

Aria sighed."Fine. I warned you."

In one swift movement, Aria twisted her wrist free—and flipped Ryana's hand sharply to the side.

CRACK.

Ryana cried out loudly, stumbling back.

"How dare you hit me—! I'll ask Elias to FIRE YOU! I'll block you from this company forever! You'll regret being born!" she screamed hysterically, clutching her wrist.

Aria leaned back in Elias's chair and shrugged.

"Oh? Is that so?" she said lazily. "Let's test that."

Aria turned her head.

"Bodyguard."

The man straightened immediately. "Yes, Miss Aria?"

"Call Elias," Aria commanded.

The bodyguard obeyed instantly.

Ryana gaped.

Why… why was the president's staff taking orders from this girl?

The call connected.

"President Elias, sir," the bodyguard said. "There is… a situation."

Ryana immediately forced tears into her eyes and rushed toward the phone.

"ELIAS!" she cried. "She hit me! This girl—this horrible girl—hur—"

"Silence," Elias' cold voice cut through.

His tone made even Ryana freeze.

"Aria," he said. "Explain."

Aria twirled a pen and answered casually, "I did hit her."

Ryana pointed dramatically. "See?! She ADMITTED it!!"

But Elias didn't look at Ryana.

His voice sharpened as he asked Aria, "Why?"

Aria hopped down from the chair and walked forward.

"She grabbed my hand first," Aria said simply. "And told me to get lost because she was your 'future wife.'"

Ryana paled instantly.

Elias' silence was deadly.

Aria stood beside the desk, arms crossed. "I don't like people grabbing me."

Elias turned his gaze toward Ryana, voice terrifyingly calm.

"Is that true?"

Ryana stuttered, eyes darting. "I—I was only— I didn't— She—"

Elias had heard enough.

His expression hardened.

"Effective immediately," Elias said, "you are no longer allowed inside Titan Corporation."

Ryana's jaw dropped. "W–WHAT?!"

"And," Elias continued coldly, "I will block you from entering the market. No company connected to Titan will hire you, collaborate with you, or sponsor you. Ever."

Ryana's world shattered.

She felt like her heart dropped out of her body.

"You… you're doing this for HER?" Ryana screamed. "WHO is she to you?! Why do you protect her?! Why do you trust her over ME?!"

Elias didn't answer.

Instead, he said calmly to the bodyguard:

"Escort her out."

Ryana screamed, cried, begged—but the bodyguards dragged her out of the office. Her angry voice echoed down the hall until it disappeared.

The office grew quiet again.

Elias turned to Aria, his colder-than-ice aura melting instantly.

"Aria," he said softly, walking closer. "Are you hurt?"

Aria waved a hand. "I'm fine. But you should stay away from her. She's dangerous."

Elias nodded without hesitation. "I will." But there are some matters of us that cant be handled keeping her close. I have to know the truth from 6 years ago.

He took a deep breath, still processing the confrontation. Then, with a gentle firmness, he reached into his wallet and handed Aria something black and shiny.

A black card.

"Take this," he said. "Go shopping with Amanda. Buy anything you want."

Aria blinked. "This… this is a black card. Don't you think it's too much?"

Elias shook his head. "Nothing is too much for you."

Aria took it slowly, studying the card in her hand.

Then she smirked.

"Well… I guess it's only right for a sister to spend her brother's fortune."

Elias let out a small, choked laugh. "Go have fun. Amanda, take care of her."

"Yes, sir!" Amanda bowed.

Aria stepped away from the desk, twirling the card between her fingers.

Her expression turned sharp, determined.

First step: break Ryana's influence.Next step: protect her brothers.

And this black card…would help her begin rewriting fate.

As Amanda led Aria out of the office, Elias leaned against his desk, closing his eyes with relief.

His sister—his precious sister—was alive.

He didn't know how.

But he knew one thing:

He would protect her.

Even if he had to burn the entire world to do it.
